Great location right opposite the beach. Short drive to shops and cafes. Extremely clean unit, quality linen, very comfortable beds and lovely decor. Secure undercover parking, lift and luggage trolley were a great bonus. Very quiet accommodation and shutters and blinds allowed great rest and sleep-ins. Judy, the very friendly manager was absolutely fantastic and so kind and helpful. She met us at our car when we arrived and helped us settle into the unit. We really appreciated her help as my husband was very unwell. It was such a lovely stay and we will definitely return for a longer break.

I came to stay at this unit for my daughters school camp with my elderly mum in tow. The unit was absolutely lovely and had everything required for a short or long stay. The view from the lounge dining and balcony was lovely. The acting manager and her husband went above and beyond to take care of my mums needs and assist me with her wheelchair and our luggage which was so appreciated. Exceptional service and extremely kind. I would stay in this unit again in a heartbeat and plan to rebook soon.

We loved it all. The only thing I noticed was just really minor maintenance items (dishwasher handle was broken and a little sharp - but worked perfectly and was clean). The outside light to the back bedroom was quite bright at night time coming through the window and the same window blind had some mould spots along the bottom edge. Not complaining at all, just for the owners knowledge. But the unit is absolutely lovely and so clean and comfortable and would recommend 100%!

Large spacious rooms, spotlessly clean with everything you could need and close to everything, will stay here again definitely, very friendly lady on the front desk,even messaged us to tell us our room was ready early if we arrived sooner which we did, definitely worth staying here if you are visiting

I just wrote a massive review& pressed the back button& boom lost it all. So i will try to rewrite again,lol We arrived here, after a massive day of driving with our family.( 7in total) Judy( i think) met us with a smile at reception& checked us in& even showed us where to park&how to use the keys. We were very impressed with our apartment number#12. The beds were comfy. Aircons through out the whole place, even though we didn't need to use them. Big fridge& freezer, comfy big couch,& plenty of kitchen items. The only thing that may need some attention is the dishwasher, so I chose to wash up. The cleanliness was amazing! The tiled floors were not sticky with cleaning residue when you walk bare foot. Such a vibe! I hope the cleaner is very proud of herself for working to such high standards. No corners are being cut here! Even the front veranda floor was clean, which gave it an extra welcoming feel. The apartment had no musty smells, or mould& had no artifical room fresheners, which was a wonderful relief. Our view was amazing!! I hope I have covered everything.

We wish we could live here& were sad to have had to leave so soon.

The unit had everything to make our stay relaxed, comfortable, and really well appointed with pretty much anything we needed. The full sized kitchen idesl for preparing food at home. The large quality smart tv was excellent. The balcony was a great place to relax and view the river. The lift made access to every floor exceptionally easy, and the locked garage was a bonus. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The laundry with washing machine and dryer is very helpful.

The only very minor dislikes were no coffee making appliance, and the hot water was only just hot enough to have a comfortable shower a couple of nights and mornings. The wifi was slow, and we resorted to using our phone internet.

Loved staying here. 4 adults and 2 kids but had enough space for everyone (3 bedroom, 2 bathroom). Close to shops and even a nice easy walk into Caloundra and nice area to walk in general. Balcony looking out to the water. Lounge and kitchen area is light and bright and great space to hang out. Bedrooms were a good comfortable size. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool area was just a nice size to hang out and swim with friends and kids. The place felt like a home away from home. The hosts are wonderful. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

The size of the 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for 4 adults and a child. The staff were wonderfully accommodating and easy to talk to. The location is perfect, an easy walk between Golden Beach town centre and Caloundra with beach access directly across the road.

The lack of door on the ensuite in the master bedroom. Fortunately the apartment has a separate toilet and bathroom available. The wifi would not connect (we did not mention it during our stay because it didn’t impact us for our stay)

First time I’ve ever been escorted to my parking space, and had my luggage taken to the apartment for me. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped. I read reviews saying it needed updating, so the tiles on the bathroom floor were terracotta colour, however none were cracked or chipped, the rest of the apartment was up to date . There’s even a games/book library in the garage.

We had troubles logging in to WiFi & the TV couldn't connect to internet (NO access to Movie streaming) but we had our Mobile Data

I’d booked a 3 BR apartment for us to take the grandchildren for the weekend. We were given the unit facing the Esplanade, which gave us a lovely view out over the water. The unit was larger than I was expecting, and each of the rooms was very spacious. There were some extra features which really made a difference - paper towels in the kitchen and useful items in the pantry. After a morning or afternoon at the beach, the kids really enjoyed the heated pool.
