We got an upgrade to a very modern apartment which was fantastic. We had a balcony facing the street that enjoyed sitting at and have meals. The pool and hot spas were amazing. The location outstanding. Michelle at reception was friendly.

The apartment could have done with door mats inside as well as extra bathmats (the bathroom downstairs didn't even have a bathmat) and also extra towels at least 2 per person. The toilet paper supply was not good at all, we had to ask for more at reception. There was a list as to what we needed to do before leaving e.g. wash and put all dishes etc. away but there were dirty teaspoons in the drawer when we arrived.

Location across from the river, great restaurants in walking distance (really good pizza/pub next door), bus stops across the road, ferry stop over the road that goes into central Noosa Hastings St, it's all a flat walk and easy for the kids, you could probably walk to the local supermarket too (20mins I rekon in jandles), we hired a car and used the onsite parking bay(easy). Housekeeping are working hard to keep these large apartments clean and fresh. The grounds are very well kept and the shrubs offer some balcony privacy. Our apartment was clean and spacious, everything worked, and maintenance was clearly up to date - all as per photos. The swimming pools, oooh the pools are fab - I saw the Manager(?) out cleaning them every morning, there are three, each with its own vibe - they have a sloping edge which is great for kids. I would definitely return. Do not hesitate, book with confidence, this venue is efficiently managed - well done guys!

Our recent long weekend stay at Noosa Outrigger Beach Resort on the Noosa River was absolutely amazing. From the warm welcome to the impeccably clean and comfortable room, everything was perfect. Our accommodation, was away from the main thoroughfare on Gympie Terrace, as well, as our immediate pool area was a particular highlight of our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal - close to cafe's/restaurants on the River, and the regular ferry service to Tewantin/Hasting St in Noosa . I highly recommend Noosa Outrigger Beach Resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in Queensland. I can't wait to return.

The location is wonderful on the river. central to everything you need. Groceries, dining, ferry pick up, bus stop, boat hire etc The kitchen is well equiped. The double bedrooms are huge with lots of places to sit and chill out. The ladies in reception are lovely. If you don't mind getting up early, this is a beautiful place to relax.

The River House is right beside a restaurant. The view of the river is partially blocked by the restaurant roof...which wasn't a bad thing and we enjoyed sitting on the verandah for an afternoon drink. If you are there to sleep in and noise bother's you, this could be the only problem. It is quiet between about 10.30pm and 5.30am due to traffic noise, people leaving the restaurant and bottles clanging early in the morning. The bedrooms are not dark and allow the light to filter in. No hanging space in cupboards. The bedrooms are comfortable though.

Our little family had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful holiday accommodation, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The facilities were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Beyond the fantastic service, the value for money was outstanding. With such high-quality amenities and hospitality, it felt like a luxurious experience at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. We can’t wait to visit again!

We received an upgrade as the rooms we booked were being renovated. This was a lovely treat and also we were able to check in a few hours before check in time as the room was available. This was a great bonus as we could start our holiday early! We had a 3 bedroom apartment and the all the rooms had air-conditioning. This is our second visit as we really enjoyed our stay last year which is why we booked again. The resort has 3 pools so lots of choice. Also walking distance to amazing restaurants, across the road from the river and also close to the supermarkets and bottle shop. The staff were very welcoming. Very good value as well

Gardens were lush and well maintained. Main swimming pools & change facilities were immaculately clean with an additional little oasis pool tucked away, offering a very tranquil setting to relax in. Our 2 bedroom Executive apartment offered spacious accommodation, queen size beds in each room, ensuite off master bedroom and balconys off main living space and master bedroom were well utilised. Resort is in excellent location, within short walk of restaurants, boat & watersport hire concessions and provided off street parking. Many thanks to Michelle for making our first visit to Noosa a very memorable & enjoyable one. 10/10!

Location, the river is opposite to our hotel. We walked along the riverside in the morning and after dinner. Very conninient.

I hope the hotel can provice a more security door lock or provide a lockbox for people to store expensive belongs. The current door lock looks unsafe for us. One more thing is , nowaday, many self-service hotels or apartments provide a rice cooker, it could cost as less as $20 if you buy it in Big W or K mart. It means a lot for Asian tourist, because they cook rice every day.

The close Proximity to the river, cafes & restaurants & you have a car park. Easy to catch a ferry to Noosa as parking can be an issue there. Lovely complex, well maintained & the gardens were lovely & tropical. Pools were great & you had a choice of warm or cold plus a spa & a sauna.The kitchen was very well equiped. We were there in August so the heat pump was needed morning & night & was very efficient. Owners were friendly & helpful.

We had a 3 bed unit, one room had a king size bed but the other 2 had single beds....a queen bed in one of the rooms would be ideal. Maybe a chair in the large bedroom .

Very spacious apartment with loads of room to spread out. Michelle super helpful at check in. Great location. Pool area lovely. BBQ facilities great.

Only a minimal amount of toilet paper, dishwash, laundry liquid etc for a 5 day stay but we just went and bought some more. Was a bit noisy with some renovations going on, roadworks and loud (but lovely and enjoying themselves) kids up early in the morning.
