Lovely room. Easy checkin. The beds were very comfy. The shower was lovely and I loved the toiletries. Was an easy walk to the bistro for dinner and discount and drinks voucher was fantastic. . Very quiet. Was able to park directly outside unit. Loved the free water bottles. Loved the view over the water.

Would have loved a microwave. The aircon buttons didn’t work so it was stuck on cold and couldn’t tell the temperature. Didn’t bother us as the beds were warm but might be hard in winter. Lock on sliding door didn’t work and so there was a piece of dowel to keep the door secure.

The location was convenient, the room was clean and looked like it had been recently renovated, the bed was comfortable, air conditioning was lovely, TV reception was good. I love how there were USB charges on the powerpounts (because I forgot my charger but had a cable). Everything about the room was great! The pub being attached is very handy.

There is construction happening next door. I planned on sleeping-in but excavators and trucks started work at 7.00am. There are many venues off the same entrance and it was hard to find the hotel reception. Check-in seems to be managed by the pub staff and was unattended when i arrived. I rang the bell, twice, then had to go and find someone. He wasn't very friendly. For these reasons, I'm giving my stay 8/10.

The staff all seemed very happy, which reflected in their service. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and helpful. The location is great with a view of the water.

We stayed for 4 nights and 2 of those nights we were woken up by noise from other guests. People yelling and laughing as they exited the bar/functiin room through an alleyway next to our room. It's to be expected in any hotel with a bar though.

It was clean and tidy, incoming staff were lovely and accommodating.

The plastic chairs on the balcony had deteriorated so when we sat on them for dinner unfortunately we had a fibreglass like itch and rash on the back of our legs. Not pleasant with a child. Room service missed items with our kids meal we did not receive our drink or dessert. The beds were not comfortable and felt like cheap spring mattress’s.

Basic clean motel room with comfortable bed. It’s great having the hotel next door for meals. Overlooking the lake is nice.

We booked a Saturday night which is obviously more expensive than other days. It was $70 more than if we’d booked the following night…that’s a 50% increase! I can’t help but feel the price gouging! The room had paint damage on the wall.

Room service was great with a family. Meals were OK. A bit cold by the time they got to us but the staff member was brilliant. The cheeseburger meal was great. Hot and delicious. The room was clean and serviceable.

I was not impressed with a female at check-in counter. I took dishes back from room service, in the hope to lighten the load for the lovely room service lady, but was met with contempt with a female at check in desk. I was told I should have left dirty dishes in room and given a ingenuine, almost snide, *thank you". I didn't bother to explain and left. Another item which could be better is the grounds outside I.e. the pathway near the water. Pathway was unswept and there was rubbish in the water eg. Empty wine bottle, ball, water bottle. If possible, giving the trees a trim would make the pathway more inviting.

Room was very clean & bathroom was lovely. Bed was very comfortable. Room was quiet. Only ten rooms connected with the hotel which allowed for ample parking in the hotel car park. Lovely meals also at hotel. Staff very nice and accommodating.

Shower was not hot. View of rear car park uninspiring. Lighting in room very poor. No microwave but supplied after asking staff.

The room was clean & tidy. I received excellent customer service from a polite & professional team member upon check-in. I had requested an early check-in so that we could go & spend time with family for Xmas Eve & they were very accommodating & allowed it. This made our visit extra nice as we didn't have to wait around for long. The room was great value for money. We plan to go back there in the future.

Good location, spacious, value for money. Requested early check in over the phone which was kindly arranged. Had a lovely meal in the hotel, staff there were wonderful. Appreciated the drink voucher.

Staff on checking in could have been friendlier. Also, the aircon died through the night and it was very warm. When informing the assistant manager on check out, rather than an apology, all I got was "still?" Not even a sorry.

Night cap motel is set behind the waterfront hotel with parking designated right outside your door. Back door leads onto a small deck overlooking water dragons and a lagoon.

Our stay was a Sunday night, pub almost empty and very quiet. Might be different on Friday and Saturday. No brekkie was offered but considering lunches dinners were it wasn't a problem. Just used delivery.
