Well-designed and located off Duporth Ave, a modern strip of shops and places to eat. Stayed in room 302 for three nights. Very spacious apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Impeccably clean and well-maintained. It is big enough for a family, but equally suitable for a couple. The second two bedrooms and a bathroom are closed off unless you have paid for them as part of your booking. The natural view over the Maroochy river was the highlight for us. The view looks out over the water, Goat and Channel Islands and beyond to a natural horizon and Mt Coolum. Goat and Channel Islands are part of Maroochy River Conservation Park. The view is ever-changing with the tides and weather. I photographed 20 bird species and heard the calls of a few more on the breeze. The 180 degree views are accessible from the living area as well as the master bedroom. The kitchen was also excellent with good quality and array of cutlery, crockery and appliances, including Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods). Pool is also excellent - suitable for either relaxing or swimming laps. Gym also well-appointed and maintained. Underground car park easy to access. A hearty 5/5 and will definitely be back.

We loved this place ! We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a corner ,3 bed unit. The view was Spectacular! Everything we needed was within walking distance and it was so nice to have an allocated carpark. We received a call to say that the room was ready early so we were able to check in early. The swimming pool area was lovely. So nice to be able to see those views while relaxing in the heated pool. We would definitely like to stay here again.

The King size bed was a little soft for me.

Location

The property didn’t give a luxe feel which I think you should have at that price point. A few mismatched wire hangers, congealed Nescafé coffee sachets in the kitchen, broken blinds in the main bedroom just made the property feel less than it promised. I was also under the impression that based on room selection and photos this unit would be renovated however apart from a few furnishings the unit is the same as when we stayed there ten years ago and didn’t look as photos had depicted.

Apartment, facilities and grounds were all very clean and very well-maintained throughout. Layout and outlook of pool area are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view over the river. Room decor and furnishings were stylish and comfortable.

Bit tricky to get in touch with reception a couple of times (ie. not answering phones/mobile not working), but very helpful once we finally did get in touch. In-room spa didn't match photos which was disappointing (should have been a corner spa instead of normal bath, not great for sharing!). The TV usually took a few tries to get working as the single remote didn't always turn both the tv and the Foxtel box on at the same time.

Lovely river and pool view on one side and Maroochydore town on the other. The pool and spa are perfect temperature and most of the time I had it to myself. Very spacious and comfortable unit.

The only adverse thing I could comment on was the hairdryer which is a small low powered one - the old type that sits in a wall holder. I would suggest taking your own.

We were lucky to have a 3 bedroom apartment with the other 2 rooms closed off.From the minute I walked in I was met with a beautiful view and immaculate apartment. I think it depends on each apartment as individually owned. I loved the tranquility and immediately made me feel relaxed. Reception was lovely on arrival.Very close to restaurants.We we’re in apartment 407.

very noisy apartment above in last morning and advised on departure owner was putting in new carpets. Yes carpets hammering was only from 0800 but noise from 0500 and argument? from above from early hours. Unfortunately lost my tranquil and relaxing spot.

Loved so much about this this accommodation. Very spacious unit with 2 separate living areas in 2brm unit. Large balcony overlooking the Maroochydore River with views spanning Cottontree to Twin waters. Very comfortable large beds & pillows. Staff were very accommodating especially since we booked in Christmas eve afternoon. Very clean & modern furnishings. Highly recommend this accommodation

Nothing to not like here

Room 805 has the comfiest, soft bed and pillows. Our unit was so large and spacious. It would be wonderful to spend a week or so there! The complex is in a fantastic location, right on the river. It was so quiet and peaceful - no traffic noise at all.

The carpet and cushions were a bit smelly. We’d prefer tiled floors for our allergies, but we’d still go back!

Have been staying here since 2012. Such a great location certainly and close to many things on the coast. Apartments are always lovely and clean and I found the beds very comfortable. Plenty of space for the whole family and walking distance or easy driving to plenty of activities to keep all the family entertained.

The apartment itself was huge and stunning water views. Everything was extremely clean and decor very nice. Secure parking was a bonus and reception very helpful. The pool looked so nice although we didn't use. Location was spot on with restaurants and cafes right at your doorstep and a short stroll to the shopping plaza. Highly recommend this complex to stay in and would come back.

We were very unlucky to have guests below us having music and smoking so we were unable to open the patio doors during our stay. This was not the owners fault just bad timing:(
