Location was great with restaurants nearby and a great coffee shop across the street. It was also easy to get to. Breakfast was included and tasty. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

Hotel parking was full. The nearby carpark (100m) was available and absolutely fine but it would have been nice to know before booking as I don't always want to walk with large distances with luggage. As mentioned above the nearby carpark wasn't far at all and was a reasonable overnight rate. Also, I don't know how the hotel could have communicated the carpark being full in advance of booking, so I didn't lower any scores because of this.

We really loved our stay, the hotel was easy, friendly, nothing was ever a problem. The cleanest hotel with attention to every detail. Walking distance to everything, beaches, Sunshine Plaza, restaurants perfect location.The staff were all so friendly, Abel was very professional and most helpful. We are planning our next holiday.

Breakfast was a little disappointing, Always short on glassware, hot food, coffee machine broke twice while we were staying. Must be so annoying for the staff who were flat out and honestly they were all wonderful given that they were overloaded daily and could of easily had 3 more staff to help with efficiency .

Room was a little small but adequate. Handy to nearby amenities and beach. Staff were wonderfully helpful and eager to provide the best service possible.

The parking space and its accessibility was totally inadequate. I went to the parking building next door. The mattress had a cover on which became somewhat sweaty and uncomfortable despite the air conditioner being on 24 degrees. The small tubs of peanut butter were old and tasted awful as well as spilling oil onto my bread before I could stop. I’m sure they were past their use by date. Scrambled egg every morning became very boring.

Staff could not have been more attentive. All facilities excellent (but expected from a new venue). Breakfast was as good as other IHC we have used, staff continually cleaning tables and refilling bain marie.

The only fault we could find was that the room was not as clean as expected. Even after pointing out to staff ,on the second day bathroom had paper residue left on the floor. Would have liked two wine glasses in the room. Toilet roll holder was upside down with the result that the roll continually fell off, was annoying, especially at night in low light conditions.

Location was perfect cleanliness and service wonderful and condition of hotel sparkling and like new. The bar area in the evening was lively and friendly and very pleasant to spend the evening. The staff in the reception and breakfast area were super efficient and welcoming.

Coming home as I felt I would have liked linger than a week. Would have like a few eating and drinking utensils in the room lounge and a microwave. Everything else was near perfect.

This is a newly built hotel so felt clean and modern. The blackout blinds were the best I've ever seen in any hotel ever! The windows were also double glazed. The staff were fantastic when I had to change my booking twice due to the cyclone, even though it was a non-refundable on booking.com. We'd definitely stay here again.

A bit more privacy for the toilet. It was more of a frosted glass cubicle than actual bathroom, and I'd prefer not to hear my partner on the loo.

Room was perfect for what I needed. It was modern and clean and the carpet was new . The bed was comfortable and it had a small occasional chair and foot rest , table for eating at , large tv . I loved the pool , and had a night swim. Bathroom was small but I didn’t need a huge space , I was after modern and clean and it was indeed that. A few Restaurants and bottle shop within a very short walking distance. Also within walking distance to the huge mall . Perfect location

Maybe the firm pillows could have been firmer , but that’s me being picky . Another blanket could have been good but by night two I realised I could turn the heating up .

Firstly, Farah on the reception desk was a delight! she was friendly, helpful & always had a beautiful smile! The room was modern, well designed and spotless. I especially loved the window ledge where I placed a couple of pillows (after arriving back from the wedding) made myself a coffee and watched the rainy night 👌 The beds and pillows were super comfy and the crisp white linen was stunning! The lobby and eating areas were incredibly clean, I was very impressed with this level. The parking centre on the other side of the street was very convenient as there were none available at the motel. Overall a very pleasant stay thank you 🩷

I was quite disappointed about the bathroom lighting over the mirror, so glad I had my makeup done before arriving because there was no way I would’ve been able to see properly doing it under those conditions! I noticed after checking my bank account that I was charged $294.49 plus $1.02, where as the app said it would be $289 including fees & charges.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Great placement for power points and USB slots for recharging my devices. Nice Buffet Breakfast.

I was slightly disappointed to find the room only had one coffee sachet and one sweetener, which I used on arrival at 3pm and after I went to work and returned at 2am, I had to attend reception to ask for another coffee sachet. Not a big deal though. Breakfast was good, but would have been nicer if the coffee machines had been refilled with milk and usable, I ended up, after waiting for a bit, just heading out and purchased flat white from a coffee shop.

Facilities were great and room very comfortable (room felt a bit cramped with 2 queen beds - not much room for us with 2 kids and suitcases). The bathroom with the map was a great novelty. The pool was lovely - great location and all staff were so lovely.

Would love to have the option to dine at restaurant for dinner. The food we had was better than I expected (ordering off the menu) but I did find the breakfast a bit disappointing. We didn't have a lot of the foods but the bacon was very oily and would have liked a bit more fresh fruit. The price was a bit expensive.
