We are regulars at Pacific Palms and have been staying for years. Our host, Tess, is always very diligent and helpful. The property has good proximity to airport, beaches and other attractions around the area. We always find the Motel well cared for. Keep up the great work!

As a polite suggestion we recommend that the air conditioner filters in the rooms be cleaned a bit more regularly & top of air conditioner vacuumed/cleaned of dust so that the air con works the most efficiently & with less odours. Thanks.

I must admit that I wasn’t expecting much. Our flights were canceled and we needed to stay somewhere close to the airport. This was the first property that came up on my google search. I was frustrated (with Vigin airlines) and just needed somewhere to sleep for the night, so I decided to book a room here. On arrival we were greeted by the wonderful Tess. She instantly made us feel comfortable and relaxed and stress free. Opening the door to our room I was pleasantly surprised. The room was immaculate. There was everything we needed to relax (& calm down). Tess then gave us directions to the nearest strip of restaurants, pubs and cafes, which were in walking distance. My partner and I had quite the joyous night (we got wasted 😳). We both got lost and called Tess, who left the reception desk to come and find us (on foot). Her service and professionalism was above and beyond. I highly recommend this accommodation!

I couldn’t fault it at all…

Terry at reception was a really really nice person who recommended things to do such as mount coolum and the beach in the morning. She was really kind and nice to speak to and was very helpful at check in. The facilities were clean and the aircon was air conning, there's even a Netflix account on the tv!

Everything was good

Tess was very helpful and offered her services with a smile. She was efficient and cheerful and pointed us to the SLSC which we enjoyed for dinner on the night we stayed.

While the bed was comfortable, the sheets were very scratchy as if they had been starched and not ironed. The very useful little ironing board provided could use some padding under the ironing board cover.

Lovely little place by a clean and quiet beach. Tessa was wonderful and made me aware of the Friday night food market just a short walk away. It's definitely a nice little stop before grabbing something to drink at the nearby surf club followed by a stroll on the beach.

Quiet littlein a wonderful location. The grass area and the benches are perfect for a morning coffee in the sun. Staff is very helpful and the beach is only a quick walk away.

More coffee in he rooms could be better.

We had a brilliant couple of nights Pacific Palms. Our flight was delayed coming in and Tess went out of her way to accommodate us. She was friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and well equipped, the pool was clean and inviting and the very short walk to the beach was ideal. But the biggest bonus was the beds!! They were so incredibly comfortable, which was a huge bonus after a long journey. We would definitely recommend and hope to be back one day for another stay. Thank you Tess.

Great spot near the airport. Check in was open to 8pm which was extremely helpful. Last minute booking went without a hitch. Spacious room. Quiet location.

No shops / food joints walking distance. But really nothing to complain about.

Tess was awesome, she stayed back to personally let us in when we arrived after hours for check in. Very helpful and speedy in resolving an issue with the room as well! The access to the beach was just fantastic too! What a beautiful spot!

Very clean and comfortable unit at a good value price. Really loved the walkway down to the beach - we were able to sit on the sand dunes and watch the full moon with no-one else in sight! The receptionist was excellent and gave me a great run down on how to get to the beach etc, then followed up with me next morning to see how we went. Exceptional customer service :)
