Rooms we great, clean and comfortable with awesome location. Pools were good and we loved the gardens and easy access to the river. Park the car and easy walk to all attractions.

Unit 12 has a dead insect in the upstairs toilet sky light. We could not get the spa pool jets to operate on the 2nd day nor could we activate the BBQ area lights.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable.....plenty of room for 6 people. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the position was very good. Being on Gympie Terrace we could walk to all the coffee shops, restaurants and park areas along the river. There were two pools surrounded by gardens and very safe for the grandkids. We would happily stay there again.

The kitchen could do with a refurbishment. It was very well stocked but a few of the electrical appliances are old and need to be replaced. A few of the timber blinds don't work very well so they need fixing or replacing. The rest of the unit was great.

Great location close to shops restaurants and ferry. Beautiful clean swimming pools. Spotless spacious accommodation. Large master bedroom with ensuite and a balcony overlooking the pool. Well maintained grounds.

Loved everything about the property however, the instructions for finding the safe with the keys could have been clearer. We arrived on a Sunday so the office was closed. We wandered around until fortunately John saw us at the office by chance and was able to get the keys from the safe for us. He was very helpful and kept the grounds of the property in pristine condition

perfect position, opposite the river, glorious setting!😊 Lovely pools- shade and sun! John was fantastic- we arrived on a very hot day and my elderly father was struggling with the intense heat. Although our room was not ready, as we were very early, John made a room available for us , so my father could be in a cool space. It was above and beyond, and we were so grateful- that’s the kind of hospitality and kindness l always look for when choosing a hotel/apartment to stay in!

The apartment was a little tired- nothing unclean or anything, but bathrooms could possibly do with a little refurb.

The pool and gardens are beautifully maintained. You are made extremely welcome by the property hosts, who are most helpful and friendly. There are fabulous restaurants within a short 5 minute stroll to enjoy and a ferry terminal is directly across the road for transport to Noosa. Wonderfully easy to navigate to other areas.

Whilst in a perfect location I felt the apartment was very tired and outdated and in desperate need of refurbishment. From the downstairs bathroom facilities and laundry to the old brown wooden venetian blinds that had definitely met their use by date, it is definitely time for an upgrade.

Spacious apartment with a full kitchen, air conditioning, washing machine & dryer. Great location to walk along the river, visit local cafes and shops for self catering are a short drive away. Yacht & Rowing Club was a good venue for meals and views within walking distance.

Stairs to front door were a bit difficult to carry up suitcases and the light didn't work for evening access. We reported a couple of minor maintenance issues to Reception and they were responsive. I found the lagoon pool edging was difficult to use to access the pool.

Private villa in a small gated compound, really quiet at night, with great functional living space. Really convenient location, just across the road direct access to the walk way along the beach; plenty of restaurants around, and supermarket at 5 min drive. We had a beautiful family time in Noosa and staying at Sandy beach resort was part of enjoying our experience there.

Location we absolutely love., customer service, early check in granted after requested, the manager and even restaurant suggestions were second to none we appreciated the service!! Thank you John and Tess. Would def come stay but prob not in this particular apartment.

This is our second time staying at Sandy beach and we were so blessed to stay at an updated apartment prior to this, but this particular apartment was quite run down and older -broken railings on steps down the front entrance -broken decking right near balcony entrance ,obvious sagging - decorations need need a thorough update and maintenance, replace plastic dinner size plates to match the rest of the ceramic ones. - single beds in the twin rooms need to be updated to large singles as the ones in there are more suitable for little kids -twin room the bedside lamps didn’t work either. Please NOTE: this feedback is for the actual owner of the property to read and consider dropping your charge per night down a little until you get these things fixed please.

The room, facilities, staff and the view were fantastic!

The traffic was quite loud on the main road with lots of buses, motorcycles and trucks driving past all the time as we were in the apartment at the front with a beautiful view. Also the lighting (light globes not strong enough) in the apartment was very poor, especially in the bathrooms and main bedroom, so it was hard to see.

The tropical garden setting, with pool and spa, was relaxing and most welcomed. The house (#10), with a dedicated garage, is well furnished and contains everything needed to facilitate a long stay. The couch in particular is very comfortable. It was good to have a second TV in the main bedroom upstairs, though a Smart TV would be preferable. Great location, opposite the ferry jetty and close to shops and restaurants. John & Tess were excellent hosts, communicating with us early with clear instructions to ensure we had everything we required on arrival.
