Across road from beach. Despite this, the street was still very quiet as it is bypassed by the busier Sixth avenue and is one-way entry at one end. Happy to let the kids stroll across the road to the playground. Walking distance to everything you could need during an extended stay (beach, shops, cafes, SLS club). Very comfy furnishings with all the kitchen equipment needed for a lengthy stay. Roomy enough to accomodate other family groups for meals and the rooftop deck is an excellent feature that I want to return to make use of in spring or summer. Kids enjoyed the heated pool.

Stayed for New Years. Great location, pools and facilities. No toiletries but we had bought our own. Pillows were hard and large. Second floor does not have a view of the ocean due to the park across the street which then leads onto the beach. Air conditioner is a little loud. Kitchen had all amenities and utensils.

Price was high for the season. No animals allow onsite but there was is other units including managers. Only parking for one car onsite, no parking on street when busy.

The location is perfect for beach walk, restaurants and just a few minutes drive to the main shopping centre. The apartment is beautifully presented with open plan living and has a little bit of the sea view.

There is a street parking accross the building with a few campervans and minivans stay through out the day and look straight into the balcony. Other than that everything else was great.

Apartment was exceptionally clean, modern, homey. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Location has not changed in the last decade and was like going "home" when we turned into the street.

Internet/wifi was not connected., approached reception next day and was advised it was under maintenance/reconnection stage. Would have preferred to have this advised at time of booking. Was not a negative on our overall experience.

Absolutely everything. Was so much room for a family, it was so clean when we arrived. Beautiful location so close to everything. Staff were so nice to deal with. The room was so nice and we the court yard was great especially with a little one. We will definitely stay again and I would highly recommend this place for a family to stay even a group of friends

Nothing loved everything about it

Spacious updated apartment (no. 7), modern fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer. The apartment had everything you could possibly need. TV and wifi. Ground floor with front and back court yards. Perfect spot to have your morning coffee or afternoon drinks. Play ground across the road so great for families with children. Maroochydore beach is a 2 minute walk away. Close to all essentials ie restaurants, take away, convenience stores, botteshop. 5 minutes drive to Sunshine Plaza. Good value for money.

Unable to use the shower in the ensuite as the water ran out the door not down the drain.

Location was great, handy to beach and food, unit was clean and spacious. Lift to our floor as one of us wasn't able to climb stairs

Reception was dirty/untidy, didn't point out where to find spa/pool etc and felt like I interrupted her on her personal phone call when checking in! I also could not find any information in the room about local restaurants, things to do etc.

The place was tastefully decorated and spacious. It was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved the spa and entertaining area but sadly it was under-utilised by us. Close to the beach and lovely cafes. Appreciated the parking space without added costs.

It would have been helpful to have information handy instead of finding things out for ourselves eg closest supermarket, swimming pools, activities, good shopping spots etc

Fantastic location. Very quiet. Really appreciated an early check in. Large open plan living area and balcony were really great.

Would really have liked a wire screen on sliding door off bedroom so we could leave the door open overnight. No window in main bedroom is not ideal.

Great location, the property is excellent for the value with a great homely coastal feel. The service was amazing and I would be more than happy to stay again.

Only downfall was the cleanliness of the ceilings (mould) and some kitchen utensils were a little dirty but that’s clearly from previous guests.
