If you're looking for a kid friendly place. This is it everything you need without leaving the resort ! Entertainment sorted. Movie night on the grass, magic show, ballon twisting, full-size water park !, giant jumping bag, climbing equipment, and mini gold!. Breakfast buffet and dinner amazing!. If you don't want to dine in, you can do take away or just shoot to woolies directly across the road. You don't even need to drive!

It's not a comfortable stay for mums and dad's it's all about the kids, worn stained couches, stained carpets, not too much privacy.

Great place for kids and families. There is loads to do around the resort and the gardens are lovely. The water park is getting a little tired and one of the slides was closed but still a great time had by all. The mini golf is fun but would be great to have some shade around it. The room was good, clean and spacious. Staff around the resort were friendly.

The biggest let down is the breakfast which was automatically included. Very busy on the weekend as it’s not a very big space compared to how many rooms in the resort. The gluten free bread was next to a bin and the soapy bucket for cleaning tables. I commented this two mornings in a row before the staff made a change. I think someone with fresh eyes needs to go through this area as there’s lots of improvements that could be made.

AMAZING customer service. Lady at the reception let us check in at 10am without any additional charge. Wifi in the room wouldn't work, so a staff member brought up a personal wifi box and set it up for me. Cleaner lady offered to watch my son while he played in the room when I was trying to pack the car before checking out. Staff member told me the cocktails were cheaper at the other bar because it was happy hour (to save me money). Just REALLY wonderful people work there, which in turn meant we had a wonderful time. Facilities of course were also great - pools, splash park, rooms, the food choices at the buffet, all wonderful. Very impressed.

We loved all the facilities. Having so much for the kids to do as well as having the buffet brekky, just at the waterpark, bar and restaurant all in one place makes it so much easier when you have kids. We loved the jacuzzi and the pool was great at any time of day as it wasn't too cold even on a cooler day. The staff were amazing and customer service exceptional. We loved our stay.

The beds were hard as rock and so uncomfortable. If you want a comfortable sleep the beds definitely didn't meet that but, over all we had a great time. The room was big enough for our family and had what we needed.

We were looking forward to the trip and the facilities. Whilst a little tired we had a great time. The staff we came across were all welcoming and friendly.

I thought the ordering system for food at the pool and water park was sub standard. You are given a time to go to the bar to collect food, but it could come earlier and so you walk over from the water park and your food could have been sitting for a few minutes. Even if you order at pool they just call your name out not very loudly and then it sits there. Most places even food courts have buzzers that assist with this. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable. However the way that the scrambled eggs are brought out of the kitchen leaves a lot to be desired. In a stainless steel bowl which looks like the same bowl it was scooped out of a large bucket.

We loved everything about the resort, the ability to get an exceptional coffee from the kids are kiosk, happy hour, the grounds, the room and the fact that even though we didn't have a kitchenette in our room there was a toaster and a microwave available on our floor for community use. Parking was easy, the staff were lovely and the location was walking distance from the estuary and main beach.

We weren't too keen on the availability of alcohol in the kids area. We just thought this wasn't really appropriate especially as there was a bar near the main pool which could be accessed but wasn't in a dedicated area for children. The main shade sail in the kids area was not functional, for much of the day it barely created any shade.

We stayed for the purpose of moving our daughter south for Uni but chose this venue so our 3 younger children could have space and facilities for down time between the boring appointments and all involved with settling their big sister in. We started off in a basic family room but was struggling with the size of our fam and our needs as there was limited shared facilities in the section. Our room door lock broke late one night so we decided to use this opportunity to pay extra & upgrade to the 2bdr apartment. Amazing facilities & room!!! We also extended our stay. Staff were accomodating to all of our needs!

Breakfast was amazing but could be alot cheaper for children, as they often just pick at their plate or don't eat much at all.

The hotel is excellent for kids as they have the water park, mini golf and other activities. They also arranged an afternoon activity each day for kids

The hotel itself needs a renovation. It’s looking worn, especially the breakfast/restaurant area and hotel floor hallways. Rooms are ok but again need a refresh. The price of stays seems to be increasing too which makes it not such good value. The staff around the pool area and restaurant are very nice and friendly.

Our room was obviously a wheelchair accessible room so the bathroom shower was very open to the rest of the bathroom which resulted in water going everywhere when showering, and there was no area at the sink (ie vanity/bench space/drawers/cupboards) to place toiletries! We were VERY disappointed that the kids waterpark was closed for maintenance whilst we were there as we were planning to spend lots of time there when our small grand daughter visited! We did receive a notification after our booking went through that it was under maintenance, and do realise maintenance does need to be carried out, just unfortunate it was during our visit there!

Location was ideal! Facilities were perfect, my daughter just loves to swim all day. Restaurant staff very friendly. Restaurant food and drinks were good. Reception staff were friendly on arrival. This is our 3rd visit, so nice to see some familiar faces.

House keeping would mostly only provide towels only each day. Neglecting to make the bed, replenish the tea and coffee and milk or emptying the bins. We would come back our room with just fresh towels. However, they were friendly.
