Fantastic location, excellent facilities. All you need to have a great stay with the family. Customer service is absolutely outstanding. We returned home with all out clothes clean and dry so no need to spend precious hours doing laundry after a relaxing holiday

The property was really clean and had all we needed, yet a bit of dust from the clothes drier goes all over the apartment so a bit of extra cleaning over the surfaces and vacuuming behind the beds a bit more frequent would be beneficial. This is not a complaint as I was happy I could come home with my clothes clean!!

New renovation, very clean and well supplied kitchen/living area - full crocery, cutlery, chopping boards/knives, proper bottle openers, microwave, new dishwasher, scrubbers, dish liquid etc - obvious, but often missing from other places. Also impressed that it had 2 separate shower rooms for 2 BR, not just the one, as well as a large private balcony. Specified car parking spot was also appreciated.

Would have liked an a/c or heater in main living area.

Location to everything, heated pool was great, we used the bbq area, tennis court, table tennis, sauna. Room number 4 was the one we had and it was a perfect spot for getting to the pool at the front and bbq out the back, plus don't have to carry luggage on stairs unless it's to or from the carpark. Bathroom and toilet had also been updated.

If we were staying longer I think a vacuum would be handy, and more toilet rolls. But other than that I couldn't fault anything.

The pools was great for kids. Thought the building looked like it needed a bit of love from the outside, the apartment was well furnished and modern enough. The pool area had new sun lounges and the pool is very nice.

The outside of building is a bit shabby. But it looks like they have a few renovations underway.

Early check in, well appointed 2 bedroom apartment that was clean and comfortable and spacious, close to beach, shops, restaurants, parking, and good facilities - pool, spa, sauna, tennis court.

Spacious apartment, lot's of natural light and lovely decor. Stunning magnesium pool. Fantastic service from the lovely Munna. Very well equipped for a family of four. It is perfectly located for beach access while being nice and quiet off the main road. Can highly recommend 👌

Nothing, loved it all

Location excellent. The apartment was clean and had all the necessities. Bed very comfortable. Suited our requirements. Nice gardens and pool.

No elevator. Had to walk up and down stairs with our luggage, although the Manager kindly assisted us when we first arrived. Would not recommend Headland Gardens for elderly tourists but very suitable for younger folk.

The pool was fantastic, enough shade and sun loungers, always kept clean. The hot tub was also a winner. The apartment was slightly dated, but perfect for our needs. It was well-equipped and was a great size. The manager/receptionist was amazing, she went above and beyond to look after us and let us stay at the pool after check-out as we had a late flight. The location was brilliant, literally across the road from the beach and a 10 min walk to Mooloolaba.

The kitchen cupboards smelt musty. There was no Netflix which I feel is becoming a standard now.

Amazing location and facilities - the pool is lovely and clean. Relief manager Craig was wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Our room (4) was right by the pool which was great (though a little loud one evening when some kids were playing in the pool til late, but pool closes at 9 so not too late). Apartment was really spacious and had nice new carpet throughout.

Apartment was a little dark with not much sunlight and 1 room in particular got a bit cold and damp a few hours after closing the patio door (the weather was pretty wet so that likely didn’t help). Furniture was a little dated and possibly the type of wood in the furniture added to the slightly musty smell in the bedrooms. Booking.com doesn’t show photos of the exact room you are booking during the process, so you can’t see what you’re getting; the rooms I saw on the page appeared to be brighter and a little more updated.

For a reasonable price this property offers a lovely view from the kitchen, bedroom and balcony and is in an exceptional location close to beach, paths and coffee.

It is definitely driving distance to grocery shops but these are well worth a visit (Sunshine Plaza and Mooloolaba shopping centre).
