Location was amazing, apartment had been renovated in the past few years and the hosts had preempted all our needs and catered accordingly

Whilst the inside of the apartment looked modern and tidy, the couches in our apartment were uncomfortable and had springs that you could feel through the upholstery. They need replacing.

The amazing view, quality of the renovation of the unit, the amazing service from the staff (let us know our unit was ready while driving there and let us in two hours early). Staff promptly let me know I had left my rear windows down (via text). Even the maintenance program that the building was undergoing didn’t negatively impact our stay (Contractors were polite and professional). We were so satisfied with our stay that we will stay there again next year. The plethora of pump bottle supplies from body lotion to clothes washing liquid and everything in between, even high quality toilet paper.

The weather, which we were advised by my wife’s son, is typical and best to come there from June to August. The cooktop and oven, while they both worked, were extremely slow to cook with.

The apartment was clean, well set up, plenty of crockery and glassware. A good size fridge. No aircon but ceiling fans were more than adequate in lounge and bedrooms. most days around 25-30 degrees Celsius. Balcony has nice rattan seating. Approx 600m to lots of restaurants, Woolies and a pub. Heaps good Thai and fish and chips right across the road. Convenience store also. Walking distance to major shopping complex Sunshine Plaza. Access to river for family water activities just around the cnr. 10minutes from the airport. Apartment provided access to many streaming services. And there was plenty of soaps, shampoo etc provided. Secure gate key pad entry after dark. There were two adults staying and we found the size adequate but maybe a family might find the space a tad small.

The ensuite was tiny so we didnt use it preferring the shower over the bath in main bathroom.

Didn’t get breakfast. Well equipped kitchen and everything else needed for an easy stay. The views were great. The swimming pool and hot showers nearby was great.

I know it’s the done thing in high rises but I find not having access to fresh air via windows makes a place feel airless. The fans were good for cooling. The wind was up so made loud whistling noises at times as the patio is right out catching the wind. This meant we couldn’t sit out there as way too windy. The blind was good for the kitchen window as the sun beats in hot as it rises. It would be good to have more than sheer curtains over the windows out to the balcony patio as it’s very hot on this side. The aircon offsets this however.

The location was fabulous, the view of the river from our apartment on the 4th floor was amazing - we could watch the pelicans on the river and see people in their kayaks etc - it was fab! The apartment was very spacious, 2 good sized bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and 2 x couches in the lounge. It was super handy to have 2 x bathrooms as we had our adult daughter staying with us as well. The entrance to the carpark can be a little tricky, you just have to take care turning in to the entrance but it was fine.

Apartment had everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean, bed was comfortable. Pool and spa were great. Location was fantastic close to everything. We walked everywhere. Didn’t want to leave. Thank you so much would definitely stay again.

The apartment was a bit noisy as you could hear neighbors. I woke up one morning and I could hear the people in the next apartment washing the dishes. Didn’t effect our stay as we would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location. Nice views to the river and ocean. Easy access to the Unit/Apartment. The grounds were well maintained. Loved that the unit/apartment we had was halfway up the building. Suitcase trolleys in Administration Foyer are of better quality and easier to use than those in the underground carpark.

Driveway Entrance - very awkward as location is on a bend of Duporth Avenue and traffic is heavy at times and you have to put up with impatient drivers as you swing into the driveway which is very narrow into the underground carpark. Inadvertently - there is scope to widen the driveway entrances (to both underground and top carparks) where the gardens on either side could be cut back to allow a better swing into both driveway entrances, particularly the entrance to the underground carpark. With additional landscaping in this area (i.e. widening the apron at the entrance) entering the property could be made a little easier from Duporth Avenue. Suitcase trolleys in lower carpark were old and difficult to use, especially at the entrance to the Unit.

On arriving the property looked dated from the outside so my expectations weren’t that high but on entering the newly renovated apartment with water views i was like wow, this is amazing. I had read the reviews which were all very good. This helped in my decision to book at Banyandah Towers. So pleased i did. The apartment was spacious, well presented, well equipped and clean. Location is perfect. The Sunshine Plaza, Big Top shops and restaurant’s etc within walking distance or 5 minutes in the car. Also, Rain at reception was friendly, accommodating and so helpful. Our stay experience was great so i have no negative feedback.

Cleanliness and comfort. Everything was top notch. They were not stingy with the supplies. The crockery and cookware were of good quality. The property smelt great. The beds were comfortable and for the first time in few weeks I slept well from the first night until we checked out. The place is convenient to restaurants and the mall is closer. We loved everything about Banyandah Towers❤️

Nothing much except the noise from the water.

The lady who manages the property was so helpful and lovely. The location was great, the apartment was very clean and well equipped.

No fly screens! The birds are pretty annoying and come into the apartment if you leave the living area unattended. Even in winter we like fresh air and we ended up with midge or mozzie bites.
