We liked staying in an apartment next to the river and also being in walking proximity to restaurants and shops. The outside area of the apartment was very generous and it would be fabulous taking advantage of that area during the warmer months of the year. We liked having a spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms.

We were disappointed that we did not get an apartment on a higher level, but at least we were able to see the river from our apartment .Being winter, the apartment was a bit cold in the mornings and at night, and there was no heating to take off the chilly. Perhaps an extra couple of blankets could have come in handy.

Loved the hot water & pressure of the shower. Was very happy with the size of the apartment and its facilities

I expected email communication as I typically ignore calls and texts from unknown phone numbers to avoid scams. Hence I missed a text sent whilst we were travelling - said text containing instructions to access the locked key box. Upon arriving at the apartments at 15:50 I attempted to make contact with the manager by phone. A voicemail request to respond to my call was placed 3 times [3 x calls]. In frustration, I searched my spam folder to find the instructional message to access the property - to which I responded with 'Thank you'. I missed a call from the manager at 19:20hrs that night whilst I was in the shower - very disappointing experience.

We paid $400 a night and for that we were give a "starter pack" with 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 measly little packet of laundry powder and 1 dishwasher tablet. For 5 nights! For that price, these items should be enough for a daily use, without having to request it. Other than that, the managers are lovely and the accommodation is fine.

Location was excellent Our unit was comfortable. Nice bed. Well appointed

Pool and Spa were not operating at this time of year. Would have loved the spa. Wifi is problematic with iPhones but it started working again if you restarted the modem. Need to bring foil, wrap, oil, dishwashing liquid etc as none available but otherwise kitchen had everything We were on the first floor facing the street so very average balcony. Ask to stay in another unit higher up

The location was lovely next to the river. Loved the river view seeing the ever changing views over the day. Easy access down to the jetty where you can fish or kayak. Easy walk or drive to the mall and entertainment centre. Easy short drive to the beach. Easy to get into the motorway to explore the rest of the Sunshine Coast or head down to Brisbane. Hosts were fantastic. They were able to sort out any issues and recommend activities to do.

Lovely location with great river views , spacious appartment, value for money...It is our preferred accomodation in Maroochydore. The only negative is decor is a bit dated and the lounge was a little uncomfortable.. Only minimal supply of toiletries are provided but there is easy access to shops

Walking distance to food and shopping

There was nothing we didn’t like. One very small thing that possibly could have helped was a note in the room as to what was expected from us when we left for example, we had to find the bins outside to put our rubbish in and we weren’t sure if we were expected to sweep the floors and do the dishes before we left. Apart from this it was excellent

Spacious apartment with lovely river views but you need to book a room with a river view else your view will be of the street Easy access to shops .Good value for money.

Old style unit but very spacious with lovely wide balcony and beautiful views up the Maroochy River and out to sea..Good value for money.

Appartment decor is fairly basic, and only the minimum toiletries are provided. However there is a small shopping strip across the road including a convenience store and 2 large shopping malls are close by.

It was enormous and spotlessly clean. Easy access to the basement car park and lift. The kitchen was fully operational and the soaps and laundry products were quality. Everything in the apartment made for a lovely and gracious stay.

The main bedroom , despite the over head fan, was a bit hot.
