The property is in an excellent location as it is only one street back from the esplanade. There are a number of places where you can walk through to the esplanade. This location means it is close to shops, cafes and restaurants. The staff at Seamark on First were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a room with a Seaview and were surprised at how much of the ocean we could see (and hear) as we were expecting it to be a just a glimpse.

We were very happy with the property. The only minor issue for us was that we really didn’t like the scent in the lobby as we personally found it too strong and not appealing.

Our three bedroom unit was extremely good value for money and located one street off the main beach. Good size rooms and deck overlooking a sea view, albeit restricted but still pleasant. Well appointed kitchen. Beach not far away and shops and restaurants on your doorstep.

One of the bedrooms was off the living area with sliding doors across the entire room that were not very private but ok in our situation. Rooms were not serviced and there was a minimum of consumables supplied and you had to purchase the rest.

Unhygienic and somewhat unsafe! Staff did not seem too concerned. Surprised we did not receive some reimbursement for this inconvenience.

Great location

Side window blind didn't go up/down with others in lounge room. Towels were slightly 'yellow' with a stain or 2, not crisp white in ensure, insure about other bathroom. Main bedroom pillowcases 'crushed' leaving me wondering whether they had been laundered prior to stay.

Perfect location. Amazing friendly staff. Clean spacious apartments. It had everything we needed and we felt so at home. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back to Seamark on First.

Beautiful spacious apartment, close to everything you needed (stores, restaurants, bars, beach, public transport). Well equipped if you would like to prepare food in the unit or go for a BBQ outside somewhere. Super friendly staff giving help and recommendations for our further travels, making you feel like home. Access to a little fitness room and pool area, already included in the price.

Location was excellent, clean, gear balcony

Being stingy with items like two dishwasher tablets, 2 garbage bags. If you left a few cleaning items like a spray and wipe we’d be able to keep it clean for you.

A perfect location, close to beach, Mooloolaba highlights with Coles right around the corner. Great underground parking and we loved the pool! The rooms were well equipped and sociable and the beds very comfortable.

Nothing, we will be back hopefully!

Everything was great. Couldn't be more satisfied with our stay. Staff were awesome. It was great to have some visitor parking out the back also as we had extra family turn up for fathers day. Never got to enjoy the pool as ran out of time but looked amazing.

Some of the kitchen cupboards could be a bit cleaner but not too bad. Cant think of anything else we didn't like. Would just be nit picking .

One street back from the beach meant that you were close to everything, but in a quiet environment. The apartment was clean and comfortable.
