The location was fantastic for our reason for being there - a Dancing competition just across the road. It meant I could come and go several times a day instead of being stuck at the venue all day. It's lovely and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful over the phone (we never actually see any staff at the location).

I would've loved a little shower cap so I didn't have to get my hair wet (as the shower is lovely but the only option is to have the water come straight down from above, so no way to avoid the hair). The lights stayed on outside our room until about midnight when they automatically turned off. It would've been good to have the option of them darker outside earlier in the night as quite a lot of light still sneaks in around the edge of the blinds. These are very picky things - but would love to see these in the future, as we'll no doubt be back every year.

The beds were super comfy, great night sleep. Everything worked and was in great condition. No surprise deposit required, which I feel is getting rarer and rarer on here. The beds, kitchen and living area were lovely and clean. Surprisingly cheap for a great value motel.

The bathroom still had sand on the floor from previous occupants. Only had 8 parking spots for 10 rooms (although the parking spots were allocated so I didn't check to see what room was checking out). And the living room could have benefited from a coffee table.

Nice modern room with everything you need. Nice soft pillows. I had the room made up one day and they did a great job, better than some highly rated hotels

There is one small window in the bathroom with no fly screen so you cannot get fresh air. There is a fan and aircon in the room which is pretty but you do get a damp smell and it’s not ideal when trying to dry/air out wet beach towels. Had a tv with all the apps but none worked and couldn’t get free to air tv

The location was perfect for us as my daughter had a dancing competition on across the road! We stayed there last year and it was pretty terrible, but since then it's had a change of owners and renovations and although the price is double, it's really nice.

If I was there for a beach holiday, I don't think I would like the location quite as much for that price. But for the theatre across the road it was really handy. It felt quite expensive, for that time of year - but maybe because it was the start of a long weekend...?

I found this property simply amazing. Couldn't reccomend it enough! All new, clean, beautifully decorated, comfy bed, a pristine and clear bathroom with natural light, walking distance to a major cafe strip. Fair honest price. Way much better than a number of hotels that I stayed in my many trips to Caloundra. The manager was really helpful and courteous. Don't hesitate: book it.

This hotel was a real surprise. The updated and renovated decor and facilities of our room were lovely - all quality fixtures and fittings and very modern and stylish. The location was good too - walked to a Thai Restaurant for Dinner and Vietnamese Bakery for Banh Mi for breakfast - YUM.

Initially wary of the contactless self-check-in, but as we had no issues, this was not a problem.

Across the road from the performing arts centre so perfect for my needs. It is newly renovated and cosy and well thought out for a motel room. Lovely design, very modern and fresh. Great water pressure in the shower.

Small things - had to unplug and move jug and coffee machine to plug in my various electronic devices. I couldn’t find power outlets anywhere else in the room. All the pillows were lovely but very soft but still comfortable.

The decor was lovely and comfortable and the location was very central to everything we needed.

The power points were located under the bedside table which made it hard to access. There was a bit of dust in our room on the plant and behind the TV (which I only found when I was searching for the power points).

The Motel location to the Event Centre was excellent. Very quite after the Event Centre closed. Room was very roomy and very clean. From opening the door you felt a sense of belonging. Everything was five star quality.

If I had to make any complaint at all. It would be only eight car parking spots for ten rooms. However, there was car parking on the street available.

Loved the complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body lotion in the shower. I forgot to bring ours.

Maybe 2 small chairs to use at the table. Don't like sitting on a bed when having a cuppa. A small pool of water at the base of the toilet. I moved the little bin to see if there was a leak, but didnt see anything, except a few hairs where the cleaner missed
