The views from the enormous covered seventh floor balcony and master bedroom were superb. The 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment was very spacious. The kitchen had everything you would need with plenty of cutlery, crockery and cooking items. It took us a while to find the microwave (part of the wall oven, found instructions on page 42 of the handbook). Huge utility room with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. Very quiet. 2 underground parking places were provided.

Whilst the tv was enormous, the very small remote was hard to use. The sound bar was not good. Luckily there was a second tv in the master bedroom, that had much better sound. As it rained hard for the first three days of our stay, the tv was the main source of entertainment. Note that the apartments are only serviced once a week.

Great location. Fantastic views all the way from Port Cartwright past Mooloolaba down to old woman island. Easy to walk to lots of cafes and restaurants and just across the road from the beach. Two large size bedrooms. Two bathrooms with shampoo and toiletries provided similar to a hotel. Lots of natural light and quiet location. there was some starter tea and coffee and milk as well as tablets for the dishwasher. However no salt, pepper or cooking oil so need to come prepared. The kitchen was well fitted out with appliances, an ice dispensing fridge and lots of cookware and glassware.

The only downside was that there was work going on on the outside of the building so maintenance people were abseiling up and down the building during our stay. It wasn’t unusual to be sitting on your balcony entertaining friends and have someone drop from the sky onto your balcony or walk out the shower and have someone hanging at your window looking into your bedroom. We recognise this work needs to be done however this was not advised to us on booking and there was not even any notification in the room on arrival to say that the work was planned this week. However this is a small thing and overall absolutely would recommend and would stay there again.

First time here at Beach on Sixth and everything was bloody fantastic. We booked at the last minute as it was close to the venue we needed to attend over the weekend and could not have asked for a better place to stay. Communication right from booking was fantastic. Colleen is a gem. Thorough, friendly, and wonderful. Clean, tidy, close to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

That we had to leave 😂 Maybe security screen/mesh in the windows so they can remain open for the breeze? When the sun hits the rooms it’s beautiful and warm but the ability to open the windows and let a breeze in would be great. On the other hand, I understand the windows having to remain locked for safety.

Love the layout of the apartment as we were a party of three - a couple and a single. Living area is in the centre of the apartment and bedrooms/bathrooms on either side, so privacy assured.

We are of the older generation and therefore set in our ways.Not politically or socially acceptable but we smoke. An allocated smoking area on the premises would have been appreciated.

Location was great, the view from our balcony, the space in the apartment was great for families, a good range of kitchen utensils, staff was great.

I was disappointed with the washing machine. I didn't use it as the smell was really strong. There was a lot of buildup on the rubber seal and was worried that it was black mold. I did purchase a washing machine cleaner in the hopes that it would clean it all, but unfortunately, it didn't.

Everything was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were amazing and were so accommodating for my children. We had an issue with our aircon and straight away staff were in our room resolving the issue and ended up upgrading our room with our hesitation because they couldn’t fix the aircon whilst we were there. Location was amazing and we would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous location - just metres to the beach. Awesome artisan bakery downstairs, great breakfast cafe just up the road, and super yummy cheap and cheerful Japanese less than 100m away. Also very handy to the surf club. Our apartment had a lovely spacious living area and great balconies with lovely breezes. Super handy to have a laundry in the apartment as we were staying there for a sports carnival and had to do daily uniform washing!

The bed in the main bedroom wasn't fabulous, but equally not the worst I've stayed in either. The pool is pretty basic but we didn't even use it being so close to the beach!

Fantatstic apartment - roomy and tasteful - way more than we expected. Despite some negative comments below we would come back in a heartbeat!

Couldn't get in - promised call when our room was ready didn't come and there was no one to let us in. We never got a call with how to access the lock box. REALLY BAD!!! Pots in the kitchen were not clean. The welcome pack referred to in the guest book was nowhere to be found (no salt, pepper, etc.) The room with a "partial sea view" was somewhat blocked out as it was on the 4th floor and had a building in front of much of the view.

Great position, close to the beach, great views, very relaxing stay.

The toilet was in a small room where you have to stand against the wall to close the door. The smell from the drains in the bathroom was off putting.

The location is simply amazing, beautiful views, spacious and luxurious unit, fantastic cafes and restaurants, everything within walking distance. The building is quiet and private.

Everything about our stay was just perfect. A minor issue with internet connectivity however the staff were able to rectify and respond to the issue immediately and as such did not affect our stay.
