Location Facilities Comfort - our unit no 23 was perfect Underground car park

We booked 2 units, Unit 23 was beautiful and views amazing Everything supplied for a holiday Unit 22 was across the landing which was great for us even though it didn’t have the views which was ok! But the issue with the apartment was there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms and the windows were difficult to open plus noisy. The kitchen lounge area had a very small air conditioning unit which didn’t cool the unit. Basic supplies too. Whoever owns this unit needs to seriously do work to make it comfortable for guests as I would give this unit a rating of 5!

The location was perfect for accessing the amazing beach, restaurants, shops and supermarket. The room was very comfortable and clean and has all the comforts of home with washing machine and dryer, dishwasher and the kitchen has all the utensils and cutlery. The bed was very comfortable and a good shower with a strong water flow. There is plenty of shared open areas with barbecue facilities. Lovely swimming pool and spa. The rooms are very quiet and I wasn't aware of other guests.

There was nothing that I was disappointed with. I wish I could have stayed there longer and hopefully I can return there for another comfortable stay.

Location is amazing! Very easy walk to the beach. Pool and spa area is compact but still great. Undercover secure car parking is provided, which is worth its weight in gold during the busy new years period! Close to shops and restaurants- we ate at Yiani’s one night which was super busy but delicious, they gave us a free bottle of delicious wine. We had unit 17 which was beautifully appointed, clean, spacious and not to be faulted. We will definitely stay there again!

Just a heads up for people with 4WD, the height restriction for the carpark is 2.1m I was just glad I drove our smaller car We could not find a dustpan and brush anywhere in the apartment

Loved the location and the manager was lovely.

There were no outdoor awnings and no fly screens on the windows. Therefore you could not open the windows at night and the air conditioner is only in the living room so the bedroom was super hot all night even with the fan going. The toilet paper was the cheapest you could buy the soap supply no good take your own. Be aware that you can lock yourself out of the unit so always have to have the key on you even when sitting on the balcony as we locked ourselves out.

Position! We had a car, but we walked and caught buses also. Our room was modern and fresh, with a view of the ocean. Our bed, pillows comfy, the shower/laundry area big, bright and airy. We cooked breakfast and dinners, the kitchen had all we needed. The pool and sunlounges ready and waiting daily. We ended up staying an extra week!! Brett and Sandy (Resort Managers) awesome!!

The flat is well equipped and has a full kitchen and comfortable lounge and dining area. Great for family holidays. The bedroom and bathroom is downstairs on ground level. Bed is comfortable. Pictures on web are honest about view - there is probably 10% view of sea but it's so close to the beach - only a minutes walk there and promenade and Coolum town is lovely. Great surf club with stunning views and great meals. There is also private parking below building.

Remember to take toilet rolls and cleaning detergents - not supplied with unit.

Everything clean, tidy when arriving, great location, pool was a handy addition to beach swims. Access to lots of shops, cafes, restaurants (best vegan Thai we've ever had!). Aircon was very welcome and great smart TV and couch.

Could do with some basic cooking amenities (salt, pepper, oil). No beach towels provided in the unit (had a hire option). A bit loud at night due to street noise and restaurants.

Great location, just a short walk to the beach. Cafes and restaurants are just around the corner. Great Greek and an amazing Italian restaurant onsite (I recommend booking a table if you decide to go). We had a 2 bedroom unit. The bedrooms were roomy and clean. The living area was spacious and the kitchen had everything you'd need. Staff were very responsive to messages.

The pool is very small, but with how close to the beach you are, it doesn't matter.

very closeby to the civic centre where the event was, easy check in and check out (as it's not during reception hours) - restaurants nearby were really good. will definitely stay here again + recommend

transport is a little bit tricky if its before 6am or after 10pm. ensure you have enough time if you need to get to the airport but nothing related to the property

The resort was in the town centre-so no need to take the car when wanting to look at shops or go to the beach. The resort was its own little community which had 3 restaurants, a day spa, remedial massage centre and yoga hub as well as it own sauna and pool.

One would need to be mindful if holidaying with people who are mobility impaired, as there were many stairs to negotiate
