Fabulous location. Very family friendly. Very comfortable for 2 adults and a 3 year old and 8 year old. Air conditioned and cool in summer. The staff were very helpful we forgot an item in the room and they posted it back to us which was great! Thank you. Overall a pleasant stay and would stay there again. Just things to be mindful of :)

We were in villa 1 which we felt was not an accurate representation of the photos advertised showing elevated views and we were on the floor level. So that was an initial disappointment but we carried on with our life. An elevated apartment would have meants no lifts, so we were happy to have no steps to go up and down multiple times a day. To note also the garage is very, very tight and there are what I assume are storage hooks on the garage walls which my daughter injured herself on when getting out of the car.

So relaxing. Apartment had everything we required. Location was superb. Scenery was awesome. Watching all the birds arriving In the evening to roost in the trees was amazing... Cormorants, Lorikeets, White Herons... We really enjoyed the activity at the boat ramp across from us. Picnic Point is a real hive of activity of the leisure kind..

Four level apartment block with stairs only access. We were on the second floor and managed fine but at our age, the top floor would have been too much.

It is in a great spot. The kids could go down to the river and go fishing. Loved the fact that it had a washing machine and dryer, with 5 of us that was great.

They just need to double check the single bed rooms as the mirror in one room had 2 clear stickers on it and in the other one there were what appeared to be dirty finger smear on the quilt. But the rest of the unit was great.

The location was superb, with a 50 metre walk to the Maroochy River for an early morning swim or all-day fishing. The staff, especially Belinda, were extremely friendly and very approachable. I will definitely visit again, VERY SOON.

If I had to be a little critical, there was a lack of fascilities for the disabled, but luckily we were on the ground floor, so stairs were only a minor issue.

The apartments had such a beautiful outlook over the river. It was also so convenient to have the two apartments connected via a vestibule which made the two apartments feel more like one.

The ensuite toilet in Apartment 14 had a leak in the tap at the wall. It needed to be turned off unless refilling the toilet or it would leak throughout the ensuite.

Location was great for views and walks but had to use car to reach local shops/eateries. Manager was very pleasant. Bed was comfortable.

Attention to detail was lacking…aircon didn’t turn on, welcome drink sachets hadn’t been filled, hole in shower window screen caused bathroom to be filled with flies, a lot of flies! Cobwebs need clearing in bedroom. If my car had been a few cm’s bigger it wouldn’t fit into the parking space allocated. Lounge suite needs a clean. This apartment could be so much more with an update. Due to road closures for local marathon had to park car on a side street away from accommodation which was a tad frustrating, in order not to be closed in for following morning.

Very clean. Queen bed was comfortable however the other beds were singles and a little short for my tall daughters. The view was great.

Booking.com did not say in the advertisement that there was no lift. I have difficulty with steps and we were on the third floor. A little inconvenient.

Everything. Just like a proper house, they have thought of everything down to the kitchen equipment and even toys for the children for the beach and pool! There were even some basic pantry items that came in handy. Very accommodating to our family - brought up a very clean portacot (with sheets) and a high chair as soon as we asked. Very, very clean apartment, great air-conditioning in lounge room, AND bedrooms for the QLD humidity. The rooftop spa and outdoor area were exceptional. The whole family - kids included loved it. Can not fault this beautiful place, would definitely come again!

The customer service was 5 star. The location was fantastic . Every apartment has river views. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. I would highly recommend this for a relaxing holiday on Sunshine Coast. Also walking distance to the Sunshine Plaza.
