Lovely unit, had all we needed for a great weekend. Location is good, view was beautiful, very spacious unit.

A huge issue was the car space (if you can call it that). It is extremely small, had a concrete wall on one side and a concrete pillar on the other side - making it almost impossible to manoeuvre even a small car into. We had to park out on the street, which can be difficult to find available parks without time limits near the building. There is only 1 air conditioner for the entire unit, meaning you have to leave bedroom doors open all night to feel the benefit of this. I would suggest the unit needs air cons in both bedrooms as well as just the main lounge. It really is a lively unit, apart from those two issues.

Location was excellent with very close proximity to the surf beach. Very close to eateries and shopping was a bonus.

Very poor provision of the little things that help your stay. One small shampoo/conditioner between two people, plus only one very small (hotel size) soap between two people. One towel each for our 7 days stay! Coffee/tea provision good for only one drink each! Poor staffing of reception desk; e.g. Sunday only manned for two hours (9.00am-11.00am). No servicing of the room unless more than 7 days stay. Not good enough. Management more interested in the $ than the travellers comfort.

Location and view exactly what we wanted.

It was July. Little more sun would have been nice. We took this apartment as a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. In fact it has two bedrooms, ensuite and a bathroom but on the basis it is let ( which is not made clear) the second bedroom and the main bathroom are locked off. This meant the bathroom was the ensuite … and we think sun and light were missing because of locked rooms. This needs to be made more transparent.

The location is excellent. We have stayed here several times before. Not in this exact room.

The bed was a little soft for our preference. Others may enjoy a soft bed. The floor did not feel clean when we walked in. There was a broom so we could sweep but we did not mop the floor. It still had a sticky residue like someone had spilt something in the kitchen area.

The view from the room was great and the balcony was spacious, a great place to chill at the end of the day. The apartment is also very spacious, with an ensuite bathroom in the primary as well as a separate full bathroom. Kitchen has all of the appliances you need for a long-term stay. The location is good - walking distance to the beach and restaurants/ cafes.

For an apartment with such a great kitchen I was disappointed that basic cooking necessities weren't provided (cooking oil, salt, pepper, etc.) The car park is really only suited for small cars, however, there is public street parking.

Location was excellent, opposite the beach and close to bus stop. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Walk to local shops and large supermarket 20 minutes' walk away. Complex itself was quiet, no waiting for lifts. Helpful reception staff. Apartment was large with fantastic view of the beach and ocean.

Apartment was dated however functional.

The location and proximity to the beach. The view was breathtaking. The apartment was extremely well equipped and very clean and the check in team were lovely. I had a wonderful stay.

There were no negatives about the property. The walk to the closest convenience store was a few blocks, which might be a challenge for some people, but there were bakeries that served coffee and lovely restaurants within easy walking distance.

Excellent location, beautiful beach/ocean view, the Tower was very accessible to cafes and restaurants. Wonderful facilities which were well used by us, sauna, spa, pool, all in a lovely setting. The cleanliness of the apartment and how well it was equipped was a pleasant surprise.

No real problems, although we couldn’t find the kitchen plug! Also the toilet seat was a bit wonky, but fine, probably just needs some sort of adjustment. A lovely apartment.

The unit was well equiped with everything we wanted. Plenty of comfort couches and the main bed was very comfortable. The unit was spacious.

The kids beds were very hard and uncomfortable for our 3 teenage girls. They all got sore backs. Our car didn’t fit in the carpark so we parked outside

Being on the 14th floor, the view was spectacular. And it had an elevator.. Foxtel was a wonderful surprise. Beds were very comfortable. Towels and linen were lovely. Plenty of room. Shower was great. TV in the master bedroom. Fridge was very suitable. It made ice..🎊🎉 Dishwasher definitely got used. Washing machine and dryer made washing so convenient. Was in the perfect location. Short walk to shops .

Car park was tight. Some decent frypans ect would be nice. Food kept sticking to them which made cooking a challenge. Some basic condiments and foil ect would be a nice touch.
