The place was great, spacious and clean. It was amazing for the price, and I would definitely stay again. The bed is big, and there is a balcony too. We loved the pool and spa/jacuzzi as well. The location was ideal, just a few minutes from the shops, beach and restaurants.

I found that the parking spot we were given was difficult to park at as we had to reverse into it, and it was in the corner at the end. And we were only given one set of keys, but other than that, everything was great. I would also say that there are two flights of stairs to get up to our apartment, which was fine for us but may be problematic for others for potentially. The bathroom was a bit small too.

Great location, approximately 50 metres from the river. Have stayed at Rimini previously and love the simplicity and easy access to all the cafes, restaurants along Gympie Terrace. Rimini has great pool and very hot outdoor spa. Lovely walks in either direction, flat terrain. Bus stop very close and makes sites like Eumundi Markets very easy.

Property does not have a lift, so need to be able to walk up the stairs. We needed to walk up 3 levels and it doesn't bother us at all but those with mobility issues would struggle.

The apartment was beautiful with everything in it that you could want. It was very clean and well looked after. The pool area was nicely maintained and had a hot spa. It was walking distance to all the restaurants along the river so every day was a breakfast with a view

There were only two downsides and they were the mattress was a bit too hard for us but others might like that. The only aircon is in the living area so we needed to keep the bedroom doors open to get the benefit from it but these did not impact our stay greatly at all.

A little oasis, quiet and comfortable and would come back again in a heartbeat. A home away from home. Bed and pillows comfy. Pool is great, even with its own bbq area. Off the Main Street so it’s very quiet, and super close to all the main happenings of Noosaville. 5 min walk to the supermarket, 1 minute walk to the river. Highly recommend.

Perfect location between restaurants and shops and very lovely large apartment.

Shower is only warm 10 ish minutes due to boiler and quite small. Bed was very dirty first night which was dissapointing and uncomfortable but then got cleaned next day when mentioned and staff were apologetic.

Great location. Would have preferred that the unit had lift access, but the stair access aligns with the age of the building.

I did use the pool and the spa - however the timer on the spa is incredibly short. It almost turns itself off before you can get back into the pool. Kinda defeats the purpose of relaxing.

The apartment was clean, light, well equipped and at a great location near the river.

The swimming area was nice but small. There were only minor issues in the room, such as a smelly washing machine (we dried it out and it worked fine) and no soap dish or clothes hooks near the door. Really minor. The apartment was really great for us.

Only minor- recycling and rubbish weren’t separated and would be good if refillable shampoo and conditioner was used instead of small packets

The location is great, walk to the ferry.

It’s not reasonable that a unit charging this much per night should have a shower that doesn’t seal. You flood the bathroom each time you have a shower. It needs to be fixed immediately. Others have commented on it but seems the owners don’t take any action.

Loved the location - friendly staff - views of the area. The air conditioning was great. The apartment had everything I needed for the few days I was there. Pool so lovely to relax in too! Wish I could have stayed longer!

If you aren’t able to manage stairs this would be the only downside.
