THE VIEWS! This accommodation was perfection. We came as a group of 8 for a friend's hens and were mainly looking for a relaxing weekend near the beach and close to restaurants, etc. The apartment was massive, heaps of space! It had everything we needed, was kept very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of clean towels - including beach towels! All the nice amenities of a hotel like shampoo, conditioner, etc. We didn't use the washer or dryer but were glad we had them as an option. The location couldn't have been better. And of course, the views all day were absolutely stunning facing the water - it was spectacular. The hotel and apartment felt very safe and easily accessible. The staff went above and beyond, including Stacey and Julieanne - plenty of suggestions for where to eat/drink/play, including the ability to check in early and check out later because we had early/late flights. Our weekend was seriously a dream!

Absolutely nothing.

Everything! The apartment was amazing! Spectacular views over the ocean, super clean and soooooo spacious! We were a group of 6 adults and there was so much room. Three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two lounges, a separate dining area, huge fully-equipped kitchen, and a balcony that ran the width of the apartment. They had thought of everything - outdoor dining table and chairs on balcony, as well as two sun loungers. The apartment was directly across the road from the beach. Restaurants, cafes and shops along the esplanade below and supermarket within a few minutes walk. Decor was clean, modern and neutral with lots of nice decorative touches so it didn’t feel sterile. Our group were so impressed and had a wonderful stay. We would also like to do a special shout out to Stacey on reception who was so lovely! Stacey was so warm, friendly, helpful and made us feel like valued guests - thank you, Stacey :)

Nothing - it was perfect!

The view is special. The feel of the suite was excellent. The staff, both reception and housekeeping, were very friendly and very helpful. Swimming pool was well managed, except for rowdy children with parents who didn't care about the noise made!

Fridge didn't work and we had a rental for a few days until a new one was installed. The hairdryer had a short cord and was likely to burn one! the kitchen air ventilator above the stove was reaching its use-by date. The very cold wind at the door and waiting for the lift was a bracing experience!

The service was the best I've had. I forgot to ask for a wooden cot, I messaged them 20 minutes from arrival, they arranged an external supplier within that time and had it delivered 10 minutes after check in. they showed zero sign of frustration, it simply wasn't an issue for them to get that done for me. incredible. nespresso included, proper full cream milk included, daily turndown. amazing

only very small thing, the pool wasn't chemically balanced properly. my little one and hubby had really red eyes. the stay overall was incredible though.

Relaxing break with my husband. I cannot say enough about Oceans. it was one of the best apartments we have stayed in. On arrival Stacey was amazing, such a lovely warm welcome and couldn’t do enough to help. Fulfilled every request we had. The apartment was immaculate and full for all the mod cons. Nice espresso coffee machine and even real milk supplied (Not the long life stuff, which I hate) Fresh ice in the freezer was a bonus. Beds were big clean and very comfy. We requested 2 queen size instead of the usual, queen and 2 singles, wasn’t a problem for them at all. Rooms are serviced every day and I made full use of the complimentary toiletries which smelt and felt amazing. Full length windows and topped of with motorized blinds had me in awe. All these little luxuries made me not want to leave. The apartments are in a fantastic location with so many restaurants on your doorstep as well as Coles and BWS right behind the building. View from the balcony was breathtaking, complete beach front. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend a stay here.

Cant think of one single thing

The location is very central, across the road from the beach, right next to cafe, restaurants and even Coles. The parking is convenient and staff exceptionally friendly & helpful

We booked the 3 bedroom apartment, I didn’t like the master bedroom’s basin in the ensuite, it’s nice looking and probably suited to a commercial setting but not practical- the ensuite should also have a door rather than a door for the wardrobe because it’s hard to share facilities without a door and I also think the bathrooms needs fans

The location is perfect. The staff are very accommodating & the apartment is luxurious and well equipped and sound proof - very quiet. Was our second stay here and we will definitely be back. We love it.

Nothing to dislike.

Large and comfortable 3 bedroom apartment on the 9th level with fantastic sea views and a lovely balcony. Shops, supermarket and restaurants very close by (within easy walking distance). Apartment came with two car parking spots. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool area very good. Great family weekend getaway.

When I enquired about a bbq I was advised this was an additional charge. I feel for the price we paid for the accommodation a bbq should have been included.

Staff were very welcoming. The room was very nice and comfortable! The view was amazing. We loved how close to town it was just had to go down to ground floor and you were on the main road. Had everything you could want. Pool was nice. Very luxury stay.

Second bathroom shower leaked water all over the floor so had to dry every time so you didn’t slip. The sauna is under renovation. Had issue connecting to tv but got that sorted with reception.

Beautiful apartment over looking the sea, you could hear the crashing waves. Fantastic views. The apartment was nicely decorated and very comfortable for our stay. A great location too directly above the local shops and restaurants. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
