Pool and view from rooftop was exceptional! Rooms were comfortable. Parking and moving in process good.

Was not good for our situation where we had 3 families staying. One family was pushed out due to owners selling, however did give good notice period to arrange other accommodation. The biggest issue is that we could not get access to the floor the other family was staying on. Apparently it was for privacy, however it was suggested that we swap keys for access which was really inconvenient and gave us access to the floor, so the privacy was no different to us getting access to the floor. Great place if you are just in the one room.

The pool was honestly amazing we had a very long day so we took a night time soak and it was a great way to end our visit the view was awesome the room was great to so much space for us and there was 2 bathrooms which was a plus for us

Everything was great just Not enough washing powder you got one free and had to pay for any extra we stayed here for 2 days and couldn’t figure out the washing machine in our first hotel we stayed at in the Gold Coast so we had lots of washing by the time we got to reception to buy another it was closed

We liked that the apartment was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the view from the balcony was beautiful, the roof top pool was great, it was quiet and everything is at a short walking distance. We've tried the Mexican restaurant, the fish and chips place, the Thai restaurant and also Three bar and grill, which is accross the road, and they all had amazing food. If we ever come back to Caloundra, we will definately book there again! 10 out of 10, would recommend! Very good value for the money spent.

Clive and Debbie were so hospitable nothing was too much trouble. Lovely people to talk to and more than happy to let us know where places were to eat and visit. The rooms were awsome and the view was incredible. The gym was fully equipped with everything you need the poolwas a lovely temperature and the spa was excellent. I recommend if you are going to Coloundra you give these wonderful people a call, you won't regret it. And you are close to everything

Beautiful apartment and stunning views. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. The apartment neat and tidy.. We loved the pool facilities and Sauna . There is a gym on site but was mesmerised by the views and stayed mostly in the water. Staff very friendly and accommodating. BBQ facilities clean. Overall accommodation and location amazing! Close to shopping centre. There are also the local markets on display. We loved our stay and will definitely visit again ❤️

Rooftop pool was fantastic. Best I've ever seen. Front reception staff were very friendly and made us feel comfortable, including the 2x yound kids

The condition of the room, it was....sub par. But bearable. Just old and run down, it wasn't worth complaining about but needs a face lift, there was holes in the curtains, one door had a big crack.

The room is well appointed, comfortable lounges, large screen TV etc. Full size refrigerator (with a complimentary bottle of wine), cooktop, ample pans, cutlery glasses etc to stay in and relax if that were your choice. Balcony views from room 703 out to the passage were beautiful and the view of the main street for the Beachfest car display was excellent. The view from the rooftop pool and BBQ area out to the Glasshouse mountains was wonderful, even in the cool of winter the pool was lovely and warm, we will be bringing a bathers next time. The location is terrific, right at the start of the main street, every conceivable type of restaurant is within walking distance. The Chinese Restaurant across the road was great value with exemplary service and the fish and chip shop just past the BWS is now a favourite of ours. The lift service was prompt, with individual floor access controlled by RFID fobs as was access in and out of the double level basement car park. The basement carparking is allocated by room number and the parks are a generous size making manoeuvring easy. There were 5 baggage trollies in the basement which certainly helps with the move in an out. The staff were very good, welcoming and very helpful, the explanation of the facilities was comprehensive enough to give all the guidance we needed.

We experienced nothing really to dislike or be critical of.

Building facilities were awesome, specifically the pool, spa, sauna, and BBQ. Views from our end unit were spectacular on both sides!

Kitchen chairs were previously broken and repairs attempted prior to our arrival. They were on the verge of breaking again, so we couldn't use them. Fortunately the weather was nice, so we used the outdoor patio set instead. The management already knew of the broken chairs, and were still waiting on the unit owner to replace them.

Perfectly located for walk to all amenities, beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. The pool was excellent, the rooms were spacious and well appointed. Our room had a lovely balcony setting with a. view of the beach and main shopping precinct. Staff shared information of local cafes/restaurants that offered guests discounts, this was a really nice touch.

There was nothing we disliked about this accommodation.

The location was good with beautiful views over the bay. The showers were exceptional

On arrival we were told they had moved us to a different apartment because the lounge in the onecwe were booked into needed some work. The views from the apartment were better than the one we booked. The apartment was nice but the lounge is in need of bringing up to date. The one reclining chair didn't work and the other one was hard to kick back when you wanted to get up. The settee was too low and uncomfortable. In order to watch the TV we had to move the recliners in front of the settee.. The place is described as a resort but it doesn't have a resort feel about it.
