We have stayed here on the last 3 visits to Coolum to see our family, so we obviously like this place. The facilities and grounds are superb and location is second to none! We have had 3 different apartments now and they are all similar design and layout with differing furnishings. The recent one, of 2 weeks, was a little too dark for my liking and unfortunately there were ongoing roof repairs directly above us during our stay, starting early morning, which was annoying for my husband who has dementia. Still, he forgot about it until the next morning and after all maintenance must get done at some stage! The lesson here … ask where you are staying and if any works being carried out during your stay Before you go. We had some minor issues with an appliance not working, but Brad and his team were onto it instantly and fixed within no time. Exceptional customer service! If you want friendly, helpful staff, great location, beautiful grounds and facilities, lovely apartments and a relaxing holiday … definitely stay here!

The apartment was lovely and beautifully furnished. It is positioned amongst gorgeous gardens that are well maintained. Loved that there’s air con in all rooms, TVs are awesome and the kitchen is fitted with everything you need and more! We loved the main pool, it was a lovely temperature during the overcast days and wonderful size. The location is amazing! Across the road from the beach and Coles, shops, places to eat, it’s such a wonderful spot and still positioned in a quiet street. Or a short walk into the main strip, you don’t need a car! The staff are warm and friendly and genuinely care. There is so much to love about this place!

The property is very hard to fault so I’m nit picking now! I find all properties these days don’t invest much in comfy mattresses or pillows and if this property is to outshine others, it could do so with investing a little more in comfy mattresses and pillows! The one thing we found with the main pool was all of the bugs and insects in the water. I wondered if they were attracted to the pool lights during the evening and that’s how they found their way in there . These are minor things and didn’t detract from our stay.

We were very comfortable in the 2 bedroom apartment for the week. The location is perfect with Coles and Dan Murphy's just across the road. The beach is just a short stroll away and the main pool is heated and is great, couldn't get the kids out of it. We didn't use the 2 small pools or the lap pool.

The kitchen in the apartment was a little dirty in parts. The front of the cupboard doors and the handles could do with a good clean and the top of the fridge was very dusty (hubby and I are tall so it was noticeable to us). We thought a little more toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and tablets could be provided given we were staying 7 nights.

Extra wide bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Easy to use underground carpark. Large supermarket and liquor store just across the road. 15 mins walk down the street to the surf club and the patrolled beach. Good meals at the surf club. Also good meals at the Maleny Hotel, a 5 mins walk. Four different swimming pools to choose from at the "Coolum on the Beach" resort and all a very nice temperature. Good air con units in the lounge and bedroom.

We needed to squash two huge cockroaches in the lounge. They probably came in from the gap under the front door. We were on level 2 and the lift stopped working. But it was fixed within 24 hours, which is good as there were a lot of steps up to floor 2.

The apartment and facilities were absolutely incredible and completely exceeded my expectations! With four(4) pools; main, kids, lap, and plunge - there really is something for everyone! The layout and landscape were so beautiful! The bridges throughout the trees make for an amazing photo! We had such a great time staying here for our anniversary, and will definitely be coming back! I couldn’t recommend highly enough :D

There needs to be BBQs in more areas. There were lots of people trying to use only two BBQs at the same time and only one table. We ended up waiting 45 mins to use the BBQ and then had to take it to our apartment to eat rather than sitting by the pool without breaking pool rules. I think even if the BBQs were over seperate sides of the space with two lots of seating, one for each BBQ, then that would be a much better use of space and create more convenience for future guests.

Beautiful and serene setting! 🌴Grounds immaculate with palm trees, small ponds and timber bridges that create a very relaxing atmosphere. Perfect location for our stay. Beach is within a 2min walk, Coles and other shops across the road. Food and entertainment venues within a 2 min walk. Pools for all ages. We had a two bedroom apartment and it was furnished beautifully. Friends had a villa and these suit the large group, very spacious with all the extras you would have in your own home. Staff were friendly. We have no complaints at all and will return.

all went well though we did not use the pools. beach close to reach in 10 minute walk (caravan park and additional park works opposite require the 10 minute walk around but not a problem) mainly very quiet. property very clean outside as well and gardens well maintained. everything worked. supermarket opposite was very handy. the pub excellent value meals for seniors. clean and bright town with no graffiti and wonderful vibe probably top of the list out of coast towns we visited with Noosa way too over the top by comparison.

there are always a few things to go after for this question but none of them would be enough to discourage me returning to this resort. i reported a few things to management which they will attend to. Our apt was ground floor so cannot speak for the two levels above. naturally access was not an issue, and a sea view was not on our list of needs. we checked it out first on Streetview and knew of this in advance.

3 bedroom villa with spa was amazing. The layout was great, the bed was so comfortable, and the location was great, being so close to everything. Good pools, especially the little toddler one. We even started to plan our next hoilday here with more of our family as we really loved it that much.

We struggled to turn the lounge room TV on. Would have really helped if there were instructions. Once we got it on, we noticed buffering / laging, and it was very hit or miss with what we could watch. Having 2 children, this was the only disappointing thing

The apartment was spacious and well-appointed, the beds were really comfortable, and there were reclining leather couches in the lounge - it was great for our group of 3 adults & 2 kids. There are 3 pools (a lap pool, a general pool, and a shallow kids (paddling) pool) and they were all well maintained. There's a Coles supermarket directly over the road, and it's a short walk to various shops (fashion, F&B, convenience etc).

We thought it was all really good and the only small negative is the exterior deck furniture could do with a clean.

How clean the units are and how modern and fresh they are. I always feel very anxious about booking accommodation. Will it be clean?? This place was the cleanest ¡¡ I always check showers etc and seriously this was the cleanest I have ever seen. I was sitting on tbe balcony and saw a cleaner mopping and cleaning the outside seats on another unit. They cleaned everything. It was brilliant!!

The beds are firm. If you like super soft beds then bring a topper. Having said that I am a super soft bed kinda gal, so this is just personal preference
