Location was great you could walk to most things if you wanted to. Australia Zoo was great only 30mins drive. The Donnan was worth going to especially with kids. Great area for kids to play, adults can relax good homemade pizzas the whole atmosphere was terrific. Kings Beach Caloundra is fantastic. Water shower area fun for the kids a pool area on the beach & the beach really good for a swim with lots of great shells to shell collect. Maroochydore area great place to stay.

The only thing with our apartments which is really minor Apartment 4 supplied beach towels Apartment 1 didn’t. When flying this is extra luggage you don’t need to take. Both apartments only supplied 1 tee towel you need at least 2 so when one is in the wash you have another one to use. This is minor as there was so much in the apartment that was thought of. It was fantastic.

Location is fabulous, apartments are big and beautifully appointed with huge balconies. The heated pool was actually heated and a pleasure to use. Although reception is not open a great deal, there is someone at the end of the phone who promptly answer. The only little niggles I had was that the lounge although very comfortable was a little low for someone with bad knees, so sat on a couple of cushions, problem solved. Would go back in a heartbeat. Looking at other properties and for this location definitely value for money.

M1 is a perfect holiday location we had a brilliant holiday. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and in a great location close to cafes, the beach, the river and the Sunshine Plaza and Big Top centre. The managers of M1 are friendly and helpful and we recommend holidaying at this location. One thing to be aware of is that if you book your accommodation on booking.com you are not guaranteed to get the apartment you booked and paid for. We booked a 3 bed apartment with ocean and hinterland views on an upper floor of the complex as this is what booking.com were selling. When we arrived we were put in a different apartment on a low floor without the views we thought we were getting. We would still stay at this complex, it was excellent.

Excellent Venue. Perfect situation to walk to shops and food outlets etc. Lovely walks to estuary and alongside canal. Easy drive to surf beachs. Fantastic Management and staff all very obliging. Beautiful large open plan apartments, with great Kitchen and gorgeous bathrooms. Comfy large bed in masterbedrooms. Lovely heated pool and fantastic indoor gym area. Great accessible parking. We cant wait to stay here again.

Nothing we didnt like.

Super friendly staff on arrival. The information regarding our room and parking was very clear. The location was perfect for what we needed. Definitely will recommend and stay again

The bed was a little firm from what we were used to, but still comfortable We could only check in/ talk to staff at the specific time to check in. We arrived 1-2 hours early and no one was around or signage to advise where what who.

The apartment was so big and spacious. Very clean and everything you needed was provided. Secure parking was great. Access to the plaza and so many places to eat were within walking distance. Such friendly staff, made us feel like we were at home. Will definitely be staying again. Thank you M1 Resort.

There wasn't anything I didn't like during my stay.

Spacious 2-bedroom apartment, secure car parking, barbecue available, very quiet at night, close to supermarket and malls

Our dryer didn't work, reported it to the duty manager, who was lovely and let us dry our washing in an adjacent apartment. However she said it would be sorted the next day and we never heard back from her, followed up with phone message but no response. The reception was closed during our whole stay so nobody to talk to. Due to the humidity outside it takes days for the beach towels & clothes to dry. You have to provide everything yourself, it would be good to have basics like salt & pepper provide but these are minor issues.

Location was great and the apartment was fantastic and very clean. Loved having breakfast on the balcony each morning with great views.

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Complimentary items were cheap quality compared to other luxury hotels/apartments that I have recently stayed in. I would have expected the toilet paper to be replenished in the mid stay service.

Loved everything about this little apartment. The property was very nice and clean. The apartment is a staggered design with the kitchen and sofa downstairs and bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Massive balcony area that opened out onto a canal. Perfect location with shopping centres and local RSL just a few minutes walk away. The beds were comfortable, with the main bedroom sporting a king bed.

Small thing, lack of BBQ space.

We got upgraded to stay at Sitka - it was stunning, everything about the first floor apartment was exceptional. Unfortunately there is a very unfriendly man who lives on the third floor who doesn't like the sound of little girls playing in the pool, when you pay thousands to stay somewhere you should be able to use the facilities and enjoy them in innocent. fun.
