Terrific views of beach from apartment and particularly from the balcony. We were on the third floor. We found the apartment comfortable notwithstanding the warm weather and did not require the air conditioner that much. The location was great as it was only a very short walk to being able to swim safely between the flags. On site managers were extremely helpful providing good information about places to visit. Underground car parking was great, with access to car park being easy to do. Exceeded all of expectations and will certainly come back again.

Nothing All was great

Great location very close to the beach and a short walk to Mooloolaba. The pool is good and warm. Staff are very nice people; they are very helpful and go above and beyond. Staff can book you the apartment with the least number of stairs if you give them plenty of notice. The place is kept very clean and in good order. off-street parking is good and accessed by a key.

The unit we stayed in could use updating, staff mentioned it was on the cards, it was still good for this price point. Some stairs need to be used which may be a problem for disabled people, standard for building of this era.

Sophie and John were excellent hosts, great communication in the lead up and had such a long list of recommendations for us for various things. They really take pride in the property and making sure it’s a great stay for you. The location was excellent which meant we could duck across to the beach for 5 mins or the whole day. And we really liked being in the middle of two hubs: maloolaba and Maroochydore which meant not having to hire a car. The apt we had was very spacious, no worries for young kids and plenty of space for them to play and relax.

Loved the views and location. We were on the 3rd level and understood prior that there was no elevator, which we liked. The upper floor gave us great views of Alexandra Headlands beach and the surf club. Street noise wasn’t a problem at night which is great for sleeping. The hosts were excellent — informative, friendly and helpful. The building was generally peaceful and quiet and clean which was what we were looking for. The deck had a table and two chairs for meals outdoor. Kitchen was large and well equipped for the few meals we ate in the condo. We liked the underground parking, especially for the very hot days. Loved having the large washroom with washer and dryer for our clothing and towels. TV was a good size and we enjoyed watching the Australian Open while staying there.

The bed was a tad soft, but we very slept well. The hit a major heat wave in January, so we bought an extra fan to help move the air conditioning into the bedroom. Unfortunately the bath was too large to use, but the rain shower head was very lovely.

Excellent Location . Stung views of sunset every night and one of the best equipped kitchens I have ever had in a self-catering apartment. Add to that the wonderful management team of Sophie and John and you can’t go wrong. There a supermarkets within walking distance and the buses pass by the front of the property. Plenty of good eateries within walking distance.

Not a criticism but you need to be aware that there are no lift. That said, the views from our 3rd floor apartment made the climb worth while

We Had the Most Amazing Views , each room in the complex has a View of the Ocean , we had a Top floor unit which was only 3 levels , only thing was the stairs as no lift but gave us a good workout . Our room was very comfortable and felt at home , extremely clean & Tidy we didnt want to leave . Sophie was an Excellent Host , was very Helpful . Nice Pool Area and walking distance to Restaurants , Shops etc. We will be back for Sure :)

Location is perfect with amazing views and opposite the beautiful headland. Amazing surf, walking and close to everything.

Although it's really clean, we paid for superior room and the most out of all of our friends and our room was the most dated. Other rooms were newly appointed and they were charged less. Our beds were not comfortable at all and the rooms were really cold.

Beautiful apartment with roof top facilities. The ability to sit on the roof top watching the ocean was a relaxing time. We had the opportunity to watch the dolphins as the played in the water. Walking distance to all different cuisines. We drove into the complex and didn't use the car for the weekend. Parking undercover is excellent.

We wished we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful view from the balcony. Clean and large unit. Checkin so easy thanks to clear communication.

Room was on third floor, so lugging stuff up three flights of stairs (they did tell you no lift) Traffic noise , it was school holidays

We enjoyed our time in the apartment. It’s in a great location with a great view, the beach is just across the street. We had everything we needed for our stay (well equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, heated pool). The hosts were very friendly and helpful. It’s a nice place to stay with kids.
