Clean and tidy Tracey was a champion helping us get checked in and Once showered and we went down for some food we saw Tracey again and she took us to a quieter table area - talk about going above and beyond - it’s a rare quality to find such compassion and help All the staff were lovely Food was good

Bed was worn on one side making it a bit uncomfortable I was really tired on arrival so found checking n a little tedious Lucky for us we came across Tracey who saw immediately I was exhausted and she took us to get our keys and showed us to our room Finding the lift with the key was a journey in itself

Spacious, clean with everything you need. Beautifully appointed and laid out. Lovely location with easy access to the airport and local amenities. The self service reception meant we didn’t see any staff but the response to communication was polite and prompt and the key system worked perfectly.

The room had a low level rumble about it that was nothing to do with the air-conditioning - that was off - which made it difficult to sleep. Possibly some other mechanism in the business complex.

Needed accomodation for one night near Budderim to attend a family event. Found this on booking.com and it sounded suitable. Didn’t know at the time that it was above the new Bli Bli Hotel. What a surprise. Beautiful suite with a view of Mt Coolum. The pics of the rooms was exactly what we got. Luxury, comfort and walk to shops. Hotel restaurant and bar met all our needs with friendly staff. Contactless check in was well explained and easy. Highly recommend. What a great asset for Bli Bli.

Nothing. As a smoking free complex I was pleased to find a smokers balcony off the bar with tables and chairs. Not like NSW Hotels where you have to go to the footpath.

New, great location for Bli Bli and comfortable rooms.

The main problem is trying to find it (Google maps does not take you to the entrance we had to just drive out of the complex several times and around to find it) and then once you get to the designated carpark there are actually two named the same (two x P2 carpark). So we spent significant time in the hot hot humid weather attempting to find the proper lift and key drop box. Other than that, such great value for money and new clean great rooms.

Nice and clean ,and very handy to many local facilities.

Little bit hard to understand the street numbering. Got confused with no 311 opposite side and down the road near the river,,,but 310 your unit was well back and not easily seen. Many signs in the area to filter through, needs a bigger sign, particularly when comming into the area ,big enough to see before you pass the suites. Some thing to catch the eye. Other wise it was very good. Regards George..

The hotel downstairs is very nice and modern with good meals and drinks. The room itself is quite nice. The contactless way of operation.is great.

Its a maze at the start finding where you need to be. I asked for a king or queen (one big bed) days prior and they stuck 2 single beds side by side... crease in the middle that became a gap easily.. spider in the bathroom while we were showering.. these things happen of course..

Extra towels for a 2 night stay would have been better. Especially with no turn down service. Extremely soft bed not great for a second night perhaps a topper would work well so you didn’t fall down the middle when 2 beds pushed together. Perhaps could solve both issues. No info about what was around or at the hotel amenities. This would be great in the book and would have been useful.

It was a pleasure to walk into the room. THis place definitley exceeded my expectations. The facilities available downstairs just had it all as far as I was concerned. I was able to whip downstairs and get a haircut, coffee, breakie, whatever. Great place.

That I only stayed one night there. I was travelling for work, unfortunatley arrived quite late. However I needed to be in Nambour the next morning for work so the suites were perfectly located.

Check in was easy and hassle free. The room was lovely, spacious and had all necessities, a number of shops are only 300m away, I didn’t hear any of the traffic when the patio door is closed & the property was very quiet in the way of other guests etc.

I requested a king bed with extra pillows and received 2 single beds pushed together, and two pillows. The room was lovely but I slept terribly and am very sore as a result of the uncomfort.

It's all online (no reception) and pre-check in was user friendly. Key pick up drop off via a box near the lift. New rooms. Very spacious. Modern. Smart TV. Quiet (especially with a hotel downstairs - which was convenient with great food). Nice cafe next door for breakfast and a nearby IGA supermarket. Recommended

Beds were VERY soft and finding the parking was a bit of a pain.
