The location was excellent, just 200 meters from the beach and surf club. The apartments all had views of the sea and good sized balconies. The apartment was spacious, spotless and well equipped. The lounge area was comfortably furnished and had pleasant decor. There was a very large and efficient lift and a good swimming pool. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The bus left from just outside the complex so travel was easy. Cotton tree shopping strip was a five minute walk and the main shops about a 15 minute walk or 5 minutes bus ride. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

It may be trivial but we found it annoying that you were only given one sachet of dish washer powder, about a tablespoon of dish detergent and one roll of toilet paper. We were staying for 9 nights and so obviously had to buy our further supplies. Why not put in a bottle of detergent, an extra chux kitchen wipe and a spare toilet roll? They changed the sheets and towels after 5 nights which was great but the rest seemed petty penny pinching to us.

Great apartment.. excellent kitchen appliances and crockery, cutlery etc

Pillows were flat and cheap.. had to purchase a some so could sleep. Mattress was 2 king singles made to king bed.. very uncomfortable and worn out. Small bar fridge inadequate for week stay for food and drinks.. It froze everything.. manager did reimburse for ruined goods

With a bus stop outside it was so convenient. Local shopping centre just a few minutes away, plenty of nearby cafes and, for me, the Cotton Tree swimming pool nearby. Friendly and helpful managers on site.

The location, the size of the unit, lift never too busy and only two units per floor to use the lift. Great wardrobe storage and space in the unit with a deep pile carpet. Good kitchen facilities.

The bed is aged in our unit and the side next to the wardrobe is clearly soft on the edge where people have sat over a long time. OK to sleep for the first night but gradually realised an unusual wear pattern exists on that side of the bed and raised considerably along the centre of the bed that’s not easy to get to sleep on.

Spacious apartment with view of the sea. Located on 5th floor, balcony to enjoy the sun and view. Large bathroom and good sized kitchen. Full size fridge and stove, had everything we needed. Locked garage. Guest laundry on our floor. Close to restaurants. Pleasant walk to Mooloolaba.

Only thing that was a bit odd was the bifold door to the ensuite.

Location is great. Everything clean and orderly. Reception staff were really friendly and welcoming.

Was surprised we didn't have our own washing machine but it wasn't as inconvenient as first thought. We realise there is no room for it in the unit. We had so much trouble with the TV reception and could only really watch Jerry Springer (which was okay for a while).

The location was great. Easy walk everywhere. The property had everything my husband & I required.

There are a number of permanent residents at the property which isn’t an issue but it limits the rooms you can book as a holiday maker.

The staff were very accommodating & friendly. Nothing was to hard for them. Location was great. Apartment was very clean. Would highly recommend

Location. Quite but still within walking distance to beach, river, and shops. Great area for coffee shops and restaurants. Around the corner from the Surf club and bowling club with both have great food. Room was amazingly clean and equipped with everying to suit our needs. Easy access to units, laundry and garage.

Perfect location with Maroocy Beach, cotton tree walks, and river all within 3 minutes of walking. No road to cross. Excellent food cafes all around and shopping and scooter rentals. Quiet peaceful hotel, very clean and well maintained. Concierge very helpful, friendly and available anytime. 👍😊
