Great location, exceptionally clean & friendly easy to communicate with staff. While it is an older building it has been beautifully refurbished.

We were in one of the upstairs studio rooms. The stairs were tricky for us to navigate with 2 dogs & luggage. As it is an older building sound does tend to travel & while our dogs are not barkers they were on high alert hearing people moving around.

$50 pet charge added on for one night. If I hadn’t told you I had a dog you wouldn’t of known it was there. I arrived and left when no staff were around. Not really “pet friendly” for $50 a night. I was aware charges may be payable but $50!? Lots of stairs to navigate with a dog was awkward.

We had a great getaway here… our room faced the pool and canal which was very relaxing to look at. It’s in a great location and only about 5 minutes walk to the Mooloolaba esplanade where all the cafes and restaurants are. Also great to have our dog able to stay with us. Very comfortable. Tara was fantastic to deal with and answer all queries promptly. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately we arrived in rainy weather, but we still managed to test out the pontoon out the back for a spot of fishing that was a nice touch. Air-con downstairs heated the place well - good outdoor spaces.

No dryer in unit but the host responded quickly after hours to advise there was a communal dryer available (at no cost). Quick response time was great.

The staff were friendly and the accommodation had plenty of space and was well presented. The pool and rear courtyard were great and the view across the river from the balcony was beautiful (really great for catching sunsets on the water). The location was excellent being a short walk from the beach front and shops.

The property is a bit tired and in need of repairs/updating/mould removal - not a big deal and didn't prevent us from enjoying our stay. (Considering how large the property is it was still clearly given a thorough clean before we stayed.)

The location was great. The pool overlooking the river was a nice spot to relax. the beach and main strip is about a 300m walk, so everywhere is very accessible. Access to the washing machine was a big bonus as well,

I could hear the people above me in the mornings, which wasn't the best.

Super friendly staff, one of the rare pet friendly accommodations with possibility of pet minding, pool and spa, great location and car park

One thing would be the shower. It would have been great to have a proper door/curtain so the floor don't get flooded and floor towels don't get soaked

The location was marvellous and we managed to explore Mooloolaba extensively. Tara was a great help and so friendly.

The studio apartment was great but my side of the bed was a little saggy and I needed both pillows to support my neck.

The room was spacious, the bed was so super comfy we had the best nights sleep, the reception staff were really friendly and welcoming. Loved being able to have a coffee in the machine. Also pet friendly is always a bonus, our girl was really happy there

Nice, clean place with good kitchen facilities and separate bedroom. I didn’t meet any staff member as keys were in a key safe, but as I didn’t need anything that was fine. Weather was poor so didn’t get chance to try pool or BBQ. Close to local shops and beach.
