View from the penthouse apartment was panoramic! The apartment was large and comfortable. The location was directly across from the beach and lots of restaurants are close by. You can also easily walk to the mall shopping street and supermarket. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

The penthouse apartment had a rooftop area, but this was unusable - there was no shade and nothing up there except for a couple of chairs. It's a wasted opportunity - it needs a bbq and some shade. A spa would be even better!

The views from the balcony were excellent. The layout of the apartment was very practicable. The utensils supplied were quite adequate for longer than the two days we stayed. The supplied linen was clean and crisp. The location was great within walking distance to many good restaurants and near an amazing coffee and pastry shop.

The apartment was a little dated. The shower needs the door replacing as mould was growing inside the glass door. The double bed was a bit uncomfortable. My wife ended up sleeping on a single bed in the second bedroom. We both woke in the morning with sore backs. The building lift was a bit slow and worryingly clunky. In the morning, it was very noisy outside with trucks and other noises (this of course is beyond the control of the apartment owners.)

The resort is a little old and dated. Hallway carpets desperately need replacing. There was no spa and the pool area was small…which was disappointing given the cost of our room, which was a lot more expensive than more elaborate resorts in the same area at this time of year. Also there was very little in the way of those little extras to make you feel welcome- such as shampoos, moisturisers, washing powder etc 😕, which felt a bit stingy! Doesn’t take much to provide those little things!

The only downside was that the 2nd bedroom did not have air con or a ceiling fan. It was impossible for our son to sleep in there during December, even with a pedestal fan. We had to move his bed to the lounge. That is the only downside. Everything else was perfect. I will check the air cons in other rooms before I book next time. Cheers.

The staff were friendly, checked with us to confirm our checkin time, provided some great local advice on places to eat and when had an issue checking out they were responsive. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay and more spacious than expected in the living area. Location couldn't get much better being across the road from the beach with great views.

The apartment was clean and spacious. An amazing view of the ocean and Happy Valley Beach. Close to a variety of restaurants. Parking was good. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed and having a separate ensuite and toilet / bathroom / laundry for our two teens was excellent.

There was a strong sewer smell in the ensuite coming from the drain. Might need to look at that. The exhaust fan in the ensuite also stays on all the time and is quite noisy.

Best location for a wonderful view, close to town and great food (Amici Restaurant, The Pasty Lab & Happy Turtle Cafe) the room was clean and everything you need was there. Staff friendly and informative. Comfortable beds and furniture to watch the world go by with those views.

My goodness, what a beautiful resort our unit was the best I've stayed in for years ❤️ Stylishly furnished with modern interior that I wanted to take home. Very clean, you could tell the level of cleaning and preparing the room were 5 star in my book. The location can't get any better, with a tiny distance to restaurants. A wonderfully maintained park for young children, comes with a a great coffee shop as well. Cinemas are around the corner for lazy days and you are within a short walk to Kings Beach and Bulcock Beach.

What a location! It's close to everything, and you can walk to good restaurants and cafes. The beach walks are wonderful, but a bit too cold for us to swim. There is a view like no other, and the full moon coming up over the ocean is a wow factor plus.

The unit we stayed in was a bit dated, a graceful old girl showing her age.

The location was fantastic. Two bedrooms and bathrooms were great for family members. Very clean unit and comfortable furniture. Nice view of the water and lovely seabreeze. Basement remote key super convenient.

Parking in the basement was a bit awkward in the corner but I got used to it.
