Location overlooks the Noosa river and the room has a balcony upstairs as well as below to watch the passing joggers, walkers, yachts, ferries, paddlers and locals enjoying the scene. The local very economical ferry service runs about every half hour up and down stream for shops and pure sight seeing. There are numerous cafes and open clubs clubs within a few minutes walking distance on flat well made pavements (or courtesy coaches) for good food and also shops and supermarkets for all requirements.
The chosen apartment was spotlessly clean and more than met our needs. We were aware that the only 'bathroom' (toilet) was upstairs and we were aware of that, but chose it for a better view and we were not disappointed. It does however mean that going up the stairs for the bathroom and bedroom area needs to be understood. A minor matter for most.

The location was great right on the river. Able to walk along the boardwalk daily, to cafes/restaurants. Pool area is great. Tennis court available. Parking on site perfect. Coles not far away for supplies
Our units living area was on the ground floor; would have preferred to have had the living on the 1st floor with large balcony. The pool area is in shadow by 3pm because some of the palm trees are too high which was a shame as it was still lovely and hot at this time of day.

Well furnished and very comfortable rooms. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need to cater for yourself, a lot of thought has been put in regarding the customers needs. Great location near the river, with shops and restaurants nearby. Staff and owners very pleasant and helpful at all times.
Not really a complaint, the noise from birds was massive in the evening and first thing in the morning, but as I was given an apartment overlooking the river and amongst beautiful trees I would have to expect bird noise. Although loud it didn't prevent me sleeping.

Fantastic value for money, and Amanda has a wealth of knowledge of activities to do nearby. The location on the river is peaceful and is perfect for strolling down to the shops. The resort has free kayaks and stand up paddle boards, a lovely pool, spa, BBQ area and tennis court. The units are well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Absolutely everything. Neil and Amanda were so so so friendly to start and so accomodating. Offered us a early check in and also an additional night which was super kind of them! Townhouse was perfect for 5 of us grown adults. Plenty of space, fully equipped, secure car park, gorgeous pool area, bbq, tennis court, SUP’s, kayaks, you name it! Overlooking the Noosa River which was beautiful and taking the paddle board out was a good way to see the town. Location was superb! Walking distance to shops and bars!

Amazing location, just a walk from the big pelican/ river, restaurants and shops. Great and clean facilities with nice balcony, kitchen and living spaces. We were staying for the Noosa Marathon event, the staff were super attentive to our stay, communicating key information we needed for the race and the locality before we arrived which made our stay smooth-sailing.

Fantastic place to stay. Great location, cleanest holiday apartment I've ever stayed at, good facilities with pool and tennis court. Just a very easy and pleasant stay which our family loved.
We loved our stay but if forced to say a negative, I'd say our particular apartment had a wall under a metre high at top of stairs which we just had to manage with very young children.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Noosa Village River Resort. On checkin, Neil recommended the sunset right across the road and it did not disappoint. With a quick trip to the Woolworths nearby to purchase some snacks we enjoyed the afternoon watching the sunset while the kids played on the nearby playground. The position of the Resort was great for our family being close the the park and walking distance to restaurants. They apartment had a river view that we enjoyed from the balcony most mornings. It had everything we needed including a washing machine and dryer and the coffee machine was a real treat. Although I didn’t meet Amanda until the morning we checked out, I can honestly say I’ve never met anyone quite so welcoming as Neil and Amanda. It instantly felt like we had known them for years. All the positive reviews were 100% accurate.

The hosts and staff are friendly and welcoming. We loved the location because of its proximity to ferries, shops, cafes, restaurants, riverside parklands etc. Our unit was nicely appointed and clean and the grounds of the property are beautifully kept.
The unit could benefit from a fan in the toilet and better water pressure in the shower.

Everything....the apartments were beautiful. Very well equipped, very clean and comfortable. The managers, Amanda n partner, were amazing, they were so helpful and friendly. Bent over backwards for us. The pool n bbq area were great. Pool a lovely temperature.
Possibly not enough toilet roll provided !! N quality not the greatest 🤪 But honestly we were so happy with it, can't say anything negative.
