We are regulars at Pacific Palms and have been staying for years. Our host, Tess, is always very diligent and helpful. The property has good proximity to airport, beaches and other attractions around the area. We always find the Motel well cared for. Keep up the great work!

As a polite suggestion we recommend that the air conditioner filters in the rooms be cleaned a bit more regularly & top of air conditioner vacuumed/cleaned of dust so that the air con works the most efficiently & with less odours. Thanks.

I must admit that I wasn’t expecting much. Our flights were canceled and we needed to stay somewhere close to the airport. This was the first property that came up on my google search. I was frustrated (with Vigin airlines) and just needed somewhere to sleep for the night, so I decided to book a room here. On arrival we were greeted by the wonderful Tess. She instantly made us feel comfortable and relaxed and stress free. Opening the door to our room I was pleasantly surprised. The room was immaculate. There was everything we needed to relax (& calm down). Tess then gave us directions to the nearest strip of restaurants, pubs and cafes, which were in walking distance. My partner and I had quite the joyous night (we got wasted 😳). We both got lost and called Tess, who left the reception desk to come and find us (on foot). Her service and professionalism was above and beyond. I highly recommend this accommodation!

I couldn’t fault it at all…

The room had everything we needed and had the comfiest, softest bed, a beautiful outdoor area which included a pool. The receptionist was an absolute angel, such a positive person which made our stay even better. We would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed my staff here and will be back again for the next work trip. Tess was incredible and super helpful with navigating the area. The room was clean, and has fresh fruit and bottled water upon arrival.

Terry at reception was a really really nice person who recommended things to do such as mount coolum and the beach in the morning. She was really kind and nice to speak to and was very helpful at check in. The facilities were clean and the aircon was air conning, there's even a Netflix account on the tv!

Pacific palms is so comfortable and quiet. Lovely big bed and big tv. Approachable manager. Water pressure amazing in the big shower. My go to for a quick self contained quiet stop off while travelling.

Everything. The receptionist was absolutely fantastic. She provided me with recommendations about food, the area, and things to do. She was a very genuinely person.

Tess was very helpful and offered her services with a smile. She was efficient and cheerful and pointed us to the SLSC which we enjoyed for dinner on the night we stayed.

While the bed was comfortable, the sheets were very scratchy as if they had been starched and not ironed. The very useful little ironing board provided could use some padding under the ironing board cover.

Lovely little place by a clean and quiet beach. Tessa was wonderful and made me aware of the Friday night food market just a short walk away. It's definitely a nice little stop before grabbing something to drink at the nearby surf club followed by a stroll on the beach.

The lady at the front was soo friendly and helpful and accommodating, was an amazing way to be greeted!!! The beds were Incredibly Comfortable
