Great location, surrounded by places to eat ranging from high end to good value, and supermarket only 3 minute walk. All the bot hire and fishing within a quick walk. Houses are all you need. Pools exceptional - multiple options, great space, never felt busy. The BBQ area next to the main pool a great place to use. Perfect place for families, all you could need. Bus stop across the road to take you to beach to avoid the parking nightmares at busy times of year.

House we had had 5 TVs! But only one was a smart TV, and one only played the radio! Only an issue on the odd wet day so very minor but would hve been nice for the kids to have a place to hang and watch TV.

It’s got a lovely resort feel and the pools are beautiful. I like having a self-contained unit so we can make our own food. And I like that there is free car parking and Wi-Fi as well. The staff are very unintrusive. In fact we barely saw any. This is our third visit and we keep coming back because the facilities are really good. And the newly renovated bathroom was lovely.

At times it got overwhelming with big groups of young children taking over the pool, scooting around the facilities and yelling from quite early in the morning. On the positive side, there are a couple of additional more private pools you can go to to get away from the big family groups that do take over.

Good location. nearby lots of little takeaway shops and restaurants along the street. and across the rd from the Noosa River. Decent sized pool area. Our accommodation was particularly good ! We were upgraded and had a split level one bedroom townhome and it was very clean and spacious (like your own home) Nicely renovated and decorated. It was worth the the money which was a tad expensive.. but reasonable for what we ended up with! Two bathrooms. Big bathtub upstairs and two tvs and comfortable bed. Big fridge, full sized fridge too! It was like staying in and air B n B. The staff were lovely. Receptionist who checked me in was super nice 😊 it’s a convenient location. Pretty laid back.

The gate to get in the driveway is a bit old and can really only accommodate one car at a time. Cat parking can be tight. But neither those were a big deal :)

Loved the resort. It is absolutely beautiful. The rooms were really nice, and the staff were great. My kids loved the pool and could have just spent days playing in there. The location was fabulous. As soon as you leave the resort you are meet with so many restaurants and the beautiful Noosa river. We will definitely be back.

The car parking was tiny and awkward. And the bed in my room had wooden posts at the end of it. Covered by a duvet. And the bed was close to the end wall. Me, my dad, and my daughter smashed our knees really bad on it as the wood is cover by the blanket. I would suggest changing that.

The location was great, the staff were friendly. The pool area and facilities are awesome, the kids loved it. Our villa was a great set up and suitable for our family. The price was very reasonable

Our villa facilities seemed quite old, they could do with an update especially the frypans. The villa itself was very dusty and needs a deep clean. The bathrooms were nice and quite modern, but the shower head in the ensuite is too small so has no pressure and is like you are standing under a slow running tap.

Great location. Pool was beautiful. Spacious inside & loved the spa.

The only thing we didn’t like was the balcony. We tend to spend as much time outside as possible & a balcony is a must anywhere we stay. We paid extra for this reason & going by the pictures on booking.com we were expecting a river view. Yes there was a partial view but the roof line in front of us obscured most of it. The air conditioning units took up most of one end & it was very dirty. We did sit out there a couple of times but not at all enjoyable 😞

The location was perfect, close to cafes, the river and big walking path. The villa was so good for our family holiday, it was clean and plenty of space. The pools were perfect for the kids, warm enough big pool and the spas were so good. Wanda the staff on reception was THE BEST! She helped us so much and made our stay 10/10. We will be rebooking early next year.

Staff were lovely and went above and beyond to help us, when i needed help in travels and tour recomendations. Shoutout to Darryl! Rooms were beautiful, cant fault it, had all the facilities you need. The pools were amazing with a mix of heated pools. Such a picteresque pool area, i felt so happy staying here. I definatley want to visit again

Check in after hours was a bit of a pain, trying to contact them to let them know we had arrived. There was a phone to use but it wasnt clear, on which number to dial. It was a short bus ride away to main beach, but the hotels located on main beach cost way more

Lovely quiet complex, the main pool was great, gardens around the complex great, the place is very well maintained. The complex was clean, secure, and close to supermarket, river, cafes, and short drive, ferry or bike ride to Noosa. The kitchen had everything needed. There was even a gym. Would stay again.

Parking in the unit garage was very tight, but we just left the car in another parking spot within the secure complex. Also don't think this parking issue would be relevant to all units, as ours just happened to have difficult access.

Apartments were clean, gardens tidy & beautiful. Location is perfect, across the road from the river & surrounded by cafes & restaurants all within walking distance. Short drive to main beach/Hastings street. Very secure, only guests have access to resort as it’s gated & access is with your keys. We would definitely stay again.

Parking is quite tight but it’s secure. Mattress’s could maybe do with being updated as we found them quite hard, but this wouldn’t put us off staying again.
