The location of the Property was fantastic. Close to the Beach, shopping strip with Restaurants & Cafes and the Supermarket. The Staff on reception were friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had a lovely view of the ocean from our room and balcony.

Our bathroom was quiet dirty with marks on the mirror that looked like toothpaste, fingerprints & splash marks on the toilet roll holder, smudge marks on the tiled wall and edge of the bath and the floor hadn't been mopped or cleaned as there were dirty marks in both the Bathroom and Kitchen.

The location is excellent. It's very handy to restaurants and Coles is next door. The staff were very helpful and it's great that the front desk is attended to 24 hours a day.

Our room was very dated. The kitchen and it's contents are very basic. I would call it a kitchenette rather than a kitchen. The fridge is a bar style fridge which is too small. The outside table and chairs were quite tired and shabby which didn't encourage us to want to utilise the outside space. The lighting in the bedroom is very dim and the lamps are fitted with cool rather than warm globes, although minor, it didn't make the room feel very inviting. We stayed in a superior room (I think standard describes it better) and it was adequate for 3 nights, however I wouldn't choose to stay again. We've stayed elsewhere in Mooloolaba for roughly the same price point (that's also been in an excellent position) with far better facilities and a lot more comfortable.

It's a great location, right in the heart of the restaurant hub. What impressed us most was around the pool area are lots of segregated lawn and picnic areas. So good for families. Close to Coles. Bed was also very comfy.

Our fault, but would have loved a room facing the beach. We were off to the side with not such a great view. Should have thought to ask about that.

We didn’t like having a shower over a spa bath. We’re both heading for 80 and found it extremely dangerous and difficult to climb into a wet and slippery bath just to have a shower. We wouldn’t stay in that room again

Love the location. Its so close to Coles and all the boutique shops and cafes. A stones throw awa from the esplanade and beach. Access to the site is easy and I always feel relaxed when I stay here.

I didnt know about the construction work at the Pavilions Hotel at the time so it was unsightly to see from our balcony. However, it didnt hinder our enjoyment. The only time it was a mild nuisance was the noise from the work being done.

spacious room, great view, room was well furnished and also convenience of the Espalanade strip.

The bathroom needs to be better in the tiled floor and the spa bath/show needs to have a non-slip surface as I slipped over getting into the bath area and luckily had one foot on the floor and although I received some bruises and a an painful ankle I survived! As we were an older couple in our very early 70's we would of appreciated a njon slip bath/shower without such a high reach to enter the shower area. Cheers

Nice roomy apartment with a great ocean view. Very friendly staff. Nice pool and excellent location.

The apartment had a plug in, 2 burner hot plate and one saucepan and one frying pan. Not many utensils so couldn't really cook in the apartment. TV screen was broken with a poor picture, didn't report to staff as didn't watch much TV. The pool didn't have many sun lounges so had to wait around for someone to leave to get one or get down very early.

The hotel was right next to the beach, supermarket and eateries. I did not need a hire car because the taxi trip from the airport was cheap and there was no need to drive around town. The bed was nice and comfortable, the room was large with a mini kitchen, and the two pools were clean. There was a washing machine in the room.

I stayed a week, and it would have been nice if housekeeping came in at least one or twice to take away rubbish and refresh the towels. There were two towels for the pool in a cupboard in the bedroom that I did not notice until the end of my stay. (I could have asked them to do this also so some of that is my fault).

Location lovely; very close to beach, variety of restaurants & shops. Secure free parking. Clean swimming pool, free-to-use BBQs in gardens. Professional, but friendly staff.

Apartment rooms are bright even at night; no blackout blinds. Staff provided a mattress topper after we had a very uncomfortable 1st night. Views of suburbia with distant Glasshouse Mountains, as apartment is in "rear end" of hotel - there was no option to select a room with a sea view during booking process.

Location and ocean view very important and provided. Mostly quiet except for construction work next door. Staff polite and friendly around the building. We had a nice stay

Room was a bit dated, but clean. Did not like the step up into the spa bath. I am short and found this difficult and unsafe. I found the shutters made the room a little dark.
