Room roomy for 2 had all we needed,had ceiling fans and aircon and a balcony, kitchen, free wifi, carport for cars and swimming pool and bbq area if wished to use. They had a good information booklet for the apartment and surround area. Great view overlooking the river and close to small shopping centre and hotel that had meals. Just be aware no lift if on the upper 2 levels have to climb steps.

The road although not a super busy main road was very noisy and amazed how many cars speed along it. Even with windows shut was very noisy especially early mornings, from 6 am. Not sure if front windows could be glazed.

Great location opposite the river. On weekends there is a friendly cafe/pizza place next door. On weekdays, it is a short walk to the local shopping centre with IGA/coffee shop. There is also a good pub near the shopping centre. Unit 9 is clean, has lovely views and everything works. I have arthritic knees but managed the two flights of stairs. I was also able to climb in and out of the shower/bath due to the excellent handrail. This is great value for money - just a short drive from all the hustle and bustle.

Everything was perfect.

I liked that we had our own little appartment with a balcony and there were facilities so we coule cook our own food and a full sized fridge. I also liked Flume next door. Their pizza was great.

In our appartment the bedroom didn't have an aircon and it got quite warm during our visit. We did, however, just leave the lounge room one on and shut the rest of the doors which worked.

The views of the Maroochy river were fantastic from the balcony. It was extremely hot weather on one day of our stay, but the air con in the unit kept us cool. later in the afternoon, the pool was shaded and provided a terrific place to cool down. The walking track along the river was a perfect opportunity to look at the beautiful fauna and flora of the area. A walk along the foot bridge to Chambers Island is a real treat and has lovely sandy beaches for a swim in placid waters. Great for young families as the water is calm and there is a playground. A real bonus was the fantastic cafe called Flume which was next door. They serve the best pizzas. Just down the road is the Waterfront Hotel at Diddillibah which serves great meals and you can sit on the verandah and watch fish jump and boats on the water. An IGA and takeaway shop is within easy walking distance and both are well stocked.

Location is wonderful easy bus rides to every where we wanted to go.The staff were friendly and very helpful. Old apartment but very clean and comfortable suited our needs.we loved it so much we will return for another holiday in the area sometime. Also We felt safe which is huge for us .

There wasn't anything to complain about.

The complex was in a convenient location, close to where we needed to go the next morning.

There is a minor bit of maintenance needed, and I noticed mould on the windows frames in the bedroom. Some of the insect screens need replacing. The lock on the door is missing both screws, so could possibly be broken into. We wedged a chair u der the door handle at night.

Last minute value for money. Close to where we needed to be that night and opposite the Maroochy River- and a great cafe next door called Flume! We were able to have an early check-in which was much appreciated

Be aware Bradman Ave is very noisy and busy - haven't stayed in Maroochydore for years and it has obviously boomed! I've personally spoken to the friendly manager about areas of concern so will leave it at that. The manager was very helpful and approachable.

Beautifully decorated, useful little extras greatly appreciated such as milk and coffee, clear instructions on how to get in. We chose this for proximity to our son for a visit. Very pleasantly surprised and will most definitely book again. We were in ground floor with river view.

We have no complaints at all.

The apartment (unit 8) was comfortable and looks to have been recently refreshed with new flooring. There’s a side river view. The shower is fabulous. The small pool was clean and refreshing. The location is about 10 minutes drive from the airport and a couple of minutes from Maroochydore. Across the road is the river with a great walking boardwalk. Communication was really good and contactless. Very happy with our short stay.

Friendly and helpful service. Location accessible to main roads. Clean rooms and my requirements, were met for the cleaning, due to my allergies. Appreciated that greatly. Great view of the Maroochydore River. So nice to sit out on the balcony.

I felt the shower/bath silicon (mouldy) could have been fixed, but I understand with the constant use from guests this would reoccur.
