The buffet dinner was the worst buffet I have ever had and it was one of the most expensive. It was basically a baked dinner. Breakfast has more options and comes with juice etc.

I stayed one night at the resort with my daughter and granddaughter, and we had a great time. The facilities were excellent — my daughter and granddaughter especially enjoyed the swimming pool and kayaking on the lagoon. I personally loved the food and relaxing at the bar on the day and in the evening. The resort is peaceful and beautifully maintained, but do keep in mind that it’s quite far from the business centre, so it’s best suited for a relaxing getaway rather than a city-based trip. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d love to come back for a longer

Perfect location for us, comfortable room and surrounded by nice gardens and wildlife such as kangaroos and bush turkeys. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had a lot of variety. We enjoyed swimming in the resort pool as well.

The lighting in the room is odd as there is no light other than a bedside lamp for the main part of the room and when you turn on the bathroom light in the corridor, it also turns on the corridor light which can be disturbing is someone is sleeping. While we loved the pool, the edges do need a wipe down.

Privacy, space. House keeping was great.

I was really worried that the pillars on our patio were so rotted that they were no longer attached to the ground! Suite 127. Dangerous! The pool had SO many people in it. Rather unpleasant. No parking spots left for us because of the Convention Centre. We could not park anywhere near our suite. We had to walk for miles ????

We love that all the activity inclusions and school holiday fun activities. The rooms are lovely and well kept. The wildlife is beautiful to watch and observe with Kangaroos often outside the rooms with joeys. Staff are always friendly and helpful. We appreciated the speedy service received for room service delivery.

Wasn't impressed by the meal selection from either the buffet or Soho menu and the pricing was quite high. The higher than expected pricing resulted in us not spending as much on beverages. Also we weren't impressed this stay with the level of attentiveness by the life guards/beach staff. Previous stays they had a staff member showing you how to use the sail boats and also monitor time so that all waiting got a chance to use. Staff also weren't monitoring that the activities were being utilised by guests or affiliates only. They also weren't actively engaging swimmers to move out of the canoe/kayak area so that any canoe/kayak's returning to shore aren't going to hit people.

I enjoyed the food of the breakfast and the quick responses of the staff members. The settings of lunch and dinner was amazing and the beds were very comfy. I also enjoyed the room and views there. I enjoyed the facilities like the gym and the kayaking spot. Keep up the good work 😊

The only facility I didn’t enjoy was the pool. It was really cold at first but got used to the temperature. I would still prefer the water to be more heated so that more people would actually go. Some of the people I was staying over with refused to go due to the coldness of the pool. Other then that the rest was amazing 🤩

Bed was really comfortable with good selection of pillows. Loved the "green" promo - opting out of room servicing (2 nights max) for $15 p/n drink/food credit. Peaceful location. Pool area fantastic with lots of shallow areas (if you have kids or just like lounging in the water, drink/food menu scan option. Icecream and drink kiosk 10am-3pm weekdays. Conference facilities were good. Great selection for breakfast but like most buffets rarely hot.

For the price, rooms were very standard with none of the usual little things offered... room service, robe, slippers, etc

It has everything you could possibly want and more. From bars and restaurants, a pool, spa and lake complete with sailboats, kayaks and SUPs all available to use free of charge. Buffer breakfasts available. Kangaroos outside your room in the morning and super comfy beds.

We were placed in a newer room that had been freshly renovated. However, there was a birthday celebration on the beach outside our room which was noisy. We asked if we could change rooms to have some relaxation and they accommodated this request immediately, picked us and our luggage up in a golf buggy and took us to an older room that was much bigger with a spa. The staff handled this very well.

There was barely ever anyone in the towel kiosk- at one point I was desperate for a towel and had to wander in and help myself. We opted for the eco friendly no-service of the room for 2 days. This gives you back $30 per room for each two days in room credit. We did this twice so should have been ?$60 room credit but On checkout we only received $45 credit. On day 3 when the room was serviced, the beds were made, however the bathroom didn’t really appear to have been touched- sink definitely wasn’t cleaned. Tea bags and sugar weren’t replaced either.

Lovely gardens and grounds great room size lovely balcony. Great you could make the room dark for sleeping. Friendly staff. Quiet room.

No toilet brush. Slatted bathroom door letting sound and light into bedroom. No shower cap or bathroom bits supplied. As an over 60 person did not like having to drag suitcase up stairs with a bad knee. Bit of a maze to find the right building in the dark on first arrival. Only one person on duty to check in which was quite a long process with a queue of people.
