It is next to the beach, and the pool is heated and was provided with pool accessories. We could also borrow bucket, plastic fork and spoon for making sand castle, and you can get clean towels for the beach from the reception. Apartment is spacious with spacious balcony. Kitchen is good. Laundry is good.

We booked 2 apartment. One is newly renovated and it is fine. The other one is a bit tired looking especially in the bathrooms. The double sliding doors for the bedrooms sometimes can’t be shut properly. Pillow is very uncomfortable like most accommodation places. There was a humming noise from the mechanical extraction system which could be annoying for someone.

Great location, great pool area, restaurant and very short walk to the beach.

Our only complaint was that we had a hotel room, which we knew but our booking was for 7 nights and there wasn’t any room service (cleaning, changing if of linen etc) unless you were staying 8 nights or more. If there was a broom etc would have been better but the floor became very dirty and gritty over the time. You could get fresh towels and amenities from the front desk. You could also pay a nominal fee for a one off room service but that fee was nearly $80.00!

The pool, and facilities with the restaurant and bar so close. Excellent property for families.

The property is aging and rooms are looking a little tired. We arrived early and the girl at reception said she would try and get us in our room earlier and call us, nobody called. And at 2pm the room wasn’t even ready. But people turning up at 2 were going straight to rooms. I wonder if people turn up early they could maybe make a little effort to get them into a room. Apart from that the girls need to add a little more knowledge to support visitors to local attractions using public transport. They had no idea and had to research it. Then gave us very confusing directions. One late night staff member was helpful and was spot on.

Very spacious rooms, with all that's needed for a very pleasant stay. Beds are very comfortable. Gym equipment all in good working condition. Pool is a great size and good location within the buildings. Beach within walking distance, very good beach.

Issues using the TV for 1 day as Foxtel & the TV were not configured correctly and couldn't connect to Chromecast. No flyscreens on balcony sliding doors, therefore you are forced to use Air Con unit or Ceiling Fans for cooling when not needed. Gym but needs some major cleaning. Only thing missing to make this a great resort is a Spa, Sauna and Steam Room available for all guests at no extra cost.

The pool was amazing and so close to the beach, beds were comfy and the unit was a great size for family of 5. Having a spa in the ensuite was a bonus. Kids loved the boogie boards and pool noodles to use in the pool. Even though we didn't use it having the restaurant and bar was a great option. Although there wasn't many shops having the 7-11 and great burger shop across the street was great.

The dishwasher wasn't the best didn't clean everything well and the kitchen had limited choices, no chopping board, knives not the best. Internet was very sliow

Huge rooms with main room having a beautiful ensuite with spa bath. All amenities were provided and apartment was spotless. Staff went over and above to make us feel welcome. They were also very helpful. All food was provided from the restaurant on site which was very handy as well as shops across the road. The type of place where you don’t need to leave because the pool and beach are a few feet away. Enjoy this gem; family friendly-best spa and Beaty salon downstairs but book in advance! You’ll love Ramada Apartments.

All was perfect.

Such a nice view of the ocean and the resort pool. We loved having a pub and restaurant just downstairs - the food was awesome! Located within a short drive to Sunshine coast. Short stroll to the beach. Air conditioning in the room was lovely.

Ceiling looked dirty, bathroom wasn't the cleanest. A sink in the kitchenette would be beneficial - our room had a kettle and a small cupboard for glassware and cutlery etc, but no where to wash up apart from in the bathroom sink. We had a full size fridge right beside the bed and whilst a fridge is convenient, maybe a bar fridge would be large enough - this fridge made loud noises all night.

great location. lovely view, huge deck with table and chairs. parking is easy and undercover, in a designated spot. Adequate kitchen and laundry which was great. The couch has probably seen better days. The vacuum ckeaner wasn't great, hopefully the cleaning staff have something better. Did notice long grey hair on the carpet. It was a lovely roomy apartment, plenty of space for everyone. Shops across the road

slightly dated, furniture will likely need replacing soon but overall we enjoyed our stay

Great location close to airport, garage and restaurants across the road. Bus stop outside hotel to take you into town. Great location to visit Australia Zoo. Lovely beach behind the hotel and nice clean swimming pools for children and adults. Nice balcony with table and chairs over looking the airport runway. Things I disliked was the two bedside cabinets had loads of wear and tear and damaged. Carpet very outdated, rooms could do with a lick of paint and updating but otherwise great comfy bed.

The size of the room was huge and spacious, nice sized En-Suite and a nice spacious balcony with cosy table and chairs. Air-conditioning was lovely and had no faults. Great location with a beautiful sandy beach couple min walk from back of hotel. Nice children's and deeper pool with great facilities to suit all. Great location to hop on bus to Australia Zoo.

Rooms needed re painting and cabinets are very dated and needed replacing as my rooms both were peeling and had damage.
