Close to everything I needed. Sam was wonderful

Sunshine Coast Airport Motel is relatively basic motel style accommodation however the owner/manager has made an effort to ensure there are additional little touches that demonstrate a real desire for customers to enjoy their stay. no matter how short. I felt like there were small but nice improvements since my last stay here. Good sized fridge, coffee bags as well as instant sachets, good supply of kitchen needs despite it being a motel unit. Special cleanliness effort such as the remotes being cleaned and put into a sealed plastic bag to be sanitary. Bed and pillows were fine. Towels were soft and good quality. Wifi password easy to find. TV was adequate. Bathroom was fine without having unnecessary frills.

Nothing that could be controlled by the owner/managers. I chose to stay there knowing the location is on a busy road. There is quite a lot of road noise with the windows open (for breeze) but it didn't continue too late into the night. A small thing that I did suggest on the customer comments sheet that it would be useful to have a full length mirror in the room somewhere as women do like to check how they look before going out. A mirror could be installed on the wardrobe door to meet this requirement.

Friendly check in. Exceedingly clean room. Older style. Comfy bed. Plenty of cutlery\crockery in kitchenette, full size fridge. Lovely outdoor undercover BBQ area & laundry. Pool. Garden cared for, small grassy area, lovely planter boxes between arches of each room. Table for 2 outside each room. Occasional chair next to bed. Desk area. Luggage rack. Ironing board & iron in cupboard. Room key sanitised before handed to you. Remote in a plastic zip lock bag for sanitisation. Felt very safe & clean. Gate locked overnight. 30mins brisk walk to Maroochydore airport. Highly recommend.

wooden chairs under benchtop not comfy but useable, so not really a problem.

Breakfast was from cafes 100m from the hotel. Room was a large size with a kitchenette. Comfortable beds and convenient location. Expected noise from the airport was less than expected.

Barbeque facilities next to pool were close to our room. Very loud and noisy guests using the barbeque facilities were a little annoying on Sunday evening.

Very conveniently located. Very well presented room. Excellent level of cleanliness. Family visited and we used the pool which was great. Air con was appreciated given the hot and humid weather. Liked the ability to park in front of the unit and no steps. Bed was comfortable. Shower had separate hot/cold taps which I prefer instead of the mixers you find in some places. Entry is easiest if approaching from the south.

For our requirements it worked well and there was nothing we didn't like.

The bed was so comfortable. Also loved the shower. Plenty of room, lots of lights and electrical plugs in the main room. Gates secured between 5.30pm and 7.00am which gave us peace of mind our car was safe.

The kitchen was dim. It could have done with a couple more lights.

We were warmly welcomed by Michael and reception staff and we arrived earlier than expected but our room was ready. Very comfortable room with all things you need for a short stay. Location was close to beach, a small shopping strip and the airport. Michael was kind enough to drop us at the airport after we checked out. Thank you to Sunshine Coast Airport Motel.

Nothing really to dislike.

The the place was lovely and clean. Lots of attention to detail with everything thing you need from toaster to t-towels. Nothing was too much trouble. Even given fresh milk in a cute bottle, hand delivered daily with chocolates. Michael even dropped me off at the airport. I would highly recommend this place.

We have stayed at this motel four times now and we both really like the place, it is so clean and the garden are kept beautiful. The manager and all the staff are so helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this motel.

There was nothing to not like about this motel or the staff.

They could have a designated smoking area. As it was I had to go out onto the street outside. No problem when the weather is fine but it wouldn't be ok if it was raining.
