Great location. Walking distance to beach, shops and cafes. Helpful staff, thank you 😊 Smallish pool and spa. Pickle ball court with basketball hoop. Spacious enough for our needs - three bedrooms/2 bathrooms. Comfortable beds and linen. Good showers and hot water. Full-sized kitchen with adequate cutlery, crockery and cooking items. Quiet location and pool area closed by 9 pm to avoid disturbing people. Some people live in the units and some are for holiday makers. On-site parking for one vehicle in one’s own garage. Washing machine and dryer in garage, too. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would stay again (would just inspect for cleanliness - see below).

Our main gripe is that it just wasn’t clean. Dirty toilets and showers (we bought bleach and cleaned bathrooms ourselves). Floors throughout not adequately cleaned - quite sandy and found rubbish from previous inhabitants. One of the beds had sand in it and we had to wash the linen. It seemed like sheets weren’t changed on this particular (single) bed. We would stay here again, but inspect before moving in. We stayed for one week.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment that was incredibly spacious, so comfortable and a wonderful home away from home. The apartment was well appointed and modern with lots of living area room so we weren’t living on top of each other. Perfect apartment for 2 adults, 3 kids! My children spent a lot of time in the pool and spa and loved having a go at pickleball/tennis and shooting some hoops on the basketball ring. A brilliant little resort, close to the main shops of Coolum and a short walk to the beach.

Nothing. It was perfect for our needs!

This is a delightful place to stay! We loved the position - close to the beach, in between Noosa and Maroochydore but with plenty of local highlights of its own. We appreciated that it is not a megaplex of endless identical apartments, but it feels quite small and friendly. The pool is lovely, and despite my initial impression of "it's only small", it never actually felt crowded, and was much enjoyed by our family. Having free and easy access to tennis, pickleball and basketball equipment was great, with no court hire charges. The apartment was lovely and comfortable with all the facilities we needed. We never had an issue with noise. We would happily return, as we loved both the area and the accommodation.

Not much to not like! The shower heads are a little bit insipid, in fact the shower by the pool had a better shower head than the one in our apartment! But most likely, unless you have hair like Rapunzel, you'll be okay. There is no pantry. This is not a deal-breaker, just don't do large grocery shopping trips (but really, does anyone do that on holidays?) as you won't have a dedicated place to store it all. None of this was a significant concern to us.

Other than that, the place is gorgeous, well cared for, clean, comfy friendly, helpful and restful. Good position, close to shops and restaurants.

The only negative comments I want to make - 1. The taps in the bathroom and kitchen are noisy (loud, squeaky) 2. The sliding door from the garage to the unit makes a horrendous squeal when opening 3. The swimming pool is not "old people" friendly. No rails to support entry and exit. A little disconcerting for those with leg problems that it is a sloping entry (no steps).

Nice clean and comfortable unit. Loved the pool,spa and Bbq. Location was quiet but close to the supermarket and hotel for dinner. Great spot to access the beach front ,only a short walk to everything. Amazing place to visit.

Bit iof payment confusion that wasn't handled well or politely by the manager.. Paid through Booking .com but wasn't showing paid at otel end.

Proximity to food shops and the patrolled beach. Lovely, safe pool for children to play in. Garage was a great bonus.

Everything was very comfortable. No complaints at all.

The property was absolutely wonderful. We sinply loved the facilities in the apartment, not to mention the laundry. Our kid also loved to play tennis and the pool/spa/bbq area was very nice. This felt like a peaceful home away from home after all the busy beaches we had been to before arriving here. Everything was within walking distance and the managers were the nicest people. We can recommend this place from the bottom of our hearts.

The apartments had everything needed by our large group. They were very clean as was the pool and recreation area. Tracy was great to communicate with and very accommodating. Location meant that the cars weren’t being used everyday , we could walk. Tennis racquets , basketballs etc wet all available for the court and the hot spa was a treat we all loved as the weather was a bit up and down.

Liked everything.

Lovely large 3 bedroom apartment, comfortable beds, with additional blanket and pillows available. Good sized wardrobe allowing cases to be stored along with clothes. Good sized kitchen with plenty of room. Fans in each of the bedrooms. Good supply of shower supplies and dishwashing supplies. We did not feel at all crowded with 6 of us staying in the apartment.

For us the cooling did not go low enough so we were very hot overnight.

Great location, friendly staff, facilities and price. The apartment was nicely presented with comfortable beds and couch. We loved the pool and spa and that it was walking distance to the supermarket. It was great having a washing machine and drier. Perfect spot for a family holiday and would definitely come back.

Would have been nice to have some cooking oil provided for the apartment and BBQ. There was just one BBQ next to pool, which is shared amongst all guests, but not a major issue 😊
