Rooms we great, clean and comfortable with awesome location. Pools were good and we loved the gardens and easy access to the river. Park the car and easy walk to all attractions.

Unit 12 has a dead insect in the upstairs toilet sky light. We could not get the spa pool jets to operate on the 2nd day nor could we activate the BBQ area lights.

We stayed in one of the front units, on the second floor, with a lovely view over the river. The unit was exceptionally clean, and super comfortable. It is clear that a lot of thought has been put into the layout of the unit, as well as the furnishings. Upon entering our unit we noted fans going gently to circulate air, and lamps/lights on, very welcoming and created a lovely ambience. The balcony area was also super large. Also very quiet, particularly given we were situated on a main riverfront road.

Really stretched to think of anything. The gate access codes took a bit to sort out with four guests but honestly this is being super picky.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable.....plenty of room for 6 people. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the position was very good. Being on Gympie Terrace we could walk to all the coffee shops, restaurants and park areas along the river. There were two pools surrounded by gardens and very safe for the grandkids. We would happily stay there again.

The kitchen could do with a refurbishment. It was very well stocked but a few of the electrical appliances are old and need to be replaced. A few of the timber blinds don't work very well so they need fixing or replacing. The rest of the unit was great.

Great location close to shops restaurants and ferry. Beautiful clean swimming pools. Spotless spacious accommodation. Large master bedroom with ensuite and a balcony overlooking the pool. Well maintained grounds.

Loved everything about the property however, the instructions for finding the safe with the keys could have been clearer. We arrived on a Sunday so the office was closed. We wandered around until fortunately John saw us at the office by chance and was able to get the keys from the safe for us. He was very helpful and kept the grounds of the property in pristine condition

perfect position, opposite the river, glorious setting!😊 Lovely pools- shade and sun! John was fantastic- we arrived on a very hot day and my elderly father was struggling with the intense heat. Although our room was not ready, as we were very early, John made a room available for us , so my father could be in a cool space. It was above and beyond, and we were so grateful- that’s the kind of hospitality and kindness l always look for when choosing a hotel/apartment to stay in!

The apartment was a little tired- nothing unclean or anything, but bathrooms could possibly do with a little refurb.

The pool and gardens are beautifully maintained. You are made extremely welcome by the property hosts, who are most helpful and friendly. There are fabulous restaurants within a short 5 minute stroll to enjoy and a ferry terminal is directly across the road for transport to Noosa. Wonderfully easy to navigate to other areas.

Whilst in a perfect location I felt the apartment was very tired and outdated and in desperate need of refurbishment. From the downstairs bathroom facilities and laundry to the old brown wooden venetian blinds that had definitely met their use by date, it is definitely time for an upgrade.

Spacious apartment with a full kitchen, air conditioning, washing machine & dryer. Great location to walk along the river, visit local cafes and shops for self catering are a short drive away. Yacht & Rowing Club was a good venue for meals and views within walking distance.

Stairs to front door were a bit difficult to carry up suitcases and the light didn't work for evening access. We reported a couple of minor maintenance issues to Reception and they were responsive. I found the lagoon pool edging was difficult to use to access the pool.

Private villa in a small gated compound, really quiet at night, with great functional living space. Really convenient location, just across the road direct access to the walk way along the beach; plenty of restaurants around, and supermarket at 5 min drive. We had a beautiful family time in Noosa and staying at Sandy beach resort was part of enjoying our experience there.

Unit was large and comfortable. Bedrooms were good size especially the main bedroom. View of pool and gardens. Easy walking to all shops and cafes. Car parking includes 2 cars.

The outside light leading up the stairs wasn’t working and was difficult to negotiate as it was raining at the time. TV in main bedroom didn’t work but didn’t really matter.

The room, facilities, staff and the view were fantastic!

The traffic was quite loud on the main road with lots of buses, motorcycles and trucks driving past all the time as we were in the apartment at the front with a beautiful view. Also the lighting (light globes not strong enough) in the apartment was very poor, especially in the bathrooms and main bedroom, so it was hard to see.
