It's a great location with beautiful views. Incredible hot tub & lovely heated pool. Everything was easily accessible & easy to navigate. It is a great place to spend some downtime. I would definitely stay here again, but I hope the few little issues are remedied first.

The carpets had not been vacuumed in the room & the bed hadn't been moved for far too long going by the amount of fluff along the back of the bedhead. The lounge room floor rug was also very dirty. The dryer kept tripping the fuse box, so we were unable to use that. It was too late in the evening to get any remedy. A note above the AC telling us where the fuse box is, so maybe it's a common occurrence.

I was greeted by a most wonderful staff member behind the desk whom upgraded our unit at no extra cost for our family, She also gave us little Xmas treats. The unit was a generous size and the kitchen had everything you could need, the balcony size and view was amazing. And much to our suprise there were kids books, games and puzzles, which all enjoyed a few games of chess with the children. The pool and spa are was lovely boasting a really awesome outdoor bbq kitchen area!

We couldn’t get our tv to work on the last night, but these things happen and it wasn’t a bother to us.

Nice location. Liked the trolleys at basement. Liked kitchen utensils and spray oil , bake paper , salt, pepper. Glad wrap,foil. That was great. Great kitchen facilities. The pool was great. We used on a rainy day. Kids loved pool cause it was heated.

The vent fans in both bathrooms were dirty. 1 large fry pan would be nice please. Could not find a large fry pan only a small. Lower pillows would be nice please. Kids definitely couldn't use. Even too high for myself. Loved our stay would come again.

Location was good, near beach, estuary and shopping centres. The wide seaview from our apartment was fabulous. The balcony was adequate, however we didn't use it as it rained a bit and was windy so kept the door shut. The pool was nice as was the spa pool. Lots of wardrobe space and a roomy ensuite bathroom. The unit carpark was a great size and right by the elevator which was a bonus.

I thought more kitchen cooking/serving equipment and better quality would be good. There were not a lot of serving bowls/utensils or containers if you choose to cook your own meals and eat in as we do about 50% of the time. There was no music/radio system so we used the TV music channel. A Bluetooth speaker would be great. It is a little dated now but understandable if its used mainly as a rental unit and probably would be more expdensive to stay if more modern?

Perfect location with an amazing view. The unit was well appointed and spacious and the beds super comfy. Walking distance to the beach, shops and cafes. The pool and spa were lovely and we had a perfect view of the New Years fireworks (even though they only went for 7 minutes). Sunshine Plaza was a short distance away by car as well.

Better instruction on how to use the appliances, but not a deal breaker

Amazing apartment, spacious and great view. Nicely decked out and had everything we needed. The spa is the best I've ever been in!!!! Really close to the beach! And 5 mins walk to the little town centre. 10 mins drive to the bigger shops.

One reception staff was very unfriendly and unapproachable. The other lady was only there the day we arrived and she was lovely. It isn't a resort feel as the name implies. It's more like a residential apartment block with a pool and mini gym. There are no other facilities or things for the kids to do, cafe etc. Utensils need to be replaced!

I was absolutely blown away by this apartment. The view was breathtaking, the size was perfect, and the layout was so well thought out. Everything was spotlessly clean and the whole place had such a beautiful, welcoming aura. Every detail felt immaculate, from the presentation to the atmosphere. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Only wish I could have stayed longer.

Excellent location, 1 block from the beach, quiet area but lots of cafe's and the surf club is close by.

Instructions to get into the building could have been a bit more detailed, only got a fob but nothing else apart from showing where to park. Suggested to the manager that there could have been some shopping bags left in the apartment but he only complained that he couldn't give everyone, everything. It was a constructive suggestion to use or not!

The room exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfy and the apartment was spacious. As I have a family of 4, I had asked if it was possible to have two singles in one of the rooms as opposed to a king. The staff were prompt with their responses and managed to accommodate us. While walking around the hotel, we found the staff, including cleaning staff to be very polite and helpful.

struggled for a couple of days with television and the remote control, especially the SOUND. It was actually the batteries that were well and truly finished. Feel that these should be checked constantly so that your visitors don't have that problem.
