the location is prime if your using public transport - the bus station is around 175 meters away its also extremely cheap with a go card- decor in this room is good + its well appointed ,we stayed in room 34 on the 5th floor the view is just full ocean at this level not as good as the 9th floor as before- a new bathroom would make it a very high standard but expect to have to pay more for that

the bathroom is original 30 years old & the tiles are slippery & no longer fit for purpose - the A/C unit was filthy & filters needing cleaning desperately should have commented on day 1 - was advised it would be sorted once a service person could be booked in on our departure

The view was fantastic and just as we had remembered it. We were on the 11 th floor close to lift which what what we requested to make it easier for my husband that has difficulty walking.

Unit was clean but have to say everything was very tired looking and in desperate need of a paint and an upgrade . The front door was hard to shut and the lovely receptionist came up to look and said the whole door had dropped and wasn’t fitting properly. Having one lift working was difficult. And many of the permanent residents werent happy about the length of time it was taking

Great location, great ocean views, secure parking, well equipped apartment, clean and spacious, close to Bulcock Beach dining precinct, short walk to the beach.

Almost every second night, a delivery truck arrives out the front around 1am and makes one hell of a noise for about 30 minutes, unloading whatever it is being stocked for the ground floor business in the building. So, it was not conducive for those wanting to sleep, and we were woken up every time this happened. Surely this delivery could happen during normal business hours. TV is very small. Batteries in the DVD remote and aircon remote were flat so I had to buy new ones.

The view was absolutely sensational! The location was brilliant. The staff were amazing. They constantly went out of their way to make you feel completely at home and welcome, were so helpful and very kind and professional.

The apartment needs TLC. A LOT of TLC by the owners. It's a shame to have a number of reviews pull #54 down because it's in the perfect spot, and has the most incredible views but it's so shabby!

We were warmly greeted by Centrepoints front desk staff and given easy to follow directions to the apartment & carpark. The apartment was on the 8th floor, was clean and tidy, and had everything we needed. The beach view was amazing, and we sat admiring it every morning and evening (and saw whales in the distance). We used the pool and sauna once as we were too busy sightseeing. Shops, cafes, & restaurants were only a two-minute walk, and the local weekend market was great. There was also a lovely walk along the water either via kings or golden beach.

Although not the worst bed we've ever slept in, the mattress eventually began to consume you and the parking in the designated underground garage was a bit of a squeeze for a larger car, but we appreciated the complimentary parking.

The ocean & town views were amazing from the 12th floor. Walking distance to beach, cafes & restaurants, and retail therapy. Short drives to hinterland & areas north& south of Caloundra. While we waited for Tropical Cyclone Alfred to make landfall, we had a terrific view of the outside world. And we always take Boggle & Bananagrams, crossword puzzles, a deck of cards & reading material on our annual holiday to Caloundra.

not a lot found fairly basic was clean, though

unable to sit on the balcony compatibly as a/c unit made it feel like a furnace booked 2 rooms and confirmed when time came to pay found only 1 was asinged to me thankfully they they did find a 2nd room when centerpoint realised they failed. Which created another problem as the 2nd unit was a 2 bed on top floor and other 1 bed on lowest ocean view level created a nightmare between friends who get the top floor and who gets the lowest. great start to a HOLIDAY.

the view from apartment 69 is quite spectacular with a 200 degree view of kings & bulcock beach & Bribie Island with only 5 apartments per floor is not noisy & the privacy is excellent its a well designed building with quite lifts & the on site manger was very pleasant and efficient

the tiled floor generates a lot of noise from above if they have wooden chairs dragged over it as we noticed - this apartment is in need of refurbishment its very original back to when built in 1995 -needs repainting inside and a new Quiter fridge would be appreciated. the tiled floor was not clean & had particles stuck to my feet all the time

This was the ideal location in Caloundra, right near the esplanade and close to the Events Centre. It was easy to walk everywhere from our apartment. Dealing with the staff prior to arrival was very easy and they were very accommodating as we had some accessibility requests. The view from the bedrooms and lounge area was so stunning, I did not want to leave.

My bed was hard and this was uncomfortable for me due to my physical issues. This was minor considering how lovely everything else was.

The location is excellent and just a couple of minutes walk down to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. Similarly, in the other direction, conveniently close to Caloundra's main shopping precinct, Bulcock Street. Our apartment on the 9th floor offered a wonderful panoramic view from the ocean on the left, the northern tip of Bribie Island in the centre across to the Sunshine Coast hinterland on the right. In terms of facilities, everything we needed was available. Overall, Centrepoint proved to be great low-season value.

A very small thing, but I hate the dodgy and often ancient clothes hangers that seem to live in most hotel and apartment wardrobes. Seriously - do people still steal them these days? Splash out a couple of dollars and buy some new ones folks - lol!
