The buffet dinner was the worst buffet I have ever had and it was one of the most expensive. It was basically a baked dinner. Breakfast has more options and comes with juice etc.

I stayed one night at the resort with my daughter and granddaughter, and we had a great time. The facilities were excellent — my daughter and granddaughter especially enjoyed the swimming pool and kayaking on the lagoon. I personally loved the food and relaxing at the bar on the day and in the evening. The resort is peaceful and beautifully maintained, but do keep in mind that it’s quite far from the business centre, so it’s best suited for a relaxing getaway rather than a city-based trip. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d love to come back for a longer

Perfect location for us, comfortable room and surrounded by nice gardens and wildlife such as kangaroos and bush turkeys. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had a lot of variety. We enjoyed swimming in the resort pool as well.

The lighting in the room is odd as there is no light other than a bedside lamp for the main part of the room and when you turn on the bathroom light in the corridor, it also turns on the corridor light which can be disturbing is someone is sleeping. While we loved the pool, the edges do need a wipe down.

We loved the pool, and the lobby and recreation were amazing . The breakfast was really good, and we loved the setup overlooking the pool and the lagoon.

It would have been nice to have a bath in the room . The room which we booked only came with a shower, although the pictures suggested a bathtub . Also, the aircon seemed to either cool too much or, when set at ambient room temperature, would switch to the heater probably a floor fan would be suitable if it can't be set at ambient temperature.

Privacy, space. House keeping was great.

I was really worried that the pillars on our patio were so rotted that they were no longer attached to the ground! Suite 127. Dangerous! The pool had SO many people in it. Rather unpleasant. No parking spots left for us because of the Convention Centre. We could not park anywhere near our suite. We had to walk for miles ????

Great pool, near the beach, pretty lake, restaurant was great, breakfast was really nice, staff were friendly. Kangaroos!

Room was a bit dated, shower curtain next to the toilet was weird. Drain in the bathroom smelled after using water or flushing the toilet. No extractor fan in the bathroom. Weird window between bedroom and bathroom. Not a real door on the bathroom to stop smells. Just needs a bit of tlc/reno.

Pool and bar area were good.

Room 177, the room was old and dated. Some of the PowerPoints didn’t work, our Airconditioning was incredibly noisy and the bathroom doors were bad as they did not provide privacy. The pillows were terrible. The buffet breakfast was terrible, especially for the price. Upon check in and checkout the staff were not friendly, had no conversation and were underwhelming. The room was clean the grounds were lovely.

I enjoyed the food of the breakfast and the quick responses of the staff members. The settings of lunch and dinner was amazing and the beds were very comfy. I also enjoyed the room and views there. I enjoyed the facilities like the gym and the kayaking spot. Keep up the good work 😊

The only facility I didn’t enjoy was the pool. It was really cold at first but got used to the temperature. I would still prefer the water to be more heated so that more people would actually go. Some of the people I was staying over with refused to go due to the coldness of the pool. Other then that the rest was amazing 🤩

We love that all the activity inclusions and school holiday fun activities. The rooms are lovely and well kept. The wildlife is beautiful to watch and observe with Kangaroos often outside the rooms with joeys. Staff are always friendly and helpful. We appreciated the speedy service received for room service delivery.

Wasn't impressed by the meal selection from either the buffet or Soho menu and the pricing was quite high. The higher than expected pricing resulted in us not spending as much on beverages. Also we weren't impressed this stay with the level of attentiveness by the life guards/beach staff. Previous stays they had a staff member showing you how to use the sail boats and also monitor time so that all waiting got a chance to use. Staff also weren't monitoring that the activities were being utilised by guests or affiliates only. They also weren't actively engaging swimmers to move out of the canoe/kayak area so that any canoe/kayak's returning to shore aren't going to hit people.

Bed was really comfortable with good selection of pillows. Loved the "green" promo - opting out of room servicing (2 nights max) for $15 p/n drink/food credit. Peaceful location. Pool area fantastic with lots of shallow areas (if you have kids or just like lounging in the water, drink/food menu scan option. Icecream and drink kiosk 10am-3pm weekdays. Conference facilities were good. Great selection for breakfast but like most buffets rarely hot.

For the price, rooms were very standard with none of the usual little things offered... room service, robe, slippers, etc
