Fabulous location. Very family friendly. Very comfortable for 2 adults and a 3 year old and 8 year old. Air conditioned and cool in summer. The staff were very helpful we forgot an item in the room and they posted it back to us which was great! Thank you. Overall a pleasant stay and would stay there again. Just things to be mindful of :)

We were in villa 1 which we felt was not an accurate representation of the photos advertised showing elevated views and we were on the floor level. So that was an initial disappointment but we carried on with our life. An elevated apartment would have meants no lifts, so we were happy to have no steps to go up and down multiple times a day. To note also the garage is very, very tight and there are what I assume are storage hooks on the garage walls which my daughter injured herself on when getting out of the car.

So relaxing. Apartment had everything we required. Location was superb. Scenery was awesome. Watching all the birds arriving In the evening to roost in the trees was amazing... Cormorants, Lorikeets, White Herons... We really enjoyed the activity at the boat ramp across from us. Picnic Point is a real hive of activity of the leisure kind..

Four level apartment block with stairs only access. We were on the second floor and managed fine but at our age, the top floor would have been too much.

The location was superb, with a 50 metre walk to the Maroochy River for an early morning swim or all-day fishing. The staff, especially Belinda, were extremely friendly and very approachable. I will definitely visit again, VERY SOON.

If I had to be a little critical, there was a lack of fascilities for the disabled, but luckily we were on the ground floor, so stairs were only a minor issue.

Location and views were wonderful. close proximity to all conveniences. Management were great and friendly. Rooftop area was an added bonus.

Stairs to third floor not good for the elderly. Doors seem to bang a lot when being shut. Bathroom needs updating and ceiling fan switches need to be fixed.

Location was great for views and walks but had to use car to reach local shops/eateries. Manager was very pleasant. Bed was comfortable.

Attention to detail was lacking…aircon didn’t turn on, welcome drink sachets hadn’t been filled, hole in shower window screen caused bathroom to be filled with flies, a lot of flies! Cobwebs need clearing in bedroom. If my car had been a few cm’s bigger it wouldn’t fit into the parking space allocated. Lounge suite needs a clean. This apartment could be so much more with an update. Due to road closures for local marathon had to park car on a side street away from accommodation which was a tad frustrating, in order not to be closed in for following morning.

The apartments had such a beautiful outlook over the river. It was also so convenient to have the two apartments connected via a vestibule which made the two apartments feel more like one.

The ensuite toilet in Apartment 14 had a leak in the tap at the wall. It needed to be turned off unless refilling the toilet or it would leak throughout the ensuite.

Everything. Just like a proper house, they have thought of everything down to the kitchen equipment and even toys for the children for the beach and pool! There were even some basic pantry items that came in handy. Very accommodating to our family - brought up a very clean portacot (with sheets) and a high chair as soon as we asked. Very, very clean apartment, great air-conditioning in lounge room, AND bedrooms for the QLD humidity. The rooftop spa and outdoor area were exceptional. The whole family - kids included loved it. Can not fault this beautiful place, would definitely come again!

Nothing at all

Welcomed by the happiest loveliest lady, being on the ground floor next to the pool was so great for tge kids. The river view was stunning. So clean and comfortable. Could watch Netflix on the TV

Thought there was a spa pool from the photos but it just did bubbles and not heat.

Even though there were several units and it was close to a busy road it was very quite in the unit.

I had to go looking for the information folder that the letter with my keys mentioned. I feel that if it was left on the table or the bench it would have been a lot easier to find

Excellent location. Close to everything you need. Tidy place, if a bit dated, which was expected for the value. Grounds and pool well maintained.

Back bed rooms look over a busy road which is noisy. We purchased earplugs to counter this issue.
