Perfect location. Beautifully recently renovated apartment. Appliances all new. Good quality kitchen fittings, lovely quality cutlery, plenty of it, even in a room for two there was plenty of crockery, just perfect. High quality drapes. Toiletries supplied were good quality. Basic kitchen condiments supplied.

There was nothing I disliked a lot. The bed was extremely firm and for an elderly person a pillow top mattress would have been the icing on the cake. The only suggestions would be... a small end coffee table for my coffee would've been helpful. And.... sofa beds are not comfortable to sit on, they collapse into the middle...and, lastly, maybe advertising as "ocean views" should read 'partial ocean views when leaning over the balcony"

Great location and views of the beach. Room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable also. Would stay here again for sure. Also have free unground parking with a lift to make life that little bit easier with luggage.

A little bit of confusion at check out as we had arranged a late check-out but this was not entered into the system or passed onto the check-out staff. Not a big deal the team were understanding and no issues. Great group of people.

Excellent location, very comfortable bed, great view.

The air-conditioning in our room had a bit of a smell, but not so bad we couldn't cope. Otherwise, it worked well as was cold. Also, perhaps we were unlucky, but an awful smell, likely some sort of garden manure or similar, was quite strong in the pool area. Possibly from the golf course behind the property? Although not the fault of the property itself, it did affect our time enjoying the pool facilities.

I was allocated Unit 11 which is across the road from the beach. "Great View" pity about the weather thou. Oh well we can't control that. Wish I had a longer stay. The unit is a good size, very roomy. Love the pool, area. Managed to spend some time in the spa, as the pool was just a bit chilly for me, considering it was rainy and windy when I stayed. Short walk to the local shops and takeaway, with the Alex Surf Club just across the road.

The location was awesome with beautiful view across the road to the beach. The bed was extremely comfortable. Thank you for investing in an awesome bed. I slept so well.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like as it had great positive points. It was a bit aged, with a very old rusty clothes horse in the laundry, the curtains needed replacing and some of the coffee cups in the cupboard were not clean. Simple upgrades for the owner to stay on top of maintenance. In saying that I would stay there again as the positives are worth it.

Ocean front views, with comfortable couch and bed. Within walking distance to surf club and other eating establishments, plus 2 small grocers if cooking yourself. Surf Club has coffee from 5.30am or wait and have breakfast at 6.30am (really good sized portions for a good price).

Some things in the unit need to be updated (bathroom mainly) but everything works perfectly. Remotes for tv, you need to use 2 - just a bit confusing until you figure out what to do - should have read the instructions first. Can be noisy on the balcony because of the heavy traffic during the day.

The unit was very clean,everything you could need.Very comfortable for 2 people. The complex is an easy walk to cafes and shops including Coles supermarket in Mooloolaba.And right across from Alexander Heads main Beach. Beautiful views of the ocean from our apartment. No complaints here.

Could use some instructions on using the washing machine and dryer. 🤔

Clean, competitively priced, & convenient location.

Secure carpark was ideal, but entry/exit was cumbersome if the roller door wasn’t already up - Physical key to be inserted into a lock, which was on the wrong driving side. Number plate recognition or a fob would be more user friendly and of course, safer. There was a dreadful smell near the lift, similar to that distinct Thailand smell.

The apartment was absolutely stunning! The decor was fab and it was very cozy. The pool area is great and the spa was always nice and hot. The receptionist was very accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage in reception until check-in. She even called us earlier to let us know our room was ready. Such a good location right across the road from the beach and near shops.

We did expect it to be a bit bigger but it was actually ideal for 2 people. You have to take your own rubbish out or else you get a fine, same with washing up dishes but we didn't mind.

The view of the ocean was magnificent. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with large frypan and microwave containers and bowls etc. good sized pool. Within walking distance to the beach and surf club which has good meals. Alexandra Headlands patrolled beach was the closest and we did visit it.

The lounge wasn't the most comfortable.
