The resort facilities were fantastic for our family. 3 pools, plenty of seating around the pool, tennis court and basketball court. We did a morning swim at the beach which was just a short walk away. The location was great, so many food options close by. The 3 bedroom apartment was huge! So much room for our family of 5.

The cleanliness of the apartment was a little below our standard. The bedding and towels were very clean, however the hard surfaces were quite dusty. From the ceiling fans, coffee table, screen door etc.

The resort was exceptional for our large family of 7. The 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and roomy with a great layout that suited us perfectly. The pools, spa and bbq facilities were fantastic. Only a short walk to the beach and the ability to hire towels and boogie boards from the resort made for such an easy, fun and relaxing holiday for us. We can't wait to stay again.

unfortunately there was an unsettling guest during our stay. No fault of the resort but it did put a dampener on one particular evening.

everything. management went above to make us feel welcome and comfortable. ringing to let me know I could check in early, offering her grandsons toys to my grandbaby for our entire stay. the room was beautiful and big , catering for my grandbaby with plastic/ kids plates, cups, cutlery ect. had a games cupboard, puzzles and DVDs. beautiful pool area which we spent most of our time. short walk to beach and surf club. This is the second time I have been here this year, highly recommended.

Pool and facilities very nice, clean and well presented. Manicured gardens and crystal clear pool. Location was great, very close to the beach and surf club. Apartment was well presented with everything we needed.

Staff not very friendly, extremely rules based, rude at check in and departure. Very strict on 30 min visitor parking even though there was 10-12 empty spots. They need to remember their guests are on holidays and they are working in hospitality. Didn't seem to enjoy people being there.

Nice and clean. Generous size apartment Excellent location 1 block back from the beach.So no street noise Nice outlook. Undercover parking. Adequate gym Pools, particularly the spa.

Not a real biggie just little things kitchen needs some bits like salt & pepper, a little cooking oil, and paper towels. Not enough rubbish bags, 1 dishwasher tablet. No dish liquid. Pools need a little heating.

We loved our stay at The Mirage in Alexandra Headland! Spacious, clean apartment with great views, a great pool area, and easy beach access made it perfect for our family. The location is quiet yet close to cafes and shops. A relaxing, comfortable base for exploring the Sunshine Coast.

Bed doonas were very thin. The adult room had two singles pushed together with the bed on wheels, so it kept moving through the night. Our carpark was very tight with a pillar and storage making it difficult to park.

The pools were perfect. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed.

The unit master shower door couldn't close, the master bed was very soft and uncomfortable and you had to sleep with the air-conditioning on as there was no screens on the balcony doors to allow breeze into the unit. The internet kept dropping out, which froze the TV as it was only on wifi.

Location was definitely 10/10. Pool area pretty extensive. Cute lap pool. Small but well equiped gym area. Linens all clean and pretty new :):)

Presumed there would be air conditioning in the bedrooms, but only in the living area (there were ceiling fans though). Small note, would have loved some body wash or an extra soap bar, sharing one soap bar between shower and basin was a small annoyance.

The location was excellent, being back from the main street and the pools were a real highlight. The apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable.

We were quite surprised, given that this is advertised as a 4star plus luxury resort, that there was a charge for a few basics like toilet paper, dishwashing liquid etc over the week we stayed.
