We absolutely enjoyed staying here at Windward. Not only was the apartment spacious but it was well equipped as well. The location was fantastic, it takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the life saving flags on the beach. There's beautiful little rock pools on the way as well. 10 minutes from Coles by walk. Fabulous cafes & restaurants close by & we had no issue with parking our second car on the back street. We will be returning again!

The parking lot we received inside the apartment was a toughie to park in but we managed.

Great size heaps of room for 6 of us Modern kitchen and very well stocked either plates , cutlery , bowls etc. Great location Awesome area with all the different board games, chilly bins, body boards , umbrellas. Great bbq area.

No door on the ensuite Not provided enough toilet paper, soap etc for 6 people. Not enough dishwasher tablets for 7 days. Toilet paper was cheap and horrible. The mirrored walls were weird Pool is a bit small.

Fantastic location, stunning view, great kids pool and the little entertainment / pool room had a heap of options of games etc to borrow which was an awesome touch! We will definitely rebook sometime because overall we had a great stay.

A few issues with cleaning - used towels left on back of door when we checked in (took them down to reception ourselves so we didn’t accidentally use them), cigarette packet left on balcony I assume from previous guests and the little milk in the fridge was opened already which luckily my 3yo said it was open to me rather than just drinking it but I understand we all have off days and this is no reflection of the stay in general.

Great location, gorgeous view, very appreciative of the quality of the apartment; cleanliness was pretty good.

Our main bed had sand in it (on the sheets) maybe from the washing machine? But no big deal. The owner needs to get some more kitchen items, tongs, bowls, plastic containers. The garbage bags in the bins are VERY thin; feel cleanliness would be helped by good kitchen tidy bags, more dishwashing powder and more than 1 tea towel; some spray and wipe too. These types of cleanliness items would promote the keeping of it clean when renting - just a suggestion. We bought more because we like to keep any place we rent clean. :)

Location was perfect. Definitely catered to families. Lots of choices of games. The apartment was clean and comfortable, very spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

The yard was shared with the unit next to us on the right so little kids just wondered across. Also there is a gap at the bottom of the front door so a huge draft came under the door which was only bothering us because it was particularly cold. I'd also have a felt a bit better if there was a better door lock on front door to apartment.

The location was excellent, very close to the beach! The staff were friendly and the apartment was extremely spacious. The living room TV was massive and I appreciate the bedroom tv as well. The wifi was strong.

I appreciate that they’ve controlled the bugs but I did see a large dead cockroach in my suite (better than alive!!) but I understand that being near the beach and in the ground floor, this is to be expected.

Great location, great facilities and the staff were really helpful. The price of the units was fantastic for the size of the rooms and the quality of the facilities.

Online checking was only available the day we were meant to check in. This was not very helpful as we were travelling that day. It would be better to offer this 2 days before the day of arrival to remove stress for international travellers.

Apartment is thoughtfully laid out, spacious and kitchen facilities utensils and crockery well equipped with an excellent large refrigerator/freezer. Washing machine and dryer easy to operate. Beds very comfy and plenty of extra warm blankets provided. Hosts Sandra and Joe very friendly, welcoming and always happy to assist in any way to ensure a pleasurable stay. Thank you both.

Spacious rooms, back 2 bedrooms separate from front bedroom. Spacious living area. Nice view.

Kitchen facilities could have been better, not enough cooking pans (only 1 frypan, we had to borrow from other son's apartment). No corning ware type dishes, no salad bowls. In the main bathroom/laundry there was nowhere to hang the towels, no hooks on back of door or next to sink anywhere.

Very central location in Mooloolaba, close walking distance to grocery store, restaurants etc. Quick drive to larger shopping centres. Car parking was secure and underground, and very spacious parks. Comfortably fit a large dual cab ute. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely view from level 5 room.

The road in front of the accommodation was busier than I expected which is not the fault of accommodation. Just meant sitting on the balcony and in loungeroom could be a little noisy with the windows/door open. However, bedroom(s) were towards the back of the unit and very quiet. Also had some problems with Wifi in the room. Wasn't an issue for us as we had personal phone data to use but meant Netflix/streaming didn't work well.
