It had a nice kitchen and bathroom with a washer and dryer. The bed was comfortable. It was close to attractions. Great view of the canal.

I paid for an upgrade which was supposed to be on 3rd floor or above. I was allocated a unit on the 1st floor and the had to pay an additional amount to get a higher unit. The parking spaces were very narrow and I couldn’t get my car into the first space I was allocated. There were no coffee pods for the coffee machine and no dishwasher tablets. I had to get these from reception the next day. The table only had 2 chairs and it needs replacing as the top was peeling off. The blinds needed cleaning.

We stayed next door in a Riva apartment. The outlook to the river & boats was lovely. The beds were comfy. The kitchen & large Living & Dining area adjoining the patio were spacious. Parking under the building was handy with lift access. The Spa pool was nice next door in Excellsior. Having 2 bathrooms worked well.

The washing machine seal was mouldy. The window screens & blinds were dusty in the bedrooms & bathroom. The patio glass doors were all smudged & needed cleaning. There were ants running along the Bathroom shower wall & up into the ceiling. The shower was a bit small & the water escaped out the gap next to the door.

Although a little older, the apartment was in perfect order. The bed was super comfortable with lovely soft pillows and bedding. The bathroom had been renovated. Laundry facilities were excellent size. Kitchen was very well stocked with cutlery and crockery, as well as basic cooking facilities and some supplies. Also does have a pool (kids were disappointed it was out of order being repaired, however totally understandable being winter!).

Being an older apartment block, there was no lift - unfortunately I was in a moon boot and struggled with the stairs. We were gifted the top floor which would have been a fantastic plus under normal circumstances. Acknowledge this is not the fault of the property managers - they do make you aware there was no lift.

Quiet location and a well-equiped pleasant apartment. Comfortable bed and a big bathroom. Very pleasant lady on the front desk. Space to park a car underneath too.

Our ground floor apartment was very visible from the street. With only one set of curtains, it was necessary to keep them pretty much closed if you didn’t want to be looked at from the street. Then it was quite dark. Thin see-though curtains would have helped this. We would not stay in this apartment again. It was not too far from the main beach but not a pleasant walk in the rain and wind of an evening. The swimming pool was very small and not much space to lie on a lounger around the pool.

We were very happy with this accommodation as it was very good value, clean and Luke was very helpful. I thought that the clean and linen change after a week was pretty good. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen facilities very good.

My sister and brother in law were at the Coco so it was quite a walk, about 20mins each way and as my husband has Parkinsons and actually fell whilst walking there we would hesitate to come back sadly. Just one thing about the apartment. We have an Airbnb and I would pull down the curtains in that apartment 5 and throw them away as they are badly stained with mould on the window side. BTW I did break a glass and replaced it.

Excellent value & size of apartment. After spending $90 on breakfast on the foreshore we sure were appreciative of having a kitchen to cook in each morning. We arrived early but were given a room straight away. Our apartment had lovely views of the canal and was walking distance to the Wharf. Would definitely stay here again. Free parking, a washing machine & dryer in our room & a dishwasher were wonderful bonuses.

Nothing, it was ideal for our needs

The location is great, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed. We had a very pleasant stay at Sailfish Apartment.

The apartment is a bit humid and I guess, for this reason, the curtains throughout the apartment were very moldy. I'm quite allergic so this and the dust in some places like inside the table lamp in the rooms, walls and in the ceiling, made me a bit itchy.

Loved the view. Loved the location. Quick 5-10 min walk to shops, restaurants. Room was great. Bed was comfy. Kate looked after us and was quick to respond to emails etc. We didn’t pay for the “presidential suite” Kate was funny, and blunt, and made it very clear that wasn’t what we paid for either. 😝Perfect for us.

Couldn’t really fault it. It wasn’t overly expensive so not sure if we paid for the “presidential suite” we would’ve got bit more toilet paper and milk. And perhaps tissues in the bathroom. But honestly that’s no big deal. We were only there for the weekend. And we were able to get extras from the office if needed. Shops weren’t too far away so that fixed that problem.

Well-furnished apartment in an excellent location with a nice view over the river and park directly opposite, and only a short walk from the beach.

Slightly confusing instructions about getting entry to the apartment and carpark - we received multiple emails but weren't told about the early closing time on the day of arrival (a Sunday), so were lucky we arrived before the closing time and were able to collect the keys. Also, getting the access code to the carpark was difficult (we were supposed to receive the code by text, but didn't). But on the plus side the people on reception were friendly and helpful.

The apartment was well situated, very homely and comfortable with everything you need to live comfortably. We really enjoyed our stay and would return at another time.

The shower was open with basically no walls allowing water to spray on the bathroom floor. For older people a slippery floor is dangerous. There were some areas where cleaning was not up to the mark; but generally where it matters, very clean.
