The facilities are great, the pool and slides a real hit with the kids (and heated too!). The river right outside the tent was great and the kids loved fishing. Glamping King Safari tent was snug for 5 of us (no family ones left) but ingenia did a great job of including an extra bed for a last minute stay from our niece.

Better communication about zipping up the sides of the tent in a storm. We did not realise we could zip the tent windows up from the outside so had a very stormy night with the wind and rain coming in sideways - got quite damp and didn't get much sleep!

What a beautiful stay! We loved our glamping tents - they were so spacious and had everything we needed. The main bed was comfortable and plush and the bathroom was massive! Great little kitchen stocked with a microwave and good size fridge. The grounds were immaculate and there was so much to do for the kids as well. Our kids loved the two pool slides, bouncy pillow and we also got to enjoy a little firepit by the river. Food was also great with reasonable prices for lunch, dinner and drinks. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back!

Our room was a bit cold even with the windows closed but other than, we can't fault it.

The glamping tent was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed felt luxurious while still being close to nature. The on-site facilities were excellent for families, especially the pool area and water slides, which kept the kids entertained for hours. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location by the river was peaceful and scenic.

Wi-Fi connection could be improved as the signal was patchy at times. Also it would have been great to have a few more food options available on-site, especially in the evening. It would be great if there was a small grocery store on-site with basic BBQ essentials that includes meat, veggies, sauces etc so guests can easily cook their own meals. That would make the stay even more flexible and family-friendly.

We absolutely LOVE the STAFF there ! The front desk / office and admin ladies are wonderful and so helpful . The on site Manages ( husband and wife ) are lovely ! They all go above and beyond when it comes to customer service . I’ve been going there for years . We only live around the corner 💁🏼‍♀️ another plus to staying here .. they also cater for small even or function related stuff too. My son has had multiple birthday parties that were held there . They looked after it all . We organised that on one of our check outs too by chance .. So WE LIKE EVERYTHING 12/10 for sure . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed in a Safari tent and absolutely loved it. From check in to checkout, we were very impressed with Rivershore. The staff went above and beyond to help in all areas of park. The restaurant staff were so friendly and warm. I’d never stayed in an Ingenia location prior to this, but can’t wait to visit again and bring my grand children. Great place for kids. Awesome pool and all facilities were impressive. Loved the tent. The bed was great and the bathroom was wonderful. Everything you need for a great holiday whether long stay or a short staycation. Looking forward to coming back.

Everything was absolutely perfect.

The glamping tents were awesome great area. Had a kitchenette but had bbq on the deck. Only thing was we only had a grill plate had to use next door bbq to cook eggs on hotplate on there bbq. They were family so didn't matter but if we were travelling alone would have been a bit of a problem. But that was the only down side

They had a car show on and the live band base was so loud my 2 kids didn't get to have a nap (4months and 2 years) it went from about 11am-12pm to 5pm then from 5pm to like 7pm-8pm had a kids disco which is good for the kids but music base was so loud it was just Unnecessary. I am all for live music but it was like they had hooked it up to speakers all around the park and we weren't close at all to where the event was. But if I was I would have asked for a refund. Only because I wasn't told that the event would be on until the day of.

All staff were outstanding, however I must make a shout out for Jean🙌🎉 Jean went above and beyond in her role, though I noted during my time there, the care, respect and support she also shared freely with her colleagues. Jean demonstrated genuine care for everyone. This woman deserves a medal for her commitment to excellence 👌💐 In an industry where genuine care and attention is difficult to find, the lady hits the ball out of the park. I would return solely because of her care and attention to detail, her heartfelt warmth within and the dedication she has to the park - kids and adults. I am most of all taken with Jean’s absolute humility for her huge contribution to Rivershore’s representation of excellence. What a spectacular experience and place to visit. I liked the daily texts on activities also what services and meals they had. Prices included and checking if I needed anything e.g more clean towels etc. I liked the spacious luxurious tent and amenities included. Movies at the touch of a button. Kitchen clean and fresh water in the fridge. The Webber was super convenient and outside dining delightful.

Nothing much I didn't like and don't like to say this but we only had one thing and that's because of 'our' personal preference we like a firm bed. We found the bed was tooo soft. (Seems so silly to say) but He could not sleep well and I could not get comfortable. Other than that our stay was the best stay out of all our stays as we like to spend time together now and then in and around sunny coast.

We’re in love with that holiday park, it had everything +more. Endless accessible finishing. Many activities and for no additional cost. Ample outdoor space for the toddler to roam from dusk till dawn. Ideal sunset and sunrise position. Largest bathroom I’ve ever had on a vacation. And everything was close. Like I could see the pool (heated) on one side and the lake on the other, eyes on everyone at the same time & to top it off everyone was friendly and day drinking was welcome. Everyone was respectful. Family fun chill outdoor vibes but without the chaos that usually comes with family places.
