The unit was in good and clean condition and very comfortable. Access to the beach was a short walk away, and it was a very nice beach. There were multiple cafes and restaurants around, so no shortage of something to eat and drink. Coles was just a block away, making it an easy walk to get groceries, etc. The resort complex looks and feels very nice. Great swimming pool. Complex is clean with good underground parking.

The second bathroom rack in the shower had a loose support. This fell off the wall and injured the foot of an elderly lady with us. Some of the pots and pans are well/overused and no longer suitable.

The location of the hotel is first class. The facilities, car parking, room, pool, access to shops was first class. This is about the fifth time we have stayed in Coolum and we will never book anywhere else to stay now. We loved the room, Vivienne and I talked all weekend about we could stay there full time. Element on Coolum Beachfront Sunshine Coast, you should be so proud of your facilities, they are EXCELLENT!

Location, very spacious unit which was light and bright, pool was large, proximity to restaurants, cafes, boutiques and Coles.

Signage was minimal and small making it hard to find. Entrance had stairs quite steep. It did have a lift if you had a car as you parked in underground parking but we did not so it was tricky. A few visuals needed to be attended too like paint flaking and rust etc on entering but not a big deal but we all noticed.

Great location, apartment was nice and spacious with just about everything you needed. Very easy out of hours check in and we were able to have a later checkout which was great.

Would have been good for beach towels to have been provided for use at the pool. Bed was a bit harder than we like and bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner.

We have stayed before and enjoyed our return. Units are well equipped and very comfortable. Security of the complex is good, and the pool was lovely.

Unfortunately, on this occasion our unit's air-conditioning did not work. The staff did everything they could to fix it, including having a technician on site within 1 hour. Allas it was not to be due to a faulty board that needed replacement. Fortunately, it was not too hot, and a cool breeze through the unit, so this hiccup did not impact our stay, and we have been offered a complimentary night on your next visit.

The TV remote didn’t always work as it should. A hand rail in the shower would be good for senior guests. An outdoor spa would be a great addition to this property.

Too many text messages which became confusing. We arrived on Saturday afternoon and it took a while to read through all the messages again and locate the lock box. Why have two? Just have the one next to the entrance.

This place is Amazing! 2brm apartment is huge, modern and has everything we needed. Generous sized bedrooms and big bathrooms with so much storage space so I could properly unpack all of my toiletries. Huge cupboard with shelves and hanging space. Apartment was spotlessly clean. Plenty of dishwasher tabs and washing detergent was supplied. Handsoap on tap in the kitchen and bathroom was so appreciated. Secure undercover parking. McDonalds right across the road which was good if travelling with kids. Very short walk to Coles and restaurants/cafes. About a 5 minute walk to the surf club. Staff were lovely. Excellent communication. After hours checkin was easy. Free wifi. We will definitely stay here again

The apartment is spacious. Perfect for disabled people. The kitchen is well equipped and clean, same with the bathroom and bedrooms living room furniture is nice, very comfortable couch outside is tidy and clear, well maintained.

The beds are way too soft the shelves in the bathroom under the shaving cabinets are too short in height, not enough height to put electrical toothbrush or toiletry bag on the the two round kitchen sinks are clumsy. would be better with one large rectangular sink so water doesn’t splash everywhere, The splash back by the sinks are not very functional. would be better directly attached to the counter. There shouldn’t be a gap between the counter and the splash back. The main bedroom sliding door is too heavy and dirty.

A pleasant relaxing stay. The location was great, handy to walks and the beach. The apartment was extremely comfortable with a well set up kitchen and handy garaging for the car. The pool was delightful. The staff were extremely helpful in making suggestions on what to do and where to go.
