The location was good. We didn't appreciate all the lollies available for breakfast, not an acceptable breakfast food.

We stayed there with our 3 yr old grand daughter and she absolutely loved it. It is a fantastic place to stay with young ones. The pools, water park, mini golf, and play ground make it very entertaining, and they happened to have a poolside disco for the kids while we were there, so even more fun. The resort is across the road from a supermarket and pretty much around the corner from the little mall. It's also not far to the beach. Great facilities, great location, nice clean rooms and lovely staff.

The place could do with a little bit of a spruce up perhaps. Holes in the curtains, tv remote that doesn't work, just little things that can be a nuisance.

If you're looking for a kid friendly place. This is it everything you need without leaving the resort ! Entertainment sorted. Movie night on the grass, magic show, ballon twisting, full-size water park !, giant jumping bag, climbing equipment, and mini gold!. Breakfast buffet and dinner amazing!. If you don't want to dine in, you can do take away or just shoot to woolies directly across the road. You don't even need to drive!

It's not a comfortable stay for mums and dad's it's all about the kids, worn stained couches, stained carpets, not too much privacy.

The place was clean, and the facilities for kids looked like a lot of fun even though we couldn’t use them because it was freezing cold and windy. But apparently the waterpark is heated. Parking was available, which was convenient. The restaurant food was tasty, but quite expensive.

I found a few of the staff quite rude. Breakfast was included with my room, but for some reason, my room number wasn’t on their list. They weren’t able to simply add it, which would’ve avoided ongoing issues. Instead, I had to go through the hassle of proving that I had paid for breakfast—every single time.

I loved Kathryn in the restaurant/bar.. she was so accommodating and ensured that the netball game was on the bar screen for us to enjoy. She was so friendly and kind. The restaurant staff were amazing especially when my dqughter dropped her plate. They made her feel better The waterpark and activities were loved by my kids. Even in the pouring rain they got alot of joy out of the facilities The cleaning smell was so beautiful, more perfumed rather than the bleach smell you get from hotels. Beds were soft and pillows comfortable

Information from reception/check in was frustrating. Directions to our room was incorrect. So our famoly spent so much time walking around trying to find our room in the rain dragging luggage late at night. Was not fun especially the very middy car park. Didn't get wifi password and our room wasn't restocked. Needed to constantly call reception for the normal service. We felt like we were pesting them.

Great place for kids and families. There is loads to do around the resort and the gardens are lovely. The water park is getting a little tired and one of the slides was closed but still a great time had by all. The mini golf is fun but would be great to have some shade around it. The room was good, clean and spacious. Staff around the resort were friendly.

The biggest let down is the breakfast which was automatically included. Very busy on the weekend as it’s not a very big space compared to how many rooms in the resort. The gluten free bread was next to a bin and the soapy bucket for cleaning tables. I commented this two mornings in a row before the staff made a change. I think someone with fresh eyes needs to go through this area as there’s lots of improvements that could be made.

AMAZING customer service. Lady at the reception let us check in at 10am without any additional charge. Wifi in the room wouldn't work, so a staff member brought up a personal wifi box and set it up for me. Cleaner lady offered to watch my son while he played in the room when I was trying to pack the car before checking out. Staff member told me the cocktails were cheaper at the other bar because it was happy hour (to save me money). Just REALLY wonderful people work there, which in turn meant we had a wonderful time. Facilities of course were also great - pools, splash park, rooms, the food choices at the buffet, all wonderful. Very impressed.

We loved all the facilities. Having so much for the kids to do as well as having the buffet brekky, just at the waterpark, bar and restaurant all in one place makes it so much easier when you have kids. We loved the jacuzzi and the pool was great at any time of day as it wasn't too cold even on a cooler day. The staff were amazing and customer service exceptional. We loved our stay.

The beds were hard as rock and so uncomfortable. If you want a comfortable sleep the beds definitely didn't meet that but, over all we had a great time. The room was big enough for our family and had what we needed.

We were looking forward to the trip and the facilities. Whilst a little tired we had a great time. The staff we came across were all welcoming and friendly.

I thought the ordering system for food at the pool and water park was sub standard. You are given a time to go to the bar to collect food, but it could come earlier and so you walk over from the water park and your food could have been sitting for a few minutes. Even if you order at pool they just call your name out not very loudly and then it sits there. Most places even food courts have buzzers that assist with this. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable. However the way that the scrambled eggs are brought out of the kitchen leaves a lot to be desired. In a stainless steel bowl which looks like the same bowl it was scooped out of a large bucket.

We loved everything about the resort, the ability to get an exceptional coffee from the kids are kiosk, happy hour, the grounds, the room and the fact that even though we didn't have a kitchenette in our room there was a toaster and a microwave available on our floor for community use. Parking was easy, the staff were lovely and the location was walking distance from the estuary and main beach.

We weren't too keen on the availability of alcohol in the kids area. We just thought this wasn't really appropriate especially as there was a bar near the main pool which could be accessed but wasn't in a dedicated area for children. The main shade sail in the kids area was not functional, for much of the day it barely created any shade.
