The location was excellent. A very short easy walk to the river, ferry, bus service, shops, restaurants & cafes in Noosaville and a short drive into Noosa. Studio room, although small, was lovely & bed was very comfy. Nice little balcony. Beautiful gardens. Also close to local supermarket & laundromat.

Nothing - but it would have been handy to know the following: pool/beach towels are provided for a fee but if you don’t ask for them they’re not provided at all; reception is closed over the weekends & periodically Monday-Friday, so if you arrive on a Friday & decide you want a swim on Saturday, you won’t have a beach towel; incidentals such as soap, dishwashing detergent & tea-bags are provided initially but not replenished (unless you ask) which is a pest if you have an extended stay; information about the local area not provided (but might be if you ask). It would be good to know which direction the river, cafes, laundromat, bus stop, ferry stops, ferry & bus prices, & how far it is into Noosa.

Amazing accommodation far exceeded our expectations, and we are very fussy! Spotlessly clean apartment situated in quiet location only a brief 5 minute walk from river bank/cafes, shops, and everything you could need. Well equipped, even had own laundry room with washer/drier and clothes airer, also iron and ironing board. Lovely furniture, comfortable settees. Well equipped kitchen . Comfortable bed. Everything perfect couldn't fault a thing. It felt like home from home, everything looked new and well cared for. Swimming pool very clean and well maintained. Surrounding garden beautifully maintained. It's just a perfect place, and we would definitely return.

We had an awesome stay here. Even a couple of days before arrival, I got a call letting me know the room would be ready early and we were welcome to check in ahead of time, which was a great start. They were also kind enough to allow a late checkout. From the moment we arrived, Bec was super helpful and welcoming. She gave us great local recommendations and made sure we were settled in comfortably. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The location is also a big plus—just off a main road with a beautiful waterfront, plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, and easy access to buses going to Hastings St and Noosa Junction. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Great place, great location, and Bec’s hospitality made it even better. Highly recommend!

Super location. Room was immaculate. Complex was absolutely immaculate. Credit to the onsite Managers. Pool area was immaculate. Rebecca was fast at check-in and friendly. Had a wonderful stay, thank you kindly!

Minimal towels supplied to room. 2 bath towels, 1 foot and 1hand towel for a 3 night stay was insufficient. Office was closed so didn't want to bother Managers. Woken a number of times by guest staying in opposite room, not from talking but only from their opening and heavy slamming of the 2 front entry doors into their unit, multiple times was annoying during the night and early morning. Our unit's door was not sound proof at all. A lot of water left the shower even though we turned the shower head to the side wall. Floor was wet. Shower floor very slippery when shampoo and conditioner was being used.

The location was fantastic, walking distance to all the cafes and restaurants along the water and the Jetts gym (where we train). The space was clean and got lots of natural light, and we don't mind walking up a couple steps. Would definitely recommend it for couples in the studio as it is more than enough space if you plan to eat out for most meals (and we did). I will be coming again! The lady at the reception was lovely, and parking (undercover) was convenient and easy. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with quality furnishings and appliances. The high ceiling was a lovely surprise. Situated on a quiet street, yet within quick walking distance to all manner of shops and cafes/restaurants, and only 5 minutes drive into Noosa Heads. I'm an early riser, and sipping my morning coffee to magpie song whilst watching the sky lighten was a real treat. Would absolutely stay here again.

OMG, we could happily live here, it’s perfect! Fabulous apartment - spacious, light & bright, modern, stylish beach decor, lovely big balcony. Short walk to river esplanade and lots of lovely restaurants and shops. Carpark is on ground level, the apartments are above on L2 & L3 (stairs only, no lifts). Very good security. Very comfy bed, large wardrobe with shelving. Laundry with front loader, dryer, sink, clothes horse, even pegs!! Nice sized kitchen, perfect for long stays. Two very comfy large couches and a coffee table. large dining table & 6 chairs. Large shower, plenty of bathroom storage. No facewashers, toiletries or tissues provided, BYO. Balcony has a table & 2 chairs. Large TV. The sunshine in the morning is beautiful!

Wifi is laggy, frustrating.

Apartment was spotlessly clean and furnishings all in very good order. Bed was very comfortable. Balcony was very clean, possibly due to renovations / upgrades (paint was clean, no scaling evident). Location, location, location. Less than 100 meters from Gympie Terrace and the riverfront. Restaurants aplenty within walking distance, as was the local Woolies.

This is not a dislike, just a comment - a second set of keys would be handy for coming and going if your schedules / activities do not quite align.

Just a short walk to the riverfront where there are great restaurants and water activities as well as the ferry. Local shops and supermarket are also just a short walk away. The swimming pool and spa were nice and warm.

The only slight negative is that our apartment backed onto a commercial retail property and we were woken early by activities such as waste bin emptying at the rear of the premises.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Twin Quays for a weekend get away but could have easily stayed longer. The apartment was beautifully renovated with a modern and tasteful interior, lovely balcony overlooking the sparkling pool, very comfortable beds, clean and modern bathroom and kitchen, all felt very homely. Beautiful grounds maintained to a high standard. Excellent onsite Managers who were super friendly and took the time to chat. 2 minute walk to Noosa River where we enjoyed a superb sunset cruise back from Hastings street, plenty of good quality restaurants close by. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back.
