Friendly staff and cleaners. All were very lovely and accommodating. Exceptional customer service. The room was spacious enough for myself and 3 kids. Beds were comfortable, and the pillows for us were perfect. Great pool for the kids to swim in and very close to rsl, taverns, fast foods, and shops. Very easy to find and good parking spaces. Wifi for guests and nice and cold air-conditioning. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to stay again. Could not fault one bit of our stay. Thank you all so much for a lovely 2 night stay

Having to go home, lol

This was my first time visiting the local area, the premises was clean, modern and not a large complex which I like. Was quiet and the rooms super clean and modern, very impressed. The bed was comfy, I prefer a bedhead when there is a brick wall behind it but I knew this, just a suggestion. The AC was good and nice and quiet and was turned on before arrival which was great. Wi-Fi good, parking at the door is great. The room had all the facilities needed. Adrian at reception I spoke to on the phone and in person was lovely and friendly.

The only thing that I would change is the very mini soaps, shampoo and conditioner, the larger wall containers with the products are more expected these days.

We loved our stay! We weren’t expecting to stay in town the night but due to unforeseen circumstances we did and thankfully they had a lovely cozy room available for us. It was clean, updated and the staff are very friendly and more than willing to help with anything. Shops are within walking distance and there is a lovely tavern up the road to enjoy a good feed. The pool was lovely for a hot summers day dip.

The process to book was easy. The staff were amazing, I booked for my mum and she travelled without me. I received a message the day of and it was so detailed to help my mum in case she was late to the accomodation . Thank you so much for kindly waiting for my mum to check in. Being over the other side of the world I wanted stress free for my mum and we found it . Highly recommend staying here. Amazing accomodation, very clean and convenient

We just arrived in Australia that morning coming from Belgium. We suffered severely because of the jetlag and travel fatigue. So we arrived too early at the motel to check-in. But we were given a free upgrade to a vacant family room, so we were able to rest immediately. Thank you so much. The bed was very comfortable and large. In the evening the motel was quite and peaceful. We were able to get a good night rest. The room had all the facilities needed The motel is close to the beach. Thank you again for your kindness and hospitality.

Amazing staff. Courtesy calls to see when we would arrive and offers to call them if anything was needed. Local knowledge of the area which helped us navigate around for New Year's Eve. Pool was tidy and welcoming. Great location and close to shopping centre. This was an excellent base to explore the surrounding areas.

That we didn't stay longer

Close to a walkway to the beach. Short walk to Aldi, chemist, bottle shop, supermarket. Coat hangers available, good heating, microwave and crockery. And the stairs are easy. Staff ran by suitcase up for me.

The room didn't have an iron and ironing board, but one can be used, (along with the laundry at certain times, for a minimal cost).

Room was good, bed was good and comfortable, facilities good. All okay except for the blinds.

Would have preferred my car to be in a lighted area for security and the room needs curtains as the blinds don't really give full privacy when inside a lighted room, either fabric or vertical blinds.

Very comfortable beds. Small kitchenette, so able to make own breakfasts and lunches. Very close to Woolworths, Coles and Aldi - all within walking distance. Golden Beach Tavern just down the street.

- lots of dust and small rubbish under the bed - big gap between main entrance door and the floor (so any creatures can get inside the room) - big window is just near the entrance, but you need to close curtains all the time, otherwise people from outside can see your whole room
