The rooms were big enough for a family of 4. There was a small dining table, a large kitchen bench, a full size fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster and sink. It had a small table and chairs outside the motel as well for seating. The air conditioner was great, the beds could be comfier, but we slept well. It is close to restaurants and bars.

The bathroom was tidy but a bit dated. The shower was nice though. It was just around the corner from Ocean Street, where there is plenty of bars. There was a bit of noise from the bars, but we were there on a Saturday night, and the noise was minimal and we still got a good night sleep.

It was in a very handy location. The room was very spacious it was an apartment self contained and I wasn't expecting the extra facilities the kitchen had an oven a stove and full sized fridge so therefore very good value for money. The bed was comfortable the staff were very helpful and friendly I highly recommend booking the apartment for either one or two bedrooms, as space is suitable for a whole family. Location fantastic near shops transport and cafes banks and restaurants. It was quiet. I will definitely rebook.

There wasn't anything I didn't like it was perfect.

Location, value, extremely friendly staff and a great effort to make our stay fantastic. So close to the massive shopping centre and just around the corner, a strip of restaurants and bars. It is called top spot for a reason. We would definitely stay here again.

A massive storm at 4am caused the window in the bedroom to leak an wet the carpet next to our bed but due to the amount of rain, nothing could could have Ben done to avoid the water.

My story is unique… I’ve got robbed not far from the motel. My pockets was picked. 3000 cash, all my cards and ID s.. all gone. When I mentioned my problem to the reception, Top spot motel management offered me a free night stay, so I could get my things sorted out. The offer took me by surprise, I literally cried. They kindness and hospitality was unbelievable. I don’t mention any names as all staff was very friendly and helpful towards me. I still can not be grateful enough for their service and offer! Respect to Top Spot Motel! It’s middle of Maroochydore, all shops, restaurants and the beach are just minutes of walk away! Every single day I give thanks for their kindness as I mentioned. The room was stocked extremely well. More than enough coffee, pillows, milk, personal hygiene supplies ect. There was plenty of space in the room for everyone one. A large sized fridge. Air conditioned. Lovely and quiet outside on our Sunday night stay. Staff happily catered to us arriving late with our baby. Large sized fridge in the room was very handy. Everything was nice and clean with exception to a few places or grout having been missed while cleaning in the shower. But overall very happy.

There was a lot of cooking equipment but no where to cook with. I was looking for a portable induction cook top or similar but couldn’t find one.

The room was a good size and not too small, it was very clean, the bathroom had good-sized towels which were nice and thick, and smelled good. The bed had nice comfortable bedsheets, which also smelled nice. The Kitchen had what I needed. I liked that it was close to the shops and the beach

i didn't like that you could feel a bit of the springs on the mattress; perhaps a mattress topper would help.

We picked this Motel as we needed to be close to the Sunshine Coast & to Buderim. The room was comfortable & clean and there was ample parking on site. Local shops & restaurants just around the corner & a massive shopping mall a ten minute walk away. The staff were very helpful & we're only too happy to assist.

I would have liked there to have been a more secure lock on the door. The sliding bathroom door was squeaky.

I found the proprietor very helpful and accommodating. I was assisting a client with disability in a wheelchair. And needed specific things to accommodate his needs. From my phonecall with the owner to the point of arriving at the Motel. The assistance my client and I received to accommodate the facility for him . Was fantastic. Thankyou it was so appreciated.

Tea and bickies were great! Floor was clean and was obviously freshly vacuumed. Everything was ready and waiting for us at the end of a long day of travel. After hours arrival directions were clear and concise. Unfortunately, we were not able to personally extend our appreciation due to having to be at the airport before 6:30am for a 7:30am flight. Thank you very much for your well-presented accommodation.

The only thing that was a bit of a problem was the jackhammer construction just down the road, however we were exhausted, and the bed was very comfortable. Thank you again!

We have stayed here a few times and it's always clean and tidy. It's in an excellent location as it's near Sunshine Plaza, Cinema, shopping and restaurants. Also a short walk to the beach. Staff are always nice to deal with. Once you find a park at the motel you don't need your car as you can walk everywhere.

Although this is a very old motel, probably one of the first in the Maroochydore area, it is a nostalgic place to stay. Reminds me of Route 66 motel accommodation - not necessarily in a bad way! We were in one of the budget rooms and parking wasn't just outside the room but only a 30 second walk to the room, so not a big issue.
