Great location, close to cafes restaurants and straight across the road from a patrolled beach. We booked a Deluxe Two Bedroom Ocean Front Apartment which was really lovely and modern . the deluxe two bedroom ocean front apartment we stayed in last time had Small differences such as cordless Dyson vacuum, coffee pod machine, ice maker in fridge, more plush mattress comfort, newer washing machine that was quieter , so missed these extras from our last stay. But the size of the balcony and view were great from this room. Also option of twin beds in second bedroom instead of a king bed suited our stay.

Spare bathroom tiles stored in the second bedroom wardrobe , not safe if you have little people. Room was still being cleaned as we were booking in at 2pm. So short delay in check in. Had a similar experience the first time we stayed.

Lovely spacious unit, excellent location directly across from patrolled beach. Loved that there is a convenience store, coffee shop, restaurants/take away right there & the surf club only a couple hundred metres away. We could walk to Mooloolaba & Maroochydore/Cotton Tree. Complex has a great pool & staff are very helpful & friendly. Unit had everything we needed for a great family holiday.

Family bathroom quite small due to also being laundry but ensuite was really large. There are 2 baths with shower over bath, I'd prefer one bathroom to have separate walk in shower for people with mobility issues.

Location was perfect, straight across the road from patrolled beach, lots of places to eat nearby and a small grocery store nearby too. The bed was really comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen.

Small things really but the aircon/fan system was really noisy. The couches weren’t overly comfortable. Also when we arrived on the Friday they had us down to arrive on Saturday even though our booking was Friday to Sunday. Luckily we arrived early but our room hadn’t been cleaned so had we arrived on time we would have been delayed checking in. Obviously this would have been more of an issue if they had no spare rooms on the Friday night.

The size of the accomodation was so perfect for our family of 4. Location was next level amazing where you could literally spend your days beaching, pool swimming and back again without any effort. My kids in particular loved it so much and wanted to move in permanently. Really appreciated the washing machine and dryer and getting to go home with clean clothes for a change! I personally loved getting to start my day drinking a delicious coffee from the cafe downstairs while sitting reading on the deck overlooking the ocean. It was paradise! The heated pool was also great for the kids.

Some features were somewhat dated but overall clean and suited us fine for the price. We stayed Mon-Thursday and got a great price that meant an old looking toilet was totally fine by us.

Perfect location with a balcony side view of the sea , Julie checked us in and allocated a lovely apartment with a rooftop seating/ bbq area which was wonderful , thank you . Comfortable accommodation and good facilities for self catering .We loved the walk along the sea front and walkways were fabulous and not too far to walk to Cole’s and BWS . Great access to bus service if you’re not driving and a short walk from the bus stop on arrival .Lovely pool area .Lovely helpful staff . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Was a little nervous about cooking smoke in the apartment as there was no extractor fan above the hob , otherwise no complaints

Fantastic view from the unit and balcony across to the beach. Easy access, pool is nice. The whole facility is extremely clean and well maintained. Staff are always friendly. Surf club is over the road, lots of cafes and shops, easy walking along the pathways. Will be back.

Unit was slightly dated (kitchen, bathroom) however that did not take away from our enjoyable experience as it was clean. Main bedroom was great with an updated bathroom. Car parking is usually ok however the spots are small. The only issue we had was when the car in the next bay parked right on the line making it extremely difficult to park our own car in our parking bay provided (I suppose this is only the fault of the person who parks without thought for the person in the bay next to them).

Location was amazing with a cafe at the complex. Was a short stroll to the surf club and an even shorter stroll to the beautiful beach. Staff were friendly and facilities clean. Loved the pool and the pool area which was a great place to relax.

We had a walk in shower and the floor seemed to be constantly wet. As I was still recovering from a knee replacement it made me very nervous having the constant threat of slipping. Other than a toaster there was no cooking facilities at all which meant we had to eat out for every meal. I'm still not sure if that's a negative though. ☺️

Location was awesome, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The view was fabulous. We had a roof top apartment overlooking the beach, we spent many hours on the balcony enjoying the view and ambience.

There was a round spa tub in the main bedroom. Nice to use but not practical if others in the apartment want to utilise. Also, it's an older version that has no back or arm rest/s as such to lean against, forcing you to sit very straight and upright. Pool loungers were very hard plastic, they looked great but were really uncomfortable. Cushions for these would be brilliant.

absolutely loved the location so close to everything and right across the road was the beach and we had amazing weather during our stay so it was perfect! the window into the bathroom was a fun little touch. the waterfall downstairs was right across from us I thought would be super loud when we were sleeping but it turned it to be quite nice. the pool was lovely it was just always busy cause we were there on hot days. I enjoyed that everything was there like cups, plates, tea towels etc

the apartment itself was lovely but a few minor cleaning issues, there was so much hair in the drain that the water from the shower wouldn’t go down and my husband had to remove it all so we didn’t flood the bathroom. when we told lady at the front desk we got an apology but no one came to check or give it a clean which was disappointing. the Netflix and wifi was horrible it kept dropping out every night when we tried watching a movie. I also wish we got a clean and some fresh towels and bathroom mat as we stayed for 6 nights, I found out later you could pay $5 for a fresh towel, I know there’s a washing machine but I don’t think a fresh towel should be paid for….

Location and room were fantastic -cafe on ground floor was awesome & service & food were outstanding accommodation was walking distance to Alex surf club which was great venue for food drinks & music

Minor issues that were not a game changer but pillows were not the best and were too flat to sleep on properly Also the fancy toilet had bright lights on it for flushing which we couldn’t seem to switch off at night & the bathroom door was glass so the lights from toilet lit up & shone through the glass door to bedroom making it hard to sleep as room was very brightly lit up
