This was a beautifully appointed private apartment with a spectacular view. A few tweaks aesthetically would give it a 10/10.

A little aesthetic updating to bathrooms/kitchen of this apartment would then I believe take it to it's 'luxury' status. . The screened windows in the bathrooms are locked in place due to salt damage which means quite a lot of bugs to contend with. Whilst we take games with us, I think a couple of puzzles and games from a Vinnies would be handy or a deck of cards. There was only an old Trivial Pursuit. None of this is a 'didn't like' more a guide to match it's price point and other apartments on site with a fairly low budget required. Again we'd go back to this particular apartment again and soon.

The Point Coolum Beach is a lovely place to stay and relax. We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the tranquility of Coolum. The locals are friendly and the food was great. Checking in was easy and the hosts are very hospitable making sure everything meets your needs. There is a calming vibe at Coolum which makes it a great place to visit but makes it hard when you have to leave. We would like to return again at some stage.

Outstanding view, very spacious double storey floor plan, nice and clean interiors, family friendly, quiet neighbourhood, private garage.

Secondary bedroom needs a blockout curtain for better privacy and sleep. The entire house is due for a good pest control. The whole estate needs an extra large swimming pool and a gym. Lastly, put an additional quilt in the linen for couples don’t share it, and more bath towels.

Amazing views, well maintained, spacious, felt homely, great customer service before and during stay, helpful having laundry facilities in house and undercover parking, very quiet during day and at night.

- For the price, it would be nice if basics like loo paper, washing up soap, bin bags etc. were included. - The 2 pools are quite small and difficult for more than one family to be in the area. - We were a party of 6 people but the lounge area only has seating for 4 people. Not a huge issue but could have been comfier.

It was a lovely property and the cleanliness was super. It was walking distance down to the restaurants and shops. The coastal walk was just over the road and links to the beach really close. Loved the view and the balcony had sun for most of the day. Comfy beds. This place is just beautiful. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful ocean view. Bed linens were nice and well chosen for the climate. Local birds, Currawongs, Butcher Birds and Kookaburras came for hand feeding each day which was magical and the perfect balm for a homesick expat. Friendly staff and residents. Quiet and felt very private. Peaceful, low key beach town.

Mattress was supportive but could probably use an upgrade and a topper for better pressure relief. Could not work out how to get to free to air channels and was stuck with foxtel which was unpleasant, brief instructions would have been useful for those unused to Australian cable. Could not stream from devices as original television remote was nowhere to be found and could not initiate permissions from TV side.

Absolutely perfect location, beautiful views and beautiful villas, would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to have a small getaway. I will definitely be back!

Outdated furniture/decor although I do believe each villa has different furniture. Not thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival, door tracks still very dirty, glass doors not cleaned properly etc - parking can be difficult if you have a bigger car.

I was in room 44 and it was on the second floor with a great view of ocean from the living room, bedroom and balcony. The apartment was super clean and recently renovated. This time of year the weather is also great up in Sunshine coast. If you like a tranquil area with ocean view, it is the spot to go.

Road noise is a bit annoying when you sit in the balcony but nothing can be done about it especially during public holidays. It is tolerable though and you barely hear it when you are indoor. The only two minor things: mattress quality was poor you could feel the firm springs on your back. Also no toothpaste was provided for our two nights stay.

Mama and i loved our stay in the 2bedroom terrace. The ambient music playing as we walked inside was a beautiful touch and created such an amazing atmosphere. Sitting on the balcony, overlooking those views and visits from the feathery friends, was magical. Thank you, we'll definitely be back :)

Good views. Good location. 5 star for Amber! She is the best and most pleasant to deal with.

Property shows sign of age, there's a large crack in the middle of living room of the villa we were in.
